I was in there getting a set of tires. And had to change payment method that I originally went with. Anyways it was a little bit of an obstacle for them w the payment choice i made. But Rick was absolutely the most patient and understanding gentleman. I have met he didn't huff and puff at all. And took care of me. I’ve been here before, and it was a good experience the first time. The second time I called about two weeks ago for a tire quote, and an employee answered and said, ‘Please hold’. Well, I did hold…..for over 10 minutes. And no one ever returned back on the line. That’s not acceptable, even though it’s an honest mistake. For that reason, my business went to your competition. I get it, they were probably busy, but this is merely constructive criticism for the future to do better when placing customers on hold.

This is a tire shop. Not a boutique. The customer service may appear rough at first, but the staff is efficient and work hard to get the job you need done at a fair price. Always check with Used Treads before you by tires anywhere else. Ricky and the staff have come through for our family many times. The price they gave me was lower than the big discount stores. A true blessing to Neenah.

Last evening around 3:30pm, a brake hose broke (I had very little to no braking.) I was near Used Treads, so I stopped in to see if I could get an appointment. They were able to look at my car, get the part and fix my brakes before 6pm. So yes, I will be a returning customer.

I literally called every place I could looking for my low pro tire most said they didn't have any in stock. Then I called Used Treads an lemme tell y'all they're a game changer! Not only did they have my tire in stock, when they went to do the switcheroo they found a hole in the sidewall of the tire I just purchased. They got a different tire an slapped it on my beast INSTEAD of letting me drive away!!! AMAZING WORK GUYS THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

No clue who answered the phone today 10/22/21 at 3:55pm. But he didn't seem to be having the greatest day. Was trying to get a price for a pair of used tires and when he told me the price I asked if that was out the door without mounting. He simply repeated the price without confirming if it did or didn't include mounting, I asked again and he hung up. Sorry you're having a bad day, cheer up, it's a Friday. Enjoy a cold one when you get home.

Went in paid $70 for a tire just to get 3 miles down the road and get a flat. Then when I went back I was told I caught something and there was nothing they could do about it. 70 bucks down the drain

I always get tires from here because they are cheaper than everywhere else for nearly brand new tires, and their honest and friendly service is refreshing.Today i went in for a rotation/alignment after replacing drivers side front wheel hub, and they come out and tell me, "no alignment for you today. your drivers side looks good, but your passenger side has too much play in it and your tie rod end needs replaced too. Might want to do the shocks and struts based on the mileage, but don't 'need' to because they don't look bad."Then charged me a pittance (super cheap) for the rotation and told me to come back tomorrow for a retorque of the lugs!Love it!! They could have done it anyway and charged me 100$ only to need it again in a week when i do my replacements, but instead, they looked stuff over for me, told me what I needed and what i didn't need replaced, did the tire rotation for me, and even offered to do the retorque tomorrow themselves instead of the usual "you'll want to check your lugs after 24 hours" like most places i have been.Really impressed! Thank you for being awesome!! I will def be a returning customer and recommend them to anyone else in the area!

Excellent service everytime. Honest, fast, well priced all around for tires or service. Just had suspension work and an alignment done on my truck that ended up being almost $400 less than another local shop had quoted for. I recommend their shop every chance I get.

I was there to purchase tires yesterday and reading some of the reviews I was skeptical, but I must say talking to Lauren put me at ease and Ricky seems to be guiding the ship ......They identified some problems with my truck and will be taken care of in the very near future..... The guys is the shop are like a NASCAR pit crew they were on my truck and I was out in no time ....... They have very good prices on a lot of tires and they carry a lot of brands that may not be the most popular brands but quite a few. It's kind of a dumpy place and the people that work there aren't always a friendliest, but again prices are great. I should add that we had Kenda brand tires put on our van and they handle fantastic in the snow and they're really quiet going down the highway. It's a great tire I would definitely buy that again from used treads

I would highly recommend Used Treads Tires. You can tell they really want to take care of the customer. I witnessed this with my own purchase and how other customers were treated while I waited for my tires to be installed. The price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes that I obtained.

The people who work here are so friendly and trustworthy. I have had a few bad experiences of taking my car to the dealership and being treated like I’m just a young girl who doesn’t know anything, and I would leave feeling like I was lied to and taken advantage of. Every time I go to used treads they take time to explain things to me, and are so kind, friendly, and most importantly honest. I will definitely be bringing my car here for a long time!

I came in without calling, worried about a horrible sound my wheel was making. They had time for me, took a test drive with me, and fixed the issue while I waited. At a reasonable cost, too. Plus they were dog friendly, which is top notch in my opinion. I will be going back and I highly recommend them.
