Cool place we stumbled upon. Nice worker and excellent ice cream. The best chocolate peanut butter I've ever had. They have soft and hard ice cream, good serving size for the price.

Let me tell you that when you order a single scoop cone, it's more like 2-3 huge scoops! They carry Cedar Creek ice cream which tends to be my favorite too! Next time I go I will take pictures! Awesome selection, great service and prices aren't too bad!

Got there around 5:30 on a Saturday and just beat the rush. Seems the be a family run business. Very extensive menu of ice cream related desserts. Ice cream is Cedar Crest. Serving sizes for the ice cream is almost offensively large. Truly Wisconsin sized desserts. They have a small sitting area to eat.

While traveling along The Wisconsin River a couple people said we should stop at Swiftwater Ice Cream in Nekoosa. Glad we did, and we're glad we did. Each of us enjoyed their ice cream and they had plenty of flavors to choose from.What really surprised us were these amazing murals. They were composed of mirror and mosaic tiles. BEAUTIFUL!They probably would have received 5 🌟 but the weather that day was a little cold.

Nice small little ice cream shop with more than just ice cream . Outside sitting. The ice cream portions were big the half scoop ice cream cone was more like 2 scoops . The hot fudge sundae was very good as well as the Elvis sundae it was delicious. Prices are very reasonable. We went there 2 nights in a row and Would definitely go back again

Was pleased to find this place open, as I was running late and "needed" ice cream on my way to meet friends in turkey camp. Hot fudge malt had all the ingredients, mixed just right .

Great ice cream and friendly service. My family and I were staying at a local campground for a week and we visited this ice cream store three times in that week. The Key Lime Pie flavor was our favorite.

Dole whip !!!!!!! Here in Nekoosa wisco. So if you are coming through and know anything about a castle and a mouse who live in Florida then this will fill a void thank you so much for coming into our lives sweetwater . Swiftwater Ice Cream is a great place to have your favorite and very tasty ice cream. We go there just about every night. The owners are very sweet people. We are so happy when they open for the season and very sad when they close for the year. We will always and continue to go there all the time.

I go to Swiftwater nearly every weekend with my family!! We all absolutely love it! They are really fast and understanding! They give huge ice creams for really cheap! In fact, one day we went to stop for ice cream and realized we forgot our wallets and paid for 4 ice creams (1 sm. soft-serve, 2 sm. Cedar Crest and 1 lg. soft-serve) with spare change we had in the car! AMAZING!!

We stopped in the early fall. We have been driving past for awhile since we are moving to the area. Generous portions. The mural that you park in front of is very large and pretty. Be aware that it a cash only establishment and it is not open in the winter. We will be stopping when it is open again.

My experience was short but never the less set the wrong tone for me. My daughter and her friend went there to get some ice cream and my husband and I sat in the car. As teenagers they were laughing and my daughters friend dropped her ice cream on the ground. Again yes they are teenagers and were laughing about this. So they came to the car not knowing what to do. So I got out of the car and stood in line. As the male owner came out to pick up the ice cream from the ground I simply asked "Can we get another ice cream, it doesn't even need to be the same size". The response I received was "If you pay, we don't just give away free large ice cream cones".So my observation in this very short interaction was that he was rude. I do understand that my daughter and her friend were laughing and acting goofy but they are teenagers at an ice cream shop and when the ice cream dropped it was an accident. Second I wasn't asking for a large free ice cream but my daughters friend did pay for the ice cream on her own. I am sure running a business is difficult but for that night you lost our business and we went somewhere else for another ice cream.Kids will be kids and they were not doing anything wrong but laughing and being silly. I strongly suggest you look up the video called "Give 'em the pickle" by Bob Farrell. Maybe you will learn something on customer service. Maybe instead of making your comment on having to pay for another ice cream you could of simply said "I can't give you another large but how about we do a small or even a baby cone".It is your business but you did loose our business by the simple un necessary comment.

Decent ice-cream I got a tornado it needed quite a bit more pieces was mainly vanilla ice-cream.. but was still good, fair price. I like the murals.
