All self check outs are card only. Every employee on their phones up front. Nothings stocked. I also have recently been stopped to check my receipt and the kid didn’t even look at my items in the cart he just glanced at my receipt and said okay. what was the point of that?

I'm happy they added cashier. I'm not a fan of self check outs....but when are the restrooms going to get some Attention to.... it's a darn shame when I see workers sitting there, paying more Attention to their phones, then work....I thought they got paid to work....

Walmart auto very unhelpful. Would not recommend to use them. Went there with a flat tire, looking for it to be patched. They were unable to patch (which was true based on another place I went to), however, they were unwilling to assist me further.They told me they didn't have my size tire on hand. (Normal sized large GM SUV tire.) Said they could order but it would be several days. Asked if they could check another local Walmart, 2 within 10 miles another 20 miles away. He said no. Then said they wouldn't carry it. Asked if he could call them and check, he said no.Please note I originally purchased said tire from this exact Walmart location less than a year ago.I instead went to another place nearby which was able to replace the tire, thanks Walmart for the poor customer service.

My son ordered a cake. Asked to have an aquarium sceneThey said they didn't have one but could come up with something that resembles one. Well not only was the cake old and dry but looked like a grade schooler decorated it. How disappointing we all were. Well he said never again.

Getting real annoyed of essentially being accused of “theft” every time I go to Walmart and this location pushed my buttons a bit too far, if y’all think I’m focking stealing CALL THE COPS idgaf pull me aside ACUSS ME but just because I have a trash can? Or something not in a bag cmon.. I used to work for Walmart I know for a darn fact unless they changed this since I last worked there the greeters or literally ANY other employee is breaking Walmart policy if they confront you for theft, that’s including checking receipts, that’s why Walmart invests billions of dollars into loss prevention has a entire department for it and trained licensed employees for it, but today was the last straw man, I’m like 95% sure me and my wife were followed by a member of loss prevention, and I believe they used the training I was taught of “aggressive helpfulness” and why I feel like he was a member of loss prevention is because he wasn’t in regular Walmart attire, he was kind of circling us making it look like he was doing something (as Walmart employees are trained to do, not sure if loss prevention is taught to do this but still) and then once we got our charger we went to the front to get some lidocaine patches for my back and went to the check out and sure enough there he was.. and is either just so socially awkward that he doesn’t know what to do or is actively trying to figure out what to do while he’s stalks us.. anyways why im personally upset and sick of this is i have a mental health thing andam paranoid constantly and this treatment is not helping that… can the greeters just make me feel welcomed to your store like y’all want my money even the ones who don’t ask it’s just a constant (am I gunna be stopped or not) just greet me and smile and wave instead of giving me constant anxiety.. in addition to that this whole “receipt thing” is ridiculous with the new self check out receipt option like what if I told the greeter some day “nah I don’t got it and I’m leaving the store deuces” which did happen to me me and my wife has a very similar number and I sometimes mix em up and I accidentally combined the numbers so neither of us got it and sure enough I was stopped.. it’s just a all round negative experience every time constantly being practically accused of theft.. yet I keep going back because it’s Walmart and cheap…This part is added after the fact but the thing that gets me the most is how checking my receipt makes 0 sense to actually help with loss prevention they don’t look in every single bag.. so how on earth do they “check the receipt” and make sure everything is paid for?? And what if I did put some of the items I purchased into the trash can? Is it gunna be a instant “OHH OHH OHH THEFT” moment sometimes? Cause honestly I used to do that so loading and carrying the items could sometimes be easier… it’s just a massive inconvenience and negative aspect FOR NO GOOD REASON.

AUTO DEPARTMENT RUDE!!! I will NEVER have work done there again. When I called to confirm appointment the man confirmed and hung up on me before I was finished. Then the day of my appointment was welcomed by a very rude man probably the same man that hung up on me. Then parked my car so far away and I had to walk in the dark with very little light and there were several spots close to the building. The one lady had a spot close, but mine was far away and I had to snow all around my car with my heels. The fat ugly rude man needs to be on the unemployment line!!!!!! I really need to talk to management about him!!! I will come down and point out the pig!

By far the cleanest and most organized product line I have ever encountered with regards to visiting any Walmart in any state within the United States.Not only were the workers fastidiously restocking shelves, they were also making sure that the stores overall cleanliness was being maintained and overall basis which was very comforting with regards to our current pandemic.I did speak to two different store managers during this visit, Carlos and Art. I specifically asked to speak with them to commend they’re amazing efforts as managers in leading such impressive employee teams which created work performances and observable amazing display of goods.Products line like no other Walmart. I will be back and I highly highly recommend this store.

Just like other walmarts, it can be hit or miss.My son and I went to buy a bike for him, we paid at the selfpay area and we were at the very end by the restrooms. The older lady who in a RED wheelchair was WATCHING US THE WHOLE TIME AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE DOORS SHE ASKED TO SEE OUR RECEIPT FOR THIS 1 BIKE. SHE THAN TOOK HER SWEET OLD TIME STARING AT IT. She was literally watching us the whole time just to be a pain in the butt for 1 bike while others just walked by.🙄 by law, a person does NOT have to show them anything. Walmart is just doing it for the dumbest reason.

My family shopped at this Walmart location on 12/23 & I was freaked out about the holiday rush. Although the parking lot & the store were packed, every employee was so nice! I was taken aback. We asked for help finding items & each employee stopped what they were doing to help us search & locate. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Came here on a Friday evening recently & it was POPPIN' as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle! Fun, throwback songs playing outside & inside the store.Besides that, the store is clean, quiet & well stock. I've always been able to find what I needed. I will actually go out of my way to shop at the Wal-Mart rather than the store slightly closer to me.

Place is still a dump . High prices like everywhere else in this world. What happened to Walmart being the bargain store like it was back in the day ? Now you pay high prices, and you are responsible for doing all your own bagging and checkout. If you screw up, they crucify you . And their products are subpar. You have to be on the lookout for bugs and expired food and products.

Went to pick up the online order, day and waited over 30 minutes, checked in online twice, called twice. Still waiting on my order. 3 cars have pulled into the spot next to me and left with their orders. Horrible service! How hard is it to get something automated wrong? FAIL! This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to the workers harass you as you walk around the store mind you I rarely ever go to Walmart the workers are playing on the phones with other workers not helping you their r workers that have no idea what they are doing and will completely waste your time and I don’t think any of the check out machines work I will never ever come to this Walmart again I would much rather travel the extra time to go to a different Walmart and be treated like a person with products that actually work and workers that actually do their job

Went to the store for a few food items milk, pasta small stuff. Total of about 30$, at the self checkout using a gift card from Walmart for 17$ then ebt for the rest. All food items, there’s some kinda problem and it isn’t taking the full amount with 12$ leftover. I had dropped the gift card into coupon into the coupon slot under where you insert money. So It’s having issues and I ask a nearby employee for help, and explain the situation of it taking both my gift card and ebt but not the full amount (everything was food and should be covered) they tell me it isn’t working bc the items aren't covered and I say well can we just get the coupon out of the machine than, and stop the transaction. This girl tells me she cant get it open and I’m out of luck. (I’ve worked at Walmart before and know you can open these with a key) I tell her this. She has an attitude and tells me it’s different now changed policy nobody can open this and get that back and I’m going to be out a gift card balance and some ebt balance basically. I ask her to get a manager because that just isn’t true, she has an associate friend with her (this other girl I saw name tag she is Reina, the main rude lady never saw hers, but if I had to describe her she’s fat n short with blonde hair) both them acting snotty with an attitude, whispering back and forth in each others ears, giggling, ignoring me avoid eye contact. Then rudely say to me nobody is going to help. And continue on ignoring me turning away talking laughing, acting like, why haven’t I left already and annoyed. N obviously I have not left because this whole problem.. and half a transaction not working to pay for, and merchandise sitting, while I’m in limbo on the fence trying to fix this. So they finally tell go get the manager and say he will be a bit he’s on his way, but that he won’t help me at all, and will back them up saying the same thing as them. Manager comes his name is Kyle, he helps me and opens the self checkout machine with his keys in less than 5 minutes we have sorted out the problem transaction, got my gift card back. N pay for everything fast and easy. (Never changed items it was always all food, and worked fine this time) He is pleasant and helpful. Those two rude girls made everything unpleasant and I don’t recommend people shop here. If you love being treated nasty and like an annoying pest when things out of ur control go wrong then shop here. One of the worst experiences ever at a Walmart, and this is Walmart particularly awful. I don’t expect amazing things but common courtesy at least. Took around 40 minutes from the initial problem at self checkout to walking out. Most was these employees refusing to help me and dragging their feet, lazy, rude and unacceptable way to treat customers. Just flat out lying to me and being rude and horrible.

Placed an online order from my hometown for 2 cans of silicon spray which would have to be picked up in an adjacent city's Walmart 20 miles away.About a week later a email was received and that the order has come in.Drove to the store and looked for the orange pickup signs as directed in the email. Not sure what to do next I waited to talk to someone when they had a chance.The store assistant came over and brought me over to a tall orange wall and said I needed to scan in the bar code. First try it couldn't read it so I enlarged the screen and tried again. The screen blinked and the window closed, scanned in?, no clue if anything happened. Asked how do I know anything happened and was told will have to wait and someone will come.Waited for 5-10 minutes, then found an assistant again because there wasn't any feedback that someone even got a message. They offered to call back there and I suggested that or a manager.A few more minutes and a different associate showed up and asked me my name and what was ordered. He then left to go back somewhere, and a few minutes later came back and said there was an order restriction and he needed my birth date. Then I had to sign to get and received my order.Needless to say I will never order like this in the future.

Easily my favorite thing about this location is the room they have for nursing. As someone with an infant that needs to go to the store, it is so nice to not need to hide out in the bathroom to feed and change my son.One thing I don't love is even though they have carts specifically made for holding an infant car seat, they are very rarely available because the workers don't bring them inside. It's very frustrating. Not this specific location, but I have actually seen these carts outside near where they carts are brought into the building, just sitting there.Now I just use my son's stroller to carry his car seat but it would be nice to use the carts that are made for this, if they were actually made available.

I'm really tired of the self checkouts. My wife and I go pick up three items. Forced to use a self ckeck out, and then I'm stopped to check my receipt. You have me use this , then question my integrity. I'm done with Walmart.

I love being able to find everything I need in one stop without breaking the bank. Sometimes I can't find something, this time it was plastic planters for plants. Which irritated me because they had porcelain ones out and everything else for repotting plants, which is still in season, I might add, so I took my business elsewhere. Guess they don't want all of my money after all. I was still able to find other things on my list.

Store is very dated and badly needs a remodel. A lot of departments lacking items or have a lot smaller selections than the other 2 stores in the area.
