Great people to do business with! They have gone out of their way to see sure my needs were met! Dealt with Krone Werks for me to locate fasteners needed for my trailer hitch. Took care of a travel bag I purchased that was missing stitching. I didn't even purchase the bag from their shop, but they went out of their way to take care of it for me! They got it replaced with a brand new bag! I am very glad we have a local shop that takes great Cate of their customers!

If you are ever in the need for great customer service, a friendly atmosphere and an all around amazing parts and repair shop please make the drive to Partianimal Cycle. The owners are helpful, courteous and go above and beyond to help their customers. We had a Saddlemen seat that we did not purchase through them but had been discussing the discomfort we were having with it with them. They were able to get the CEO of the company to take our seat and fix it. They shipped it for us and remained in contact with the company and us regarding our seat. They did not have to do any of that for us since we did not purchase the seat from them but they did it willingly. We cannot thank you enough for all of your help. This is a regular stop for us, even just to stop in and chat. We will continue to give them our business and will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you so much! ~Sarah and Michael

There are a ridiculously large number of cycle items for sale here, especially considering how small the town is. They are very knowledgeable about what they carry, riders themselves it is clear. They are attentive to you as a customer and very nice people to talk with. The store is well organized, brightly lit and fun to visit.

My '03 Harley's check engine light came on two weeks ago. I noticed my voltmeter reading at 10, and knew that was not a good sign.The nearest Harley dealer told me he couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. One eighty miles away said they could tow me in , but never called me back. My Indy in Wisconsin Rapids had retired.I decided to take a chance with Parti Animal. Kate was very friendly and arranged for my bike to be picked up the day after I called her. Randy was able to confirm I needed a stator, rectifier and a new battery. I told him I wanted the best quality stator, so he did some checking and thoroughly explained my options to me . He was very patient, and I felt comfortable with the decision I made.I picked my bike up today, and it works. Thank you Randy.

If you are a motorcycle owner or enthusiast, this is the place to stop in. I went in looking for a Klock Werks flare for my late model HD, knowing little more than the fact Parti Animal was a dealer for that brand. They had exactly what I wanted in stock, and the staff were right there to help, offer advice, and give friendly opinions. Looking around the shop, I could have easily dropped a mint on the things on hand I could see at a glance.

200+ miles from home on a Sunday with a rear flat is not a good place to be. I Googled motorcycle shops near me and Parti Animal Cycle came up as open. The owner, Randy, stayed past closing so he could change out my rear tire. Checking my front we discovered it was low due to a leak around the valve stem. This diligence saved me from another breakdown and possibly even a crash. I would like to point out this happened on Father's Day. He took time from his family so I could make it back to mine. If this shop wasn't 3 hours from my house it would definitely be the place I would have all my service done. Thanks Randy.

I'm so sorry this has taken so long. Back in Sept my ol man and I took off on a week long camping trip on the bike. We got the oil changed, had new tires put on. 60 miles into our trip.. front tire tube blew. It was Saturday and Holiday weekend. Parti Animal cycle opened on a Sunday to get us back on the road. Thank you so much!

Couldn't leave fast enough! Couldn't believe these people where allowed to open another motorcycle business, they where run out of Milwaukee years ago. They made their fortune by ripping people off, selling faulty parts and not giving refunds, my friend bought a bike from them, put money down, returned the next day to find out they sold it to someone else for more money after he left. Friends wouldn't let friends go near this place.They "retired" because they had worn out there welcome in Milwaukee, you can only do what they did to so many people and when social media ramped up they where done because people where able to share experiences easier. As far as current ownership of Parti Animal it is the son of the people that made there fortune at the expense of others. He was mentored by them and the fruit does not fall far from the tree.
