Took our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 there to have a repair to the rear of the truck after someone backed into it in a parking lot. Right from the beginning we had great customer service. The staff are very informative and friendly. They got the truck in and out very quickly . The truck looked amazing! Inside and out! The painting they did and blending in was totally exceptional my husband was blown away. The inside was so clean! They even got out all the dog hair that we couldn't get out. Thank you for a job well done!

My vehicle had gotten damaged from of course a deer about a month ago. Brought my truck into Abra and I'll be honest I was worried a lot about bringing it in. Abra did such an amazing job on my vehicle repairs. Clarissa kept me updated the whole entire time at least once or twice a week which I really appreciated that. Please do not change that one bit. Thank you again Clarissa. Also for the Abra employees in the garage there are not enough words to say about how great of a job you guys did and let alone finishing 2 weeks ahead of time. Also the detailing was insanely well done I was not expecting them to do that. I highly recommend Abra in New Lisbon. Again, thank you.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. All local from the surrounding area, they understand that people go through rough times on vehicles. Was involved in a hit and run down in the Dells and they were contacted by my insurance USAA. The staff asked if my truck was drivable and offered tow services if not. When I showed up they sent two people out to inspect my damages and went in to immediately start ordering the parts. The deal is that they get the parts in first and then have your vehicle started on afterwards. Took about 1 week and 3 days since it fell on Labor Day for the total work on time. Now granted I had my collision in July and they had me bring in my truck for the 29th of August however I’d rather them have the parts before taking my Silverado 1500 in. They worked on the whole body and did a great job with the paint, honestly my Black 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 looks BRAND NEW! After they repaired all the damages and got the paint done they sent the truck next door to the Dodge Dealership for alignment checks and diagnostics. Contacted myself as soon as everything was done. Timewise for the damages and everything this is the fastest I’ve ever seen a vehicle turn around. If you have a small dinger or a few dents it might take even shorter than what I had but they’ll honestly tell you upfront the estimated time for your vehicle. Although I hope I never have to see them again if somebody else damages my vehicle I know I have the best service with this group.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

It took awhile to get in to Abra after my small fender bender but they were 100% worth the wait. The Manager was incredible and even gave us a tour of the ship because we hadn’t been to one before. Was in an accident earlier this year and ABRA was able to get me In within a month. My vehicle was drivable. Right before I had to drop it off, my alternator went out. I had to call to make arrangements to drop it off later due to it being in a different town when it died. They were very accommodating. I was able to get most of the repair done except one that is back ordered for an undetermined amount of time. They actually met me more than an hour prior to their opening time to accommodate my work schedule.
