I called late morning as was told my dog couldn't be groomed until the next day. During our conversation that changed and appointment was set for 3 that day. I was told her fur baby was at vet for teeth cleaning and she would have to fit in picking her dog up. Shortly after hanging up I received a call from a Madison number on my cell and blocked it. Brought my baby there at 3 and was told it would be an hour hour and a half so I proceeded to run my errands. Was getting in my vehicle and phone rang barks and bubbles. Was told she had called and my dog was done over half hour ago. I never received call as it was blocked. She had called me from a different phone earlier. I apologized and said I would be right there. When I arrived I handed her my debit card. Rudely I was told only cash or check....REALLY??? If that was the only method of payment it should have been posted on the door. I ran to the nearest ATM and brought the $30 back. I didn't realize the phone thing until I researched in my phone...NOT HAPPY....MY FAULT??? To top it off my dogs hair is not groomed very well at all I will not be returning...Bad experience!

Julie is so gentle and sweet with my Shih Tzu. I always wait way too long between groomings, and she's had her work cut out for her (pun intended) a few times. My dog, Tobi, does not love being groomed, but he never seems to mind going to Bark's N Bubbles.

This is a wonderful place to go to get your dogs groomed! The settimg is lovely, clean, and handicapped accessible, and Julianne does a great job! 😀

Does treat the animals really well granted my dog needed a clipping before this but overpriced told me $40 on the phone got done she charged me 60 dollars it was more work but I don't think I should have to pay for her to have to sharpen hair clippers as she told me would not have minded $5 or $10 but not $20
