We used the FixAPet program. We are from a different county and drove an hour to get our Roscoe neutered. Everyone there was super friendly. The price is amazing! You can add on A La Cart items and they do a free nail trim while the pooch is out! I recommend them to everyone! They are very sure that you understand the procedure as well as the aftercare. Need your pet fixed...Go to Clark County Humane Society!!!

They staff is very friendly, helpful, professional, caring, and all around great people working with the animals. They truly love their positions at the shelter, and it shows. The people there are very courteous. Explained things very clearly about procedures and post operations. My dog Dudley is doing very well. Does not seem to be in any pain. The experience was simple, and the cost was very fair. Thanks for being there for us pet owners. And Dudley says thanks.

The staff was super duper friendly, you can tell that they really care for all the animals there like they're their own. It does have pretty limited hours, but they were flexible with my schedule and the adoption process was super easy and went quickly! They did a great job of thoroughly explaining all of the medical history and paperwork which was really nice. Highly recommended shelter!!

These folks deserve immense recognition. I have seen them do so much the last year (in addition to previously) for so many animals- especially mill dogs who I have a major soft spot for. While I am not local- I hear firsthand about all the help this org is providing to mill rescues from some of my rescue contacts who have worked with them personally. This shelter is transparent on social media. They are informative, and they are doing whats best for the animals. To say that I am impressed would be a gross understatement.

The people in the front were really awesome. Now they tell you to check your spam email. I did but weeks later as I forgot. Then I answered to rescue a dog. They said they never heard back so they moved on. Not once did they try and call me which would be the right thing to do. So they were gonna call this family and we waited and waited. They finally said we could come get him. I just asked a question if we could lower the adoption fee. This rude lady Cheri starts telling me I seem unfit to rescue him. I emailed saying I can't believe you won't let me adopt him because I ASKED to lower his fee. Now I'm told by Cheri since I have an attitude there pulling my application. I wasn't even rude. I just wanted to rescue this SR dog. He would of had an amazing home. Don't ask questions like that. Yes, hopefully he is adopted but he would of had it great here

The staff was helpful and friendly. The greating rooms were clean and large with plenty of space to play and get to know the pet your looking at. And we came home with a puppy. I would Highly recommend this place if your looking for a four legged Friend.

Horrible experience, I had went to go look at all the cats which is a 80 mile drive for me which I didn’t mind I knew I wasn't going to get a cat the application process takes time but I wanted to pick one out before hand instead of the website so I could meet the kitty’s personality. Then I had put in applications for 3 different cats in case I wasn't able to get the others, and I got denied for each one I own my home I have plenty of experience with owning cats taking care of them and everything I had sent an email asking if they couldn’t let me adopt one of those three that they would suggest another one and I would be more than willing to give any cat a loving home they said have a great day, thanks but that doesn’t help a cat get a home.

They were wonderful! I was able to get my girls in to get spayed in a timely manner. The system is well organized. My girls were given all the appropriate aftercare as well. I'm very happy I found them and will definitely refer them to anyone who is in need. A great service for those wanting an alternative to a veterinarian's office fees or if you don't have an established veterinarian. Please be kind to those working there, a very rude and inappropriate woman was yelling at the desk lady and even made her cry....do better people

We've used their spay program twice now & both times were wonderful. They make the process smooth as can be through effective communications. Allowing you to fill out waivers beforehand, pay for procedure before pick-up & returning calls on their after-hours line diligently.We had to call the after-hours line with our first pooch as we didn't know what a healthy healing incision should look like. Ultimately, both of our dogs had successful procedures without complications. All employees we dealt with were compassionate & knowledgeable.All in all, know you surely do not sacrifice quality for the price.

I really love this place!! They are such caring people and you can see that when you adopt an animals from them. Very clean environment the animals never go hungry and always get the medical attention they need. This is Abby, I adopted her 15 yrs ago, she was about 2 at the time. Now she's 17 yrs old, lost her hearing and some eye sight but she still acts like a pup every night. This pic is 2 yrs old so she does have more gray on her face now. Thank you CCHS!! I'm sad to say that I had to put this beautiful soul to sleep, she was 18 years old. 💔

We did fix a pet. So far my pup is recovering ok. The staff was very rude to all of us people. My dog had to go all day and night without food and all day without water. When I came to pick up my pup at 4:30pm as they told us we would not be able to pick them up before that. We all stood outside as they kept the door locked and would even let people use the bathroom. My paperwork was for the wrong dog ... and when I asked if he had gone pee she pointed to the door and said take him out there! If money isn't an issue go somewhere else.

We made the decision to adopt this little female pomeranian . She is finding herself and has just been so loving and fun. When we brought her home she checked out all the rooms and the dog bed , food dishes etc then jumped into my recliner and claimed it for her own..I guess she knew she was home.

If your a low income family and love your pets but it's hard to keep your fur babies up to date on shots and such. Then this is the best place to bring them. They did an amazing job on our 2 fur babies. The younger dig Aries was easy but our older boy Zeus had had a long journey when it comes to being at the vet, so he was a little bit more of a challenge but we got him done too. They were amazing with our boys. We would recommend this place.

I love this place. The people I've encountered are very friendly and the kitties are well cared for. I do not go by the dogs, but I've seen people adopt dogs from this location and they have had a range of experiences, but most of them good. Highly recommend if you need your kitty cuddle fix or are in the market for a new companion.

Very people oriented and care about their customers. Only place I trust when it comes to spaying or neutering my fur-kids. Hands down the best place to go even if it's an almost hour drive. Want real care and understanding go through Clark County's Fix-A-Pet service.

We've gone twice now to spay our cats, and both times were pleasant experiences. I felt my fur babies were in great hands the entire time, and recovery went smoothly for both of them. I recommend this place to anyone who needs quality pet care, but for a much lower cost if you're willing to make the drive.

Let me start with: I am super pleased this shelter doesn't just give pets out on a first come first served basis. Matching pets to homes and understanding that not every pet will meet the expectations of people who adopt is very important to long term success of adoptions. The facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly and they take their time to make sure you know everything you need to know before taking your new pet home. We spent below an hour in adoption process (had to introduce our other dog to the dog we were adopting so it took extra time) and there were no issues whatsoever.

Very clean in the areas we were in. Wasn't over powered by urine smell from the dogs. Not many dogs but a lot of cats. Very nice volunteers and workers there
