It is a typical McDonald's of the modern age. It's always pretty clean and looks nice inside. The food is good and fast, and it has an easily accessible drink machine. The only knit pick is nighttime; at night, it seems things are a bit less than fresh, and everyone is tired and trying to get through you fast. Other than that, it's a good small town McDonald's.

The service here was much faster than most of my McDonalds experiences. Mariah was professional and had a great attitude. Store was clean and food was fresh with the exception of fries that seemed like they had sat a bit and distinctly taste like fish. It was not the expectation I had of fries at any McDonald's. Minus the delema with the fires, this visit made my day. I was very pleased to be in and out with fresh food within minutes. Keep up the good workParking: There is not much room for parking as this location is joined with a gas station that seems to be fairly busy.

Absolutely NO customer service. A bunch of young highschool kids which if trained the right way would probably make good workers. Also needs New management!

Atmosphere? Dirty tables & floors, with cramped seating. One table had someone's laptop and cell phone taking up one of the few tables available. It appears to be a manager's, but they never return for it the time I was present.Service/staff were excellent. Provided table service, rare at most McDonald's.Food was hot and served at an acceptable time, considering how many customers were waiting inside and at the drive-thru.

My experiences with this McDonald’s has always been a hit or miss. There have been many times where I arrive home and am either missing items or have the wrong order, and then sometimes everything is right and it comes hot and ready. Best advise would be to check the bag before leaving the parking lot. Also to I never seem to receive a receipt so if want one ask ahead!

Staff was friendly, order wasn't messed up which is always a plus. Customers who choose to order inside will immediately sense that they're clearly an afterthought over the drive-thru. The level of priority placed on drive-thru is pretty extreme and could use some refiningFeatures: Lobby closed until further notice. Drive-thru only here unfortunately

Best McDonalds ever. I wish all the other ones were like this one and it's not even a stand alone one, meaning it's with a gas station. I always get a sausage mcmuffin with the muffin extra well done and I get it perfect everything. Never have I had a problem with my order and it's always out promptly.

ok not to be a Karen or whatever but they literally ruined my night I asked for large fries and I got the same portion as medium fries because they only filled a half and this is outrageous because if I wanted medium fries I would have asked for it. my thursday night is ruined and it’s your fault, McDonald’s, yes it is. never coming back bye

I had the 2 cheeseburgers for $2 and ordered them without ketchup and mustard. Usually this will help make the sandwiches be hot or at least warm. At this McDonald's they came out almost cold. There was a long line and they were very slow.

We went in to get food and they told us the lobby was closed because of lack of workers. But we told them the drive thu was blocked by crates. They said its not there problem. Then we asked to order inside because the drive thu was blocked. They said no, not there problem, Just use the drive thu. Refused to give us food and never cleaned up the crate. They just want to be paid to do nothing. We order ever morning and they always find some kinda problem to not give us food. Save your money go some where else.

McDonald's in nekoosa is disappointing in the evening. I ordered a chocolate shake and it tasted sour. You could tell it was NOT right. I went back inside and was waiting for someone to talk to me and all I was told was, " lobby is closed at 7" in a very rude manner and the man did not even make eye contact with me but looked at the shake. It was 7:03 and a customer complaint is not being taken care of. I saw the name on the name tag and it said Jason. I also ordered 2 double cheese burgers, and your suppose to get 2 patties?? Well I only got 1 patty on each. They didn't check anything and I never got a refund or new food. Very huge disappointment in my eyes. I used to love McDonald's in nekoosa but now its worse than all the ones around us.

Drive thru was open a young lady was talking to her friend instead of being inside doing her job. Another I think it was the manager was outside picking up some trash I assume it was around the drive thru area. She asked the young lady what she was doing outside she should be in inside getting no ready. The girl ignored her. 😩

Lobby is NEVER open. This is not hyperbole. I bet the owner LOVES the fact that the lobby was just renovated, and nobody is allowed in.If and when they resume normal business, I will amend this review.

This was fun. We went there and it wasn't even supposed to be dine in, but they let us sit down and we had an amazing meal. The employees were super nice too. Leave a tip!-coulee Christian kid

The crappiest McDonald's I've ever been to which is saying alot in comparison! I live in Nekoosa and wont eat there. Avoid at all costs unless your looking for anger and disappointment!!! Would give negative stars if I could.

One of the slowest Mcdonald's in the country. I go here maybe once or twice a week. Most of the time, you're waiting in line for 15+ minutes, or they ask you to pull ahead and wait longer because the fries aren't ready.The other day I went here while on a lunch break for work, it was about 2:30pm, and I waited in line for roughly 20-25 minutes. They had me pull ahead and wait because, of course, the fries weren't ready. I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes before that, there were only two or three cars in front of me, why does it take so much time go get a sandwich and a medium fry?A lot of the times I go here, the drive thru is closed, coned off. Apparently when they get deliveries, they have to shut down the drive thru because the store is apart of a gas station and they have no room. You would think they would have thought this through better over 20 years ago. They've had plenty of time to fix this.
