Everyone involved from drop off to pick up of my furr baby Sadie is welcoming and caring. I can enjoy my day because I know she is in such capable and loving care. I love the extras they add like art day or picture day. I love the pictures they put on Facebook for us to enjoy seeing the dogs have such a good job. I gave them 5 stars but if I could I would double it!

This facility is extremely phenomenal with there care and love for the pets they are looking after. I've been going for a while I started getting show pictures of my pet playing in daycare and his favorite fur friend he hags with. They always take great care of my boy. I don't get pictures from them that often but every now and then it's a sweet treat. And they have groomer's on-site as well so it's nice to be able to set up an appointment and drop him off in the morning to play and know that when I pick him up he will be cleaned after noon.

I can’t recommend Tailwaggers in Neenah enough. They are so professional and friendly. They contacted my vet’s office and had all the vaccine/spay proof documentation on file prior to me arriving. They sent a text message as soon as the appointment was complete. They gave me ample time to drop off and pick up. My 7 month old puppy, Poppy, looks and feels amazing. The products they used smell great and her haircut is perfect. Thanks, Tailwaggers!

finally getting around to posting this after 2 years. Initially we had great experiences here, taking both of our French Bull dogs to day care and boarding. However over a holiday weekend, I got a phone call stating my dog had an incident and her teeth were loose. Not sure how a dog of 3 year old would have loose teeth. Due to it being a holiday I was told I could not pick up my dog because they were closed. When I left them there for this stay, my initial concern was wow - there are way to many dogs here.I pressed on how this happened and even with cameras they had "no idea". When we picked her up - she had 3 teeth HANGING from her mouth. Took her to the vet and she ended up having the teeth removed. The vet did not believe the story I told them. Aside from one other place this has ruined me in thinking that any boarding place can care for my dogs. Think twice before you drop your dogs off. Zero ownership or honestly and I had to pay for their stay and teeth removal.

We just started to drop off our puppy, Zinnia, at the Neenah Tailwaggers. The staff is extremely nice and attentive. Zinnia receives so much positive attention, as she would at home. She loves to go to daycare and see the staff and the other fur babies.Thank you for the hard work and care!

There are not enough good words to write about the Tailwaggers Doggy Daycare in Neenah. We were in a very unique and difficult situation. We rushed in from out of town with our dog since we didn’t have time to make arrangements. Our mother had an accident and we needed to take her off life support and all wanted to be there. They took Murray and said they would give him extra attention. This meant so much to me and my family. It took a huge burden off of my family and allowed us to focus on saying good bye to our mother. Thank you!

Take my dog here all the time. They know her by name and actually care about her. They actively remember her energy levels and don't get overwhelmed with her. Love the place and love the employees there.

The people here are great, they remember my dog and her idiosyncrasies. The prices are not too expensive, I feel like my pet is well taken care of. I enjoy the video feed if I ever want to check in and see how things are going.

Very nice and understanding. I was nervous to take my 3 year Daschaund for her very first grooming. She is shy with new people and hates other dogs. She also can have an attitude if I make her do something she doesn't want to do. Trimming her nails is a perfect example. Alyssa was her groomer and said she did great. In fact, my Daschaund even went up to Alyssa for more pets after I arrived and the she was done. I was shocked she had taken to her groomer.My dog looked great and was happy. I will definitely do this again! I would recommend Alyssa to anybody who is nervous about dropping their dog off for their first grooming.

Tail Waggers is amazing! Registration was simple, straightforward and the employees make you feel like you and your dog are family from day 1! Pricing is very reasonable for everything they provide. I love the web cam capabilities to check in our pup when she's there.

Although the place was clean and the girl at the front desk was awesome, the groomer disappointed our expectations. I’m not sure what was done but our girlie looked like she did when I dropped her off. I took pics before she went and when I picked her up. Very disappointing.

Tailwaggers of Neenah is awesome! The pack leaders pay attention to every dog, giving pets and play all day. The staff is exceptional in caring for the dogs, making sure all are safe and happy. Love the outdoor space and frequency they go out, and they have CAMERAS so I can check in during the day. Boarding was so wonderful, and my dogs were cared for so well. Also, great retail items and food! Super people and place!

Very supportive staff with clean facility. I was explained everything over the telephone and was able to set up my account online. After dropping off my pup I was even able to hop onto their webcam occasionally to check in on her! Great experience and will definitely be back.

TailWaggers in Neenah has gone above and beyond for my 2 dogs! The owner and manger are super friendly and reassuring that my dogs had a great time. I loved watching them on the cameras and love that they get to play all day instead of sitting in a kennel. Wouldn’t bring my dogs anywhere else!

I was not sure what to expect when leaving my dog in any daycare. She has never been around a lot of other dogs other than those in her home. Kaci is 5 yrs old and has extremely high anxiety. Their team has been amazing with her. She has been going for a month now and they were right - she would get better the more she comes, she is doing amazing and is excited when we drive up. TailWaggers is exactly what she needed!!

Great care of pupper and fun employees! Had my large dog groomed too on short notice. Trimmed her a bit for summer, washed, dried, toenails etc... and she looked super! Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I love the assortment of products you can buy and I feel very comfortable leaving my puppy with Tailwaggers. You just know that they are in good hands and get a lot of love and attention. Groomer is awesome. Definitely recommend taking them there.

Melissa and the staff at Tailwaggers are amazing. We have been taking our Nala since she was a pup and now it feels like she is part of the family - she absolutely loves going and playing with friends. I like the indoor/outdoor play areas and the small dog/large dog areas. My highest recommendations!!!

We got ourselves a puppy back in March and in April we found Tailwaggers. After our pup was there a few weeks they were able to get the cameras working and it was so fun to watch her while I was at work. Then on a Friday morning in the beginning of May - that changed. I was in my office at work with a coworker and we were watching the doggies play. All of a sudden the pack leader in the area grabbed my dog by the collar and forcefully dragged her about 30-40 feet. Our pup had been just standing there and when the pack leader grabbed her collar she went down on her back haunches to try and hold her ground. When i say she dragged her, she DRAGGED her. The lady that was in my office didn't know the dog being dragged was my dog and started to panic about what she was seeing happen on the camera. The pack leader proceeded to drag my pup to the door leading to the outside area and threw her out the back door with so much force that my 40 lb pups entire front half of her body was in the air and twisting from the force of the toss. I was stunned. Absolutely stunned by what I had just seen happen.When I went to pick her up I asked to speak with the manager. Well guess who came out to speak with me? The "pack leader" that dragged and tossed my dog. She blamed the angle of the camera for making it look like she may have dragged our dog. There was no apology, no anything but standing there twisting her hands and blaming the camera. Upon getting home that night I did some further digging online and found that the pack leader in question, this "manager", was actually one of the owners. I was just dumbfounded. And frankly still am to this day.We never took our dog back there after that. We gave the Ruff House a try instead. And while it is further from our house and not exactly convenient to get the pup there - it's perfect. It's like when you find the perfect sitter for your child, We just knew it was the right place for our fur baby. She can't wait to go, begs to go on days she doesn't go and doesn't want to leave her new fur friends. The staff is amazing there.I will never trust Neenah Tailwaggers again.I would like to edit this and just say to Melissa - I did receive your voicemail. There is no need to discuss this at this point. I attempted to discuss this with owner Katelyn when it happened (who is also the person in question that did this). If the cameras are recorded - May 4th between the time of 9:30-10:15 is my best guess on time, in the big dog room.

Our Goldendoodle Willow just loved to play with her friends at TAILWAGGERS in Neenah. The owner is so caring and does whatever it takes to meet the needs of your family! The staff are so amazing with Willow. They treat her like she was their own. Willow had so much fun playing that by the time I reached the round about she was sleeping. Lol. Unfortunately, my job changed and I no longer work in Neenah. If I could I would have kept Willow there. We still bring her on the weekends from time to time when we go shopping in Appleton. Saturday hours are awesome, they are open until 6:00pm and most places close on Saturday by 3 or 4. Thank you to everyone at TAILWAGGERS in Neenah and have a safe and Merry Christmas 🎄

This place was a true disappointment, not a location that I would identify that cares for animals. We boarded our dog over the holiday and unfortunately learned this meant that your dog sits in the kennel for many hours at a time. For those who brought their dogs to the Neenah location for socialized play on Christmas, you instead got your dog being kennel or as they call it “in the suites” from 945 all the way until 445. They sadly spent the full day locks up.

We bring out puppy Kiki here for grooming and daycare. The staff is always pleasant and happy to see Kiki. The rates are very reasonable and we have had nothing but positive experiences with TailWaggers.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! DONT GO HERE! Dropped my dog off for 2 nights and was charged $100 just to have them put her In a kennel over the weekend. Place is a rip off- YOU'RE BETTER OFF HAVING A FAMILY MEMBER WATCH YOUR PET WHILE OUT OF TOWN.
