Kay!Kay is always so pleasant and sweet to us and our fur baby, Ella. Her sincerity beams through in every conversation I have with her. Shes amazing and a huge asset to your team. Give her a raise!! 😀Dr. Jen always has a smile on her face as well and clearly takes pride in her Veterinary career. This shows through with her thorough visits and her care for our pup. This has been our 2nd home for Ella for 8 years now and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Thanks to the entire staff at Companion Animal Hospital and thank you for accommodating our pup, even though she’s a handful at times. ❤️

I have been taking my animals to Companion Animal Hospital for many years. I started taking them there after a bad experience with another vet in the area. I found that the paperwork they provide you after each visit nicely sums up what was discussed and what further action to take with the care of my animals. Kay is always welcoming and friendly. When my Mom moved to the area, I recommended them and she took her animals there too. When my Mom had to, unfortunately, put her animals down this past year they made that awful experience, comforting for her to go through. Highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital to anyone in the area!

Over the past 2 years, I’ve used Companion Animal Hospital for end of life care for my elderly dog, puppy care for my new pup, and all of our regular care for our newly adopted young dog.I’ve never had anything but great experiences with the doctors and staff, and their availability and ability to accommodate has been great.

Paws (talons, fins, and all other sorts of hands) down, the friendliest groups of veterinarians!!! Every time I have to visit with an exotic pet of mine (dalmatian hermann’s tortoise and green cheek conures) it’s the least amount of anxiety and stress I’ve felt for myself and my pets. The staff just gush over my babies and you can see that they pour love into your animals… so much so that I’ve told Kay that she can tort-sit anytime she wants!!

I have been coming to companion for years with every single one of my pets. I have recommended them to everyone I know for years and they really have lived up to my expectations especially in the last few months.Recently, my cat got very sick and they have been so kind and compassionate every step of the way. I don’t know both of their names, but from the receptionists (Kay specifically. But the other girl has been PHENOMENAL as well) who have remembered me, offered me support, guidance, and empathy every step of the way. I can truly tell Kay cares about what she is doing and cares about not only my cats wellbeing but mine as well. The vet techs who have been so kind and going as far as sending home care packages of food for my kitty to try to my primary vet Jenny (I believe her name is) who has been straightforward, understanding and all around incredible. They have all done their best to manage my financial restraints throughout this process. I will forever come to companion with all of my pets, and I recommend that anyone in the area does the same. Thank you to all of you at companion and everything that you do.

This whole office is amazing! My pet frog seemed ill on a weekend and I was calling all over looking for a vet with amphibian experience.Hope, who answered the phone, reassured me they could help and helped figure out a way for me to come in right away. Dr. Waldoch and vet tech Sarah were fantastic as well as knowledgeable about exotics care and all 3 staff took a personal interest in my frog.Pancake the frog and myself are very grateful for the care and support!

I just wanted to share my thoughts about Companion Animal Hospital.I’ve been to many vets trying to get my girls established and am genuinely so happy I found them. The staff is so friendly, they treat us fairly and respectfully. Many vets seem to sometimes talk down to me for being a dog owner at 24. Not the staff here.I owe them my whole heart. My pup passed away in February and they were so so sympathetic about the whole situation as you can imagine I was DISTRAUGHT. She was cremated and I received a beautiful tribute for her.I have athena now and she is healthy, happy and strong. I am so blessed to have found them because they give my babies such good care.They are a tad bit pricy but absolutely not a problem because I know they take the best care of my puppy and offer me exactly what she needs.You guys are appreciated more than you will ever know.~Gabrielle, Athena and angel baby Nova 🏼🐾💛

So great and so fast. I was waiting for what felt like a normal amount of time for any doctor, animal or human, but Kay stopped into the room and let me know why there was a delay. It was so nice for my anxious brain to know what was happening, and that they care about being on time. Would highly recommend

I can’t say enough how great the folks are at this location. I completely trust Dr Jenny. She provides easy to understand education and lets me decide the best course of action. Kay greets me every time with a smile and kind words. It has that old school family doctor feel 💜 They helped me with my senior dog and kept her comfortable until the end. She lived to an amazing 17 years! Now I have two new dogs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I think the staff were just as excited to meet my new babies as I was! They genuinely care and you can tell they love their job. I don’t think they could do anything better! Thanks Companion Animal!

Pets are Family here, from Front office to the back, to be greeted warmly and leaving with a smile on my face. I have been to several clinics and the team here is a team. Yes, there are days that is a little hectic, but this clinic seems to always work through it easily. They do their best to take time in the room with the pet and their Technicians appointments, so my Felicity isn't scared when she comes in. Her attitude has changed so much with in the few visits and they will allow us to bring her in just to socialize!!! We are so happy that we have finally found this place, THANK YOU!!!

I have Sugar Gliders and it is not easy to find a Vet that treats exotics and not break the bank on top of it.I took my old male as a follow-up to an Emergency visit as well as to establish primary care for him. Our visit with Dr Jenny gave me the confidence that this is where I will be establishing primary care for my other 3 Gliders. I saw reviews on this place about them only caring about making money, but that was not my experience. Dr Jenny examined my Grumpy Old man and provided a care plan for my old guy that took into consideration his quality of life as well as the well-being of his cage mate.

I had two bad experiences with this vet and I'll never take my dog here again, should have learned my lesson the first time. The first time I took my dog here was for an exam, heart worm test and nail trim. I was quoted $50 for the exam over the phone. Over the phone I told the receptionist, my dog does not like other dogs and cannot be put into an exam room with me. Day of the appointment they insisted putting him in a room with me, I had to eventually step out and listen to him bark forever. In 8 years my dog has never had to be muzzled, they had to muzzle him and walk him around. I walked out with a bill that was almost $300 for a simple exam and test. I took my dog to my orginal vet in Milwaukee for his three year shots, heartworm, fecal test. And a standard wellness panel, and nail trim (which is complimentary) and my bill was less than $250, they did not have to muzzle my dog and everything went great. My second appointment that went badly was for a simple nail trim, I got an email for a discounted nail trim on specific days, I figured no way they can screw this up and my other vet could not get me in tell the end of Sept. The receptionist was very nice and got my dog back within a couple of minute's but when he came back from his nail trim, the idiotic nail tech had cut three of his nails and my dog was bleeding all over. Didn't even put quick stop on his nails until he came into the lobby, and even the receptionist seemed irritated with the nail tech. In 8 years of my dog getting his nails clipped no one has ever made him bleed, and then I'm told they can't feel it it, it doesn't hurt them. I'm flabbergasted how these people are still in business, especially the nail tech she should be fired. Also I did not get my discounted nail price like I was suppose to. All I can say is run don't walk away from this vet of horrors. I'll keep driving into Milwaukee for my dog from now on.

I’ve been bringing my pup here for roughly 7 years now, and I will never use another vet for the remainder of his, or my life.The family at Companion has been there for me every step of the way - any questions I had years ago as a new dog owner, to rather silly questions and concerns I still have to this day. I have never ONCE felt I was a burden or annoyance, and there are times I probably should have, lol. My bad.Companion in New Berlin is special, because they make it known our animals are just as important to them as they are to us. They listen to our concerns, they answer our questions, and are always prompt with anything and everything they offer and provide.All of the Doctors that have cared for Sherlock over the years have been welcoming, knowledgeable, confident and professional. I would specifically like to address Kay, Hope, and Tori, as you have all given me much needed reassurance and patience over the years. My experience at this facility has left me frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I spent $180 on pre-dental cleaning labs and another $100 for the "non-refundable deposit" down payment for the actual cleaning (my new vet found it extremely odd that a deposit was even necessary). I was waiting for a phone confirmation from this office to give me directions on exactly how to prepare my animal for the surgical procedure, but never heard anything. Once the day came, I called in that morning to let him know my animal was not prepared for surgery. I asked for my deposit back and was told that an email confirmation was sent, which I never received. Come to find out, they had an incorrect email address for me. Despite this, they still won't give me my $100 back. What a joke. So glad I have transferred my animal's care elsewhere.ETA: I wish I could respond to the response made today, 11/23/22. I was never told about any SMS messaging or the like that you mentioned--communication is of utmost importance? I called in because I didn't get any communication from you to verify this appointment. That alone is enough to make me think twice about taking my animal to you for a surgical procedure--therefore, I was asking for my $100 back right then and there. I didn't ask for my money back AFTER I made an appointment with another provider. Nice try with your response. I still give you one star and if I could, I'd give you zero stars.

We've been going to Companion for years with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. The doctors are great, but we also really love the front desk staff. Kay, Hope are always super friendly whenever you call (which is often having a pet with prescription diet needs for food pickup ☺️).

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff are always phenomenal- they're welcoming, friendly, and so so kind to my anxious pup. Before I used to have to heft her into the office and now she's excited to see staff at checkups. The staff is also very knowledgeable and patient- explaining everything very clearly, offering advice, info, ect. I can't imagine taking my pet elsewhere, the care and service is top tier for sure!
