The best daycare hands down. I have tried other day cares where my dog was not treated very great. I love how they keep small and large dogs separated. Since the first time I came they have been SO welcoming remembering us by name. My timid dog LOVES the workers. Today was my dog’s birthday and they treated her to the sweetest gift. I cannot rave about them more than I do!! Truly the best.

Crazy how much of a difference a good grooming can change the look of a dog. These before and after photos say it all. Elsa got a spa day today, one much needed. They did an amazing job. She smelled amazing and was kept longer and soft/fluffy.Thanks The Ruff House groomer Brittany did amazing with Elsa today!!!

We boarded our 3 dogs for our vacation recently. We have a very senior dog who has some health issues and we were very worried about her while we were gone. The staff at The Ruff House was absolutely amazing with her. She was separated from the rest of the dogs for her comfort. They sat with her while she ate and loved on her whenever they could. They would put our other dogs with her every so often so she wasn’t lonely. We have been to other boarding facilities and this is by far the best one we have ever used. This is the only daycare/boarding facility we will use from now on. Simply the best!! Thanks to all the staff for going above and beyond, it was truly appreciated!!

My coco is a very anxious girl the first two days I brought her I had to walk her to the door to go into the dog part, for her to go in comfortably. The third day she didn’t even need me to do that anymore she felt safe enough to go right in. The morning check in girl Raine i knew from a previous doggy daycare. Knowing she’s there also makes me feel really good about coco going here because I know Raine truly cares about your pets. Thank you ruff house for creating a safe happy an environment for our family pets to go to.

Can’t say enough good things about both daycare and grooming services! One of my dogs had an unfortunate experience with another dog which has left him very nervous and needing to build confidence with new dogs and they do an excellent job of catering to his needs. Everytime I get him groomed, he comes home not only looking amazing but with a brand new bandana!

This place is amazing! The pool, the care and love my fur babies get. The staff is amazing and so caring! I’m leaving my doggies for an extended stay of 10 days and I feel confident that they will be loved and cared for. I highly recommend this place for boarding and day-care. There is no place like this in the Fox Valley

The Ruff House does an excellent job on grooming both of my goldendoodles, Teddi and Benji!Teddi and Benji also love attending daycare as well. The Ruff House staff treats our puppies like their own. So, if you're looking for a doggy daycare, boarding and or grooming look no more -- This is the place where you want your fur babies to go!!

Ruff house is truly the best. We mostly book for overnight stay when we travel out of country and my dog is always so happy to go. He doesn’t like to leave us (like every dog I guess!!) but when we say “Ruff house” he gets exited and we feel comfortable leaving him for a few days at Ruff house. I bring my wheaten Otis here for grooming and they do a great job. Wheatens are tough to groom since their hair can sometimes get long and tangled up, but they always give him a great haircut. And Ruff House has always been great about finding time to get us in for grooming when we're in town, thanks!

They were able to squeeze us in the same day for grooming and nail trim for one of our dogs. They asked all the right questions and did a great job!Update: we continued to use Ruff House happily until we were told they weren't doing grooming Services in December. We went to a groomer they referred us to, and we didn't like them. I didn't realize how good we had it until they were gone!

We boarded our dog with the Ruff house for a week while we were on vacation. Their facility is beautiful and clean. No smells. They answered all my questions with such kindness and care. I even messaged after we got home with our dog with a question after hours. They responded almost immediately which I appreciated so much. We needed a place that could accommodate meds and the fact that our dog has seizures and the ruff house made our choice so easy. They have experience and it shows. My only complaint is that we only received one update while he was there. However we didn't ask for one either. We will be back.

This was my first time utilization of an overnight kennel and it couldn't have been any better of an experience. Staff was helpful and informative from the very first communication that I had with them. They were accommodating, easy to work with and very pleasant. The facility was completely clean and odor free, very welcoming! I was thrilled that my dog, Harry, got to interact with other dogs during his stay, but was safe and cozy inside over night. He received a report card with pictures of him in the yard with the other dogs and I almost think that when I picked him up, he would have preferred to stay! Very grateful to have such a nice place to bring Harry in the future when needed. The cost was very fair based on the accommodations and care. Thanks to the Ruff House staff!

Dogs are always happy to go here! They come home tired and sleep. Staff keep an attentive eye on them and I always get a report card / notes on anything I ask about. On site store for dog toys and food as well

I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. When I first got my puppy about a year ago, I was referred here by a friend after having a bad experience at a different facility, and I am continually blown away by the facility, staff, and just overall care that they provide to me and especially my dog. The owners and staff are always incredibly kind, nice to talk to, quickly knew my dog by name, the groomers do awesome work, pay attention to details and what you want with your grooming. There are never any "surprises" when I pick my girl up. My dog has the absolute best time when she is there for daycare or staying overnight, and she is always taken care of amazingly well. I never have to worry about a thing when I leave her in their care. We continue to go here for daycare, swimming, grooming, and overnight stays. I would recommend this business to absolutely anyone with a dog and will continue to go here for all my dog's needs and services for as long as possible!

We have had our dog groomed and boarded at The Ruff House. The grooming experience was wonderful. The boarding was equally as good. Oscar is an old dog and doesn't really play with others anymore, but he enjoyed watching the other dogs. He had cuddle time for a little extra fee. We really appreciated knowing he was getting great care.

We feel so lucky to have found this wonderful place for our dog's daycare needs. Irene is well taken care of in a safe, clean, well-staffed facility. She is so excited to get to daycare and loves the staff and other dogs. She is tired when she gets home (yay!!!) truly a phenomenal place.

Our dog was treated very nicely. For a 6 1/2 years old and her 1st time away from home overnight, she came home tired but ready to do it again. We were very happy with how she was treated by all the workers. Thanks to everyone for taking care of our best friend.

I will not take my K9 anywhere else. Whether you need grooming services, long-term boarding, or just want to gift your pup with a play date, The Ruff House is the place to go.My experience began when I unexpectedly needed to board my dog for a couple of days. When I called, I spoke with Matthew who was professional, polite, and understanding. Everywhere else I tried had a lot of hoops to jump through, but I didn't have the time to do what they required to take my pup. Matthew stated: "I like to make bridges, not barriers," and just like that, I was a lifelong customer.When I went to pick up my dog she was clearly well cared for and not skittish as she had been after a day's stay at another local boarding facility. She tends to make an impression wherever she goes, so I wasn't surprised to learn that The Ruff House staff were eager to see her again. At her next visit, everyone was excited to see her, knew her by name, and again delivered above average customer service from start to finish.Because The Ruff House staff were so professional and the facility well-equipped to take in and care for all breeds (Note: the building can hold many animals, but it is clear that they are a quality over quantity service provider), I trusted them again to groom up my pup for her annual "diva treatment". I worked with Matthew to choose which services would best suit my pup, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I have a long-haired dog and I groom her often, but every year before winter I take her in for a professional grooming. I've used two other grooming services, but neither came close to the folks who cared for my pup at The Ruff House. It's been several weeks and her coat is still gorgeous.If you are looking for an outstanding team to look after your K9 while you're away on holiday, at work, or if you need grooming services, look no further than The Ruff House in Neenah, WI. Upon a few recommendations of friends, I had my 3 year old husky stay overnight while I was out of town. I was blown away by the professionalism and overall value of the Ruff house. For a very reasonable rate, they took great care of my pup and when I picked him up the next day he was happy and worn out from all of the playing.Since it was his first visit, they even sent me a report card with several pictures and a video of him playing with other dogs. They included some small but meaningful details from his day.I would encourage anyone looking for a great day care for their furry friends to check out the ruff house. I know we will be back!

This is usually how our pup looks after a day at The Ruff House! She’s been going there since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it. She pouts on the mornings I leave for work without taking her, not kidding. All the employees are super nice and you can tell they care for what they do. We even stopped clipping her nails ourselves because they can do it so much easier and all pricing is quite reasonable.

I had never boarded my dog before and after visiting a few places I decided on The Ruff House. They treated my dog like a member of the family!! I was very satisfied with his experience and would definitely use them again in the future. I also love the daily report card and photos that I received. The only thing that I think would make it even better is if they had cameras so that I could watch my dog live.

Very nice place. My dog always comes out looking good and exactly how we asked for her to be groomed. My dog has always come out in one piece and haven’t seen any harm. The people are very friendly and warm. The store attached is a nice option and they always have such unique things. Little on the pricey end but not too bad for the quality.
