The height of stupidity.......your store is open till 9pm but your deli closes at 7pm. Not everyone has a 9-5 jobSome of us are lucky to get in there by 9. HOW HARD IS IT for an employee to get you some already sliced up meat and put it in a zip loc bag??????? No wonder people are going to Marshfield to shop.

I have to say it's a really good store nice and close but they don't even accept apple pay or samsung pay its only been around since 2012 and their card readers support it but Hansen's doesn't accept it so many times I've had to run to dollar general where things are 2 times the price and dollar tree shut down because yall like high prices so dollar tree couldn't make it because yall voted for Biden

“Ram out” of membership cards so I had to pay full price when all the items I chose were ones with discounts for members. They wouldn’t even honor the prices. I’m new to town but I’ll make sure to get my groceries elsewhere now.

Great store for getting the food you need. I enjoyed their produce, especially the mushrooms I used in my spaghetti 🍝. The customer service was great and there is even a gas station right in front of the store. Can't get more convenient than that.

Hansen's is a great store. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. What I really like is that they remember who you are and they have never treated me like I am "just" another customer. This store definitely has hometown values. Highly recommended by me.

It was a test of patience standing in line at the register like it was the 1980s again, I can appreciate the reasons though. I also appreciate the bakery here, it's nice to have fresher options still. 🌱🍞🥐

Very cute little grocery store with everything you need. They have a deli. They have bakery items, a liquor section and most general food items plus a few extra things. The staff was friendly and helpful and the store was clean. Lovely little grocery store.

The selection is up to par with larger stores. The pricing seems comparable or better than that of most similar sized grocery stores in our area. The deli staff is friendly and helpful and the assistance i received as a disabled shopper made me feel good about shopping there.

We love this grocery store. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about vegetables and the meat department as well. The bakery and deli are a fun group of ladies and are great with party ideas!! It great to have a grocery store that really cares about their customers!! Love this place!!

It was good. I figured prices would be higher actually. Pretty reasonable. Just wanted a few things maybe particular to a bigger city variety (seagrams ginger ale and a frozen fruit smoothie mix) they didn't have but definitely adequate substitutes.

This place is the worst for getting gas! They don't start the pumps so if you are in a hurry you will have to go else where. Don't try to make it to this store at 6:50 PM to get food from the deli the deli closes at 7:00 PM and if you get there at 6:50 PM they will be closed and if you talk to a manager they just say oh I am sorry I will talk to them. If another store in this town had a deli I would never go here any more.

Almost all Hansen IGA are well stocked usually clean restrooms obviously some have gas as well.Never had any problems . More and more lines recently and only 2 people behind registers. Waiting... Might as well look around some more.Friendly staff are usually helpful.Will return

Wonderful place to shop! I couldn't recommend it more! The prices are great, the staff are super great, and its supporting a local business so it just makes you feel great! I shopped here a few times on a couple of my trips to Neillsville for business and whenever I needed help I could always find an employee right away!

Absolutely everything in this store is way over priced. 5.19 for a gallon of milk! I can go anywhere else and get it for half or even quarter of the price. Definitely don’t shop here unless I have to grab like a thing or two!!

The Deli worker put four kinds of turkey in 4 different bags, it ups the cost of food because you pay for the weight of each bag. The employees were slow at checkout, but very friendly.

For being the only full grocery story in about 15 miles, it's pretty good at covering the basics. Some good deals if you shop the ad and cashiers are friendly.

Good selection on produce, always good quality. People are helpful and all seem to know where everything is when u ask them. Prices are a little high on some things but it is in a smaller city.
