This place is awesome!. I adopted a 5 month old pup a couple weeks ago and was worried about how skinny he was. The staff here are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions. They helped me pick a diet that would best suit little Butters. In less than 24 hours, he is already in love with his new food.I will be a lifetime customer🙌

I was having issues with my cats getting sick and having to see the vet often. 2 years ago no those visits stopped. After talking with Amy I switched my two cats to primal raw nuggets. Knock on wood they have not needed the vet, no Medication, no vomiting and very very little hair balls Does it coast a bit more Yes, but I’m saving in vet bills and my fur babies are healthy. Thank you Amy and Sean for sharing your knowledge. God bless

What terrible customer service. I called on Black Friday to inquire a price of an item/see if it was on sale. I was specifically told the price as well as the item being $8 off. Great- so I head to the store. Once I get there, she tries to charge me full price stating she told me wrong and the item isn’t on sale. Ridiculous

We’ve been buying our dog food/ etc from here for 3-4 years and have referred people as well. The last bag we bought had mold and worms in it. We were told because it was more than 10 days from buying the bag we couldn’t get reimbursed/ given a new bag. We were told it was also maybe our container, so it was put on us. We WATCHED The mold/ worms come from the bag. This is really bad customer service. Because of this we will no longer be shopping here, it’s unfortunate that our loyalty isn’t considered and nothing was done to rectify the situation.

The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and fairly reasonable prices. Stocks higher end treats, toys, and food for dogs and cats. Personally I prefer Fromm's dog/cat food. Made locally. Previously, I had to travel farther than I liked. Hoping to visit this place more often.

We love this place. Amazing owners, very informative. Our dog is a highly sensitive eater and we were having issues with her food. She's a larger breed and her food was about 90$ a bag for the stuff that wouldn't upset her tummy and that bag wouldn't even last a month. Only healthy products this place sells and they will help you in keeping your dog healthy and happy. They love when you bring in your pets as well! I am 100% in supporting local businesses as long as the staff are friendly. It pays to have great customer service! Keep up the great work!

One of my cats has had pancreatitis twice. Medication, gluten free food, wet food, single protein diets for allergies and perscription food would help for a short period of time before I would find 6 puke piles around the house. And back to the vet we would go. I spoke to Amy for well over an hour about cat foods and options. I switched my cat to vital cat. Massive improvement in his behavior, stomach issues, and fur! She also took the time to give me alternative chews for my pup. It has been a long time since I have had such customer service and had them share where their information came from. I love this store!! I will continue to come here because of the customer service and the people here are truly passionate about pet health!

I only shop at What's in the Bowl. By far the best pet store I've ever experienced. Owners Sean and Amy are amazing, love animals, so kind and friendly, and are EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Plus they are willing to share that knowledge which is even better! Especially for raw, healthy, natural animal foods this is the only place to go. You'll learn so much, you won't regret it, and your animals will love it!

The owners, Sean and Amy, are extremely knowledgeable in dog nutrition and the dog's overall wellbeing. They take the time to talk to you, make you feel welcomed, and explain the benefits (pros & cons) to every decision about my dog. My dog was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia and arthritis and Sean & Amy helped provide the right supplement and food. My dog has had very little issues since! Thankful for Sean & Amy for helping me and helping my dog live a pain free life!

This business is knowingly selling expired products. When I pointed out expired dates, I was told to "let the owner know". Upon a 2nd visit, the expiration dates are crossed out with black marker. Owner was there and said, "I didn'tcross them out". Watch out for your fur-babies!!

This place is seriously too good to be true. My new puppy got a tick on her leg and I asked them while I was there about removing it and I had about 3 of the employees holding her down, removing the tick, and feeding her treats! They were so amazingly helpful and they didn't even charge me even though I insisted on paying them. These people are the kindest and I cannot speak more highly of this place. They offer a discount to teachers and always give you a bunch of healthy free snacks for your pet as you go. They threw in the tweezers they used for the tick for us! Support local business and go to Whats in the Bowl!!!!

My holistic vet suggested several different choices of dog food for our husky with a very sensitive stomach.The owner was so helpful and narrowed down my choices by explaining the differences in quality (food ingredients) between them.The prices were reasonable even competitive and the quality of choices and the service make this my new go to place for all our pets needs!I recommend this place to every pet owner I know. You can’t get better service or products!

I really like the people who run this store, they are very friendly and seen knowledgeable. But since my first visit they just keep adding more and more stuff making the store feel extremely claustrophobic. If you're not able to find what you're looking for, there is usually only one staff member. If they are busy (often times just being friendly) it is awkward to interject. Some of their products are wildly over-priced in conjunction with the severe over-crowding and not being able to balance socializing/handling business has me looking elsewhere.

I have dogs and a cat so enjoyed looking around the shop. Their selection of dog and cat food is great! The owner took time to inform me of various things to watch out for in pet foods, with some ingredients that are bad and some that are essential but often lacking. I'll shop there again and recommend this store to friends.

I stopped in tonight with my dog Ruger who recently has become scared of fireworks and thunder. The customer service we received was phenomenal. Forgive me for not remembering the young lady and gentlemens name but they were fantastic. They instantly started interacting with Ruger and trying to help calm him down. They helped fit him with a thunder shirt and recommended the july third calming chews. Before we left the store we already saw some results of the thundershirt now 4 hours later and he is back to his old self.Thank you so much for taking the time with us you've got a new customer and I've already told numerous friends about our visit and they will be coming in too.
