Not sure why this Bucks is rated at a 3.5.Staff was amazing and so helpful- all at 5:45 in the morning. Food came out perfectly cooked and my Chestnut Praline latte was the bomb dot com!The vibe of the coworkers and the classic elegant vibe of a Starbucks made the perfect working environment for my morning work. They even knew the locals that visited by name which made my heart melt. 💕Wheelchair accessibility: Great workspace dedicated to those with physical limitations.

Order 15 minutes past due for delivery and lady with smile plastered on her face lollygagging could not move slower. Frustrating. Too busy patting themselves on the back.Update a week later and they are consistently forgetting to bag up orders for delivery.

Great store and great employee. A lot of customers that come to this location need to learn manners, common sense, and patience. The employees get blamed for mistake that customers make like not reading a name on the food item or drinks or not listening for their names to be called. They complain about waiting so long and yet still order from the same Starbucks even when there are more close by. This Starbucks team gets so much hate for no reason.

Not sure why people hate on starbucks so much. Great service from staff especially while they are busy and understaffed. I like to relax in the store and drink my coffee but sometimes its hard when customers complain so much about issues that end up being their own fault. If customers had more common sense (and could read their own name) it would make it easier on everyone.

Not sure why people love Starbucks so much. I rarely come here anymore because the service inside is horrible and the coffee often tastes burnt. Get my name called to get my order. Grab the drink and bag sitting next to each other and proceed to sit down to eat. Reach into the bag to get my danish to realize it's not my order. Then the employee tells me the danishes come in a brown bag as if it was my fault. Maybe start putting the orders out in full, together? I sit down and wait for my name to be called for my food. Never here my name after several other names are called so I get up to see and a brown bag is there. Oh, so now you feel you don't even need to tell me my danish is ready? Ok Starbucks.

I LOVE the Neenah Starbucks! The workers here epitomize the Starbucks commitment to quality coffee made to order and extraordinary customer service. They connect with each and every customer in such a warm, welcoming way while still making me feel so special. Yesterday my daughter, who is visiting from Texas, went to get herself and me drinks. She ordered hers then rattled off my rather lengthy customized caramel macchiato order. Sarah at the drive thru listened and then said "I recognize that order! Is your mom's name Lynne?" (That's me 🙂) My daughter was so impressed and amazed. Then she brings our drinks home and I asked which was mine. "The one with the heart on it." AWWW! "But look at what mine says" she adds. Her drink was labeled "Lynne's Daughter"! We loved it! Best Starbucks in the WORLD!! They are all amazing and Morgan the manager is awesome!

I don’t understand why, but the past couple days I’ve gone to this location I stand and stand and wait to order and I feel completely invisible. Today I waited 12 minutes while the blonde manager helped everyone around me. I felt like I was in a sci fi movie. I ended up leaving crying without coffee. I just don’t understand why she makes every man who comes in a priority over people in line. It’s so degrading.

This is my favorite Starbucks branch I've ever been to and I'm glad it's the closest one to me now. I normally order ahead and pick up inside but today they were out of cold brew so I decided to use the drive-thru. The person taking my order recognized me and she informed me that they would be out for about another hour, so I started ordering something different. One of the other baristas heard it was me and went to see if the cold brew was ready, and surprisingly it was. They got me my usual order and made my day. I look forward to my continued visits, and to seeing everyone there.Parking: They recently added online order parking in front which has made it much easier for those who want to get in and out quickly.Kid-friendliness: I always bring my kids with and everyone there know their names. It's like a little family.

came in on my way to work and order a caramel frappuccino with vanilla bean powder. I didn't take a drink till i got to work and couldn't drink it. All I tasted was a nasty coffee taste to it. If you could call it coffee. I couldn't take it back because I was already at work. 7 dollars down the drain. I know you really dont care about reviews so I prob will NOT be returning to that starbucks

I have come here on multiple occasions with my coworker Judy and every single time we come they are out of cold brew. I order on the mobile app and it always says “temporarily unavailable.” So me and Judy walk in and there are signs everywhere in the store advertising cold brew but they are always sold out. As a lover of Starbucks, I am extremely disappointed. I have spent hours on the phone with the 800 number trying to rectify the situation but they have been out of cold brew for years now. It started with the vanilla bean cold brew and then the winter spiced cold brew. Always sold out. I am livid at how many times they have given me and Judy the runaround. It doesn’t help that half the time I call the 800 number they give me an attitude and yell at me, when they have no idea who I am. I could ruin them.

This environment and Team turned my Starbucks experience around. Im new to the app and accidentally placed my online order for pickup at the wrong location. At the wrong location I was told I had to go all the way back to neenah to pickup the order where the app states it was made and once the coffee was made there was nothing they could do about it. Neenah location is fast and friendly and made it right on the spot so I think I’ll stick to this location 🏻

The music was too loud. I needed to take a break after driving for 2 hours in thick fog. (5 am to 7am), stopped here, like I do on long trips and the music was blasting through the speakers. I put a headset on to take a quick meeting. Could not hear anything and so ended up going and sitting in my car. It is not a club. It is a cafe and it is 7 am!
