Had deer processed there last year and it was a horrible experience. The product was even worse! Brat had no seasoning in the at all. I aldo had to package them myself.The version sticks were just ok! I was handed giant cardboard boxes full of sticks uncut not packaged smh. And the the same for the summer sausage. And it wasn't very good tasting at all. To put the frosting on the cake I was charged about twice as much as another other place that I have taken deer to have processed. It would have been cheaper to buy a half cow and have that done somewhere else. Smh. I brought the meat to them they didn't even have to butcher it.

Absolutely wonderful place. Definitely a must go. It a small town grocery store with with a 100+ year old family meat market. Don't expect to find everything under the sun a grocery store could have. I've been to over 20 meat markets in the state, and this one ranks HIGH. My favorites are the smoked pork chops, sausage, and breakfeast links . I've been in here twice now and met 2 of the Reetz family and 100% some of the nicest people I've met. Love the old school feel of the place where their is not only amazing customer service and they make you feel like family as well.

Eating Reetz' meats since childhood in the 50's. Mom would give me 50 cents and say go on your bike and get a ring of baloney from Vernie's. He has passed and the price is higher but no change in the recipe nor quality!! May I suggest the ring liver as well.

Great place. I just moved into town and bought some meats. After getting them home, I cooked some up, and OMG, it was great. I will keep coming back.

Yes, this is the vintage small-town grocery store with smoked meat smells and hand-written ledgers you MUST visit! The manager/meat-counter guy chuckled when I asked if he had any jerkey. In fact, he gave me the nickel tour of the smoke house out back where they had all the goodies hung with care. Yeah, just stop by and thank me later!

This is the kind of nostalgic, old-school grocery store so many small towns used to have. Excellent meats and cheeses. A great place to find what you need, with friendly staff.

Great place, the best meats in the area as well as sausages that are made there from start to finish . Various cheeses that are sliced fresh for you . Also grocery items. Plus a friendly staff.

We’ve been going to Reetz Meats for a while now. I found nobody comes close to the quality and taste that they have in their meat selection, especially their sausages and mettwurst, the best meats and ingredients.

The butcher was very friendly, and the spicy "minis" we tried for an afternoon snack paired perfectly with some sliced cheese also from Reetz Meats!

This old feel grocery store is amazing like.stepping back in time. The meat market is superb all home made bacon & sausage, the steaks, chops and roasts are all hand cut at the time of order and are fresh. Can't beat hand wrapped steaks wrapped in paper like the old days.

Nostalgia all the way. Totally old school tiny grocery store. Owner Vern was so friendly. He gave us delicious meat stick samples and showed us the meat smoker. This is a no frills shop but it has lots of character. Go for the experience and the amazing fresh meat.

We hadn't been here in almost 3 years. We stopped in to get fresh quartered chickens and breakfast sausage but ended up buying a few other sausages.We love this little store and will go out of way to stop in and pick up meats.

Very dark and dingy inside. Could not see the meat in the show case. Bought Metwhurst and liver. Three out the liver. Afraid to try the hamburger. Store looked close from the outside. Will never go back. Once was a great place to shop.

Great meat! The beef sticks were delicious! Got a bunch of different cuts for dinner. The women behind the counter was helpful and cut out steaks to order. Everything was excellent.

Vern and his family really make my day when I go into the store. Always friendly and go out of their way to help. He is very generous and has great meats. Try a fish fry on Friday yummy.

The building is "Historic" & it has a few minor grocery items to last you the weekend. Their meat counter is "Top Notch" & "F.D.A." approved. Once you go to Reetz's, you'll be back on a regular basis. It is also a family ran business.
