They offer a wash/dry your own dog option! I was able to bring my golden doodle and wash/dry her myself, for a low fee and towels, shampoo was included! The ladies were all very helpful, so much better than trying to wash/dry my dog at home. Highly recommend! Yo do Need to call and make appointment to reserve a bath area ahead of time.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and we have always had good experiences here. We love the option of the self serve baths, which we tend to use more often than not, but their grooming services provided are great, and very reasonably priced. We will continue coming here for all of our dog bathing/grooming services.

Kailyn did a SPECTACULAR job with my 6lb Cavapoo puppy. He came in looking like Chewbacca, and walked out knowing he looks great! She was phenomenal - it was our first time there and we will be back!

We have been taking our 2 shepherds to Cappoochino’s for many years now. At first, I would do the self bathing but now I have them do it. And boy do they do a great job. The genuinely love the dogs, are super sweet to them and don’t crate. Rommel and Caiya love being pampered and the owner, Amy is awesome!!!Thankyou all for everything you do to pamper my pooches ❤️

This place is a gem! We did the self service dog wash and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, despite being very busy! We washed our extra large Anatolian Shepherd and spent about an hour in the wash, shampoo, towels, and dryers were all provided for $15!! It was an incredible deal, and we will absolutely be back.

Great value! $25 to wash our pup and get his nails trimmed. The self service facilities and the ability to stay with our dog during his nail trim made him much less anxious. Staff was friendly and accommodating too

Very nice people 👍 nice cut ✂️ knew how to trim this breed 😀. Wide enough to enter with a walker. Handle extra large dogs 🐕 to our long hair Chihuahua. Even more impressive is the fact that they save the hair from the dog to show what things were caught in the hair and feet. She even came out with a little bandana for Halloween. Nice Added Touch.

Been here a couple times and neither has been great. First time they just forgot to trim nails. The other time they told us our dog did poorly and we noticed he had razor burns on all 4 of his paws when we got him home of course he hated it.

I love the DIY bath for my dog. They give you all the supplies so all you bring is your dog. The tub is waste high, they hook a ramp to the tub so Sadie can get in without me having to pick her up, she’s 120lbs. The staff is very helpful and Amy is my go to gal for a nail trim. My Sadie is not a fan of nail trims but Amy is quick and gentle. I’ve never left disappointed and high recommend giving them a try. 10 ⭐️

They did a great job with my pup’s bath today. She had rolled in some tree sap yesterday and you can’t even tell ❤️ She is also a very nervous girl around strangers, but when I picked her up afterwards she was acting like they were family. So wonderful for this newish dog mom ❤️Will definitely be coming back with her!

We are so pleased with our experience at Cappoochino's. Our Labrador hates getting her nails clipped and they still welcomed her in with open arms. We walked in and we were out within 15 minutes. Inexpensive services and informative staff!

We bring our dogs here to self wash. They are too big for us to do at home. Love the fact that they have a ramp and I don't bust back leaning over the tub. Great shampoos and love the gear to keep us dry. Cuz we all know that's not easy to do.

We took our pup here approximately three months ago. They did a great job and were super affordable conpared to others. I think the total was about $35-40 for our cockapoo and they took their time telling us to return in about 2.5 hours. They also loved our dog saying he never stopped wagging his tail! :)

Another dog was there a few feet away barking non-stop giving me a headache. Not the best experience here. The person running this place is always frantic and not particularly friendly. She also wasn't nice to the barking dog as she was clipping its nails.

When I first walked in I let the groomer know my dog doesn’t like to get his nails trimmed but he is very friendly and once he is comfortable with you he’s alright. The groomer was very aggressive and while holding my dogs paw was pushing it down extremely hard forward where my dog started whining. The aggression and the way my dog was treated while I was there was not ok. I will not be returning and I felt terrible for puppy who the owner had dropped off and left with the groomer because the puppy was literally crying out multiple times where my dog had to bring his ears down because it was so loud and watched the puppy very concerned. My friend and I both looked at each other and then back at this poor dog as it was going on. The groom then gave my friend a very weird look and then played it off like she was comforting the dog. It did not seem genunine and I warned my friend after we had left the treatment my dog had received that she should not leave her dog unoccupied ever there because of what I saw while I was as present . I am not one to usually leave reviews but I think that other dog owners should be aware of the the treatment that is going on while they are not there.

I went to pick my dog up from being groomed and got there a little early. They were wrestling with him and trying to keep his mouth closed while he cried. He is a friendly dog and does not require the hands on abuse that was occurring. If the staff were having any type of difficulty providing the service, they should have stopped trying and should have called me. He has been groomed other places without issue. My other place was full and I needed to get him in somewhere... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Katelyn is great and Ryder loves going there and always looks great and is happy when I pick him up. They are very knowledgeable and have given me some great advice. He is a mini poodle.
