This bakery owner is a hero to all retail and customer service workers and I hope day in and day out the people in her life appreciate her! She takes nothing lying down and is not afraid to demand the respect she deserves, standing up for herself and all those who work customer service and retail. Too often people walk on retail workers and this woman didn't take it, showing the truth of the golden rule "treat others how you want to be treated"! Treat people with decency and get decency in return. I hope this business thrives the way it should and people learn from her to treat each other with kindness and respect, and if you can't then keep your mouth shut. Don't give it if you can't take it, just be a nice human and enjoy some cake!
