I was in this store the other day and i had to hear a worker named cassie complain for over ten min in an aisle also say that she is gunna take her time with the till when i have worked in a place like this other young people have family who pick them up while she makes them wait for how long this is ver un professional and the customer service was horrible she had a bad attitude and seemed to not care about anything I waited for another ten minutes for the young workers to get her out of the office when they haven’t seen her for hours this woman should not have this job and i hope this behavior changes at their store i will no longer go while she is working.

First of all, the store is always a mess. Boxes and product, even clothing, etc., on the floors that you have to step over or around. Today there was some weirdo checking customers out. Giving his opinion on things, and asking customers what their opinions were, etc. Creepy. If he didn't talk so much we all would have gotten out of their a lot faster.

I waa in there Aug 20 about 1pm. You couldn't walk anywhere without stepping over something!! They had boxes and products all over the floor in every asile!! The shelves were complete chaos!! When I was ready to check out there were 2 people in front of me. The first lady had a cart full, no big deal, but the cashier had no idea how to ring something up that didn't come up the sale price. The only other employee didn't know either!! So they both just stood there staring at the register!! When asked if they should maybe call manager they said no. She wasn't working and didn't want to be bothered!! By then there was 5 people behind me!! After waiting for 15 minutes I put my stuff on the counter and said I can't wait anymore. As I was walking out the younger heavier girl yelled towards me that she didn't want to help me anyways!! Don't know how that place stays open running like that!! Absolutely horrible!!

Love Dollar Generals. Good selection. The employees at this one are nice. Dollar General employees are usually worked pretty hard so I wasn't surprised, tho dissappointed, when I asked about the filthy floors and was told it wasn't worth doing them until the snows are done. Food and health products are sold here too. Hopefully, it was just a generic reply because she was tired.BUT, it is a great store, great location, we'll stocked, nice employees.

I love our local DG. Everyone is always so nice there. When there is a problem, it gets addressed and taken care of.Update, this company has gone downhill! They are all pretty lazy and don't want to do thir jobs. I pretty much stopped going there. Pathetic!

Was in here when they first opened and it was gorgeous! Now it looks like it belongs in a ghetto ...filthy floors, extemely cluttered and you can barely get your cart down the aisles, not to mention the line went almost to Indiana and only ONE cashier!! Really guys??? You need to get your act together before you end up going under!!

To be honest, I don't know what Neillsville would do without this store since Shopko is gone and IGA doesn't carry affordable options for health and beauty. They also have better prices on canned and boxed food compared to the grocery store, which I really enjoy.

I must say that in the last week week in a half the Dollar General Store in Neillsville is looking alot cleaner. Good job. I love shopping there. It's convenient.

Stock not displayed properly, floors very dirty! Overall a pig sty! Not happy to have in the community looking like it does! Employees do not appear to care.

It is filthy. There is absolutely no order to the place. Theres product carts at the end of the isles and you can hardly maneuver your shopping cart.

The aisles are narrow and there's a lot of merchandise stacked in to very small area but they always seem to have what I'm looking for.

There is alot of stocking items all over the store that block goods and the walk paths. The employees are very nice and helpful.
