Very nice selection and variety of different sauces and seasonings. And staff here is outgoing and helpful. Just a great place to shop and know where to find the groceries you typically shop for in a timely manner.

Today, 5/2/24 - I come in to use a coupon or two that was mailed to me, and of course, you’re out of stock of said item. Completely pointless to send me coupons of things you don’t even have.I ask for help in produce, because I could not find the salsa anywhere. The poor girl was so clueless, she was absolutely no help at all. She must’ve been new - seems like when they hire someone now they barely train them, if at all, just so they can start working right away to fill the position. At least I got a rain check, who knows if I’ll even be able to use it.

So for the most part, this store is just fine. Many of the employees look like they just walked out of their vampire zombie closet....drained and no energy. One thing that really bothers me about this store is the habitual lack of hand baskets. This is not an occasional thing. I come here about 3 or 4 times a week and most times (at least 75%) there is one hand basket at the far entrance and maybe a couple on the register side (but normally none). Where are they?? Why do you not have baskets at both entrances stacked 5 ft tall like other stores? I watched numerous customers today fumbling with 5 or 6 items in their arms because there are no baskets. Can you fix this please? It's been going on for over a year now.

Tommy, Store Manager, helped me plan a dinner for our family Christmas..the food (chicken, etc) was prepared on time for pick up the next day, pick up went well, it was excellent, as usual. Thank you Tommy!!

We are shopping more then 18 years at Pick n save. Lisa ( Manager) at Fox point Plaza, Neenah was very rude and started yelling when I ask her a question. Even her crew members doesn't like the way she was talking to customer.

First I went to the Commercial St location at 4:30pm today to pick up some soup and freshly cooked chicken from the Deli. Soup bar was already shut down and all that was left in the hot food case was some old, burned macaroni and cheese. So I went over to this location at Fox Point Plaza and they had already shut the whole case down there was zero hot food. Guess I will be going to Festival Foods from now on.

Since Kroger bought the Roundys stores the pricing is very competitive. Cheaper than Festival foods, not quite as cheap as Walmart or Aldi. Self checkouts are taking over due to staffing issues. Only one staffed checkout at 6pm on a weekday when I was here. This is not just a problem here but Walmart is usually far worse. If you are buying 10-15 items no big deal but if you are doing large shopping be prepared to wait to check out. My preference is Aldi for saving $$$$

Grocery stores Make 1 To 3 percent profit on any item sold, so, to make a profit. You have to sell in volume If I enter the grocery store in produce, expecting to have a handheld basket available And it's not there, I'm certainly not gonna go to the other side of the store and grab a basket as suggested by one of your employees or go outside again. walk halfway to the other entrance to grab a cart. The basket should be there, you know? Where the empty basket holder is located near the door in produce if I don't have a basket. I'm gonna walk through the store and shop for what I can carry. Which means I'm gonna buy less. So having a basket helps to sell more. Get the connection? It is sheer laziness that your employees can't bring the baskets from the checkout area to where the people start shopping I don't know where in America people start shopping by the checkout first? nobody does that. My mom growing up always started at the produce section, which I'm sure is where all of your Mother's did too.The boss sandwich I venture to guess makes a higher profit than three percent. You do like to sell those correct?? In order to sell them, they have to be in the deli counter. You should never run out of them. People have come to expect them, and they come to the store just for them. If you don't have them, it's a big huge disappointment so I would suggest that you let your deli know that if they run out. Don't just shrug shoulders and say oh, we're out.sorry Have your deli people make more when they run out. Otherwise, people will not come there to buy the boss sandwich Because it's inconsistently available. Why would I take the chance if I don't think it's gonna be there? Remember there, are 2 pick n'' saves. One festival foods, one walmart, one Aldis within 4 minutes of my home in Neenah that's a lot of competition. You might want to put a little pep your step management.

Good quality produce section, friendly staff, competitive prices. Unlike Festival, the self-checkouts are always open and working. I go in about one morning a week on my way in to work, and can usually get in and out in less than five minutes.Only major downside is that the employees use a fair number of the prime parking spots rather than the designated blue-striped spaces on the side of the lot. This is especially noticeable during peak shopping times.

I'm convinced this store has no baskets, have been here dozens of times and literally never seen a basket at the entrance once.

Store Director Stephanie gives exceptional service. She took leadership and accountability for an issue that I had at another store. She solved it, protecting the Pick and Save name and reputation. Rare customer service these days. I was ready to give up on Kroger but will be a loyal Neenah Pick and Save patron.

This just is the worst store in the area. For some reason, these dummies put all the baskets by the exit, not the entrance. A worker told me that it's a shorter walk for the, evidently, lazy cashiers and baggers. And the go- getters in management are just chill with it.So stupid, top to bottom

I like your store it is the one location I can count on that my fruits and vegetables are always so crisp and fresh. You have great cuts of meat as far as your chicken and beef go. It's the only meat I buy for my dog and family. I enjoy the coupons that you send to my home based on what my past purchases have been plus you have some really great sales every week. Also considering that I'm disabled it's great to be able to always be able to find someone who works in the store willing to give me a hand when I need it. For that, I would love to thank all your wonderful employees. Keep up the terrific work.Faithful Customer,Diane

Listen pick n save... If myself and 1 other person with me is shopping at your store and buying your products then you need to leave the customer, me, alone if I'm taking pictures of your gorgeous flowers. If you don't want professional pictures of your flowers (again I'm buying your products) then I'll gladly go over to festival where they were extremely helpful and even asked me if I needed any flowers they had extra in back. Festival was very cooperative unlike the heavy set manager at this pick n save who literally demanded to know what I was doing and had a very unpleasant tone after I said I was buying your products. He did not make me, the customer, feel welcomed whatsoever to your store. I walked around the store trying to get a name of this individual but was unsuccessful. This was around April 3rd 0830 (am). We spent almost $100 upon checkout. But if you don't want my business then festival it is.Hope to hear back about correcting this individuals behavior.

Update 3/18/22 - the store appears to no longer squeeze fresh orange juice and has some imported product made in Florida or something that's not nearly as good as what they used to have.Sometimes they will have absolutely beautiful Driscoll's fresh berries but it is all too frequently that I find moldy berries on their shelf. The meat section remains limited compared to what it used to be though I will occasionally find nice cuts at a good price.I have found pricing errors occur on a somewhat regular basis. Sometimes this is because they don't appear to update their pricing in the store to reflect the sale that ended, other times it's because they have a complicated convoluted electronic coupon clipping system that does not seem to work properly for us.Update 6/12/18 - My last visit to this store was more disappointing. The cases that hold the fresh meat and seafood have been more than cut in half now and the old cases have been covered / blocked with dry goods like Chips. The store gives me the general feel that it's on the decline.Considering this store is owned by the same company as Mariano's in Chicago (which is a fabulous store), I'm not sure how this store is managed so much differently. It is no comparison to Mariano's.Last visit I found a package of moldy strawberries and containers of cheese dip that were right at the expiration.Old review: One of the best things the store has going for it is the fresh-squeezed orange juice that is available most of the time. There have been several occasions when I've gone there for fresh squeezed orange juice and they've been out of it and have not known when it's going to be available again.I've become more reluctant to purchase meat at this location because my feeling has been that it has not looked as fresh as I prefer. I realize this is a little bit of a subjective measurement but I didn't feel like some of their meat looked as fresh as I am accustomed to purchasing at some other local stores like festival and Costco. After the store was purchased by a new owner around 2016 they substantially reorganize the store and I found it difficult to find a number of products that I typically would purchase there. I don't know if some of these were discontinued or were simply located elsewhere.I have noticed a number of issues at checkout we're products do not ring up with the stated discount. They have deals of the week where items are supposed to be discounted or free, I've noticed I need to watch these carefully because they do not always bring up with the discount.

I ordered flowers from the floral department for my daughter's wedding. I worked with Julie and her professionalism and communication helped put me at ease that all would go smoothly. The day of pick up the flowers were prepped and beautiful and held up the day of the wedding and beyond perfectly. I would highly recommend ordering flowers for any event from the Pick 'n Save floral department.

For the most part everyone who works there is quite helpful. Sometimes it takes awhile to get help at maybe the meat counter or the bakery. The floral department is spectacular and the deli department is always extremely accommodating. We like the produce from the store and the prices are reasonable when you shop the sales.

I'll see if they respond on here. Tried calling and just put on hold multiple times trying to reach the Deli department. About a month ago I went and requested About 30pieces of fried chicken. Was hounded that if I request that much then to give them a call before hand. Decided to try calling this time and was put on hold 5 times back and forth trying to reach the Deli department. I'd change me rating depending on future customer service.

I like the products that the Kroger affiliation has brought to Pick n Save. I am especially pleased with the quality and pricing of the produce. The people are always friendly and easy to find if you have questions.

The produce is awesome, so fresh. Always clean, has food on the shelves. The only thing is they need another person checking us out. To many items to do self check out.

If I could rate them zero stars I would... When I arrived to pick up my groceries, the lady put my them in my trunk and didn’t give me my receipt or go over the items that were out of stock or substituted. Thankfully, I got out of my car and grabbed the receipt from one of the bags and checked it out to see that 12 of the items including chicken breast, canned carrots and bagged rice, were supposedly out of stock and weren’t replaced. I went in the store and confronted the lady who brought out my groceries and she stated that the manager looked over my receipt and thought that was odd too and told them to go recheck the store and she was unsure why they didn’t recheck. I continued in the store to find out that not only were all of the items in stock, there was plenty of each item in stock. This was extremely frustrating because this is about the third time this has happened in the past month and the first time I went in and confirmed the product was actually out of stock. As if this wasn’t disappointing enough, when I got home and was putting the groceries away, the broccoli they gave me was moldy. I will no longer recommend click list as this was the most awful customer service I’ve ever received.

I use the click ‘n go service all the time. I had concerns about produce when I started. However, every time I order, my produce is great. The convenience and time I save not having to go into the store is fantastic. I save money by not making those impulsive buys as well.

Frustrated with this place. They send coupons for Kroger brands but don't have the products on the shelf. Then there is only one checkout open so you stand there for 15min when the place isn't busy. I appreciate having choices in Neenah and this store is always clean and happily staffed.

Anytime Fitness by far out ranks below par gyms like Planet. I must say Rebecca was awesome in assisting me by providing in depth information, listening to my gym concerns and offering all their gym options without being so overwhelming. After touring the gym, within minutes It was easy to decide on making this my home gym after relocating from North Carolina. The staff are friendly and greet you soon as you make eye contact. The equipment is good for its gym size compared to some gyms. Not a huge gym and not that busy. And they maintain the cleanliness which is a plus for me. I went home to finish unpacking and came back to work out. While there I noticed everyone in the free weight area wiping off the equipment after each use. That was a big plus for me. As far as price, I committed to a 2 year contract for 39.95 a month. If you do a 1 year it's 10 dollars more. So far it's been a great experience. And they are a franchise which operates 12 other gyms that you have access to immediately. After 30 days you have access to all of them nationwide because it takes that long for you access key to matriculate through the system.I went to 2 of their other gyms and was met with the same outstanding service from Nick at Oshkosh and Kara at Caslome Rd. Great Franchise to be apart of. Don't change my mind guys/gals -Chris

Didn't have time to stop at all the stores. However I am so impressed at how inviting the Plaza is. There is a nice variety of stores, restaurants and businesses that keep it bussling. Pick n Save grocery set up for quick stops or big trips, employees very polite. Fox Point Plaza if you have not checked out other stores there it's time.

Great selection and very friendly service. I Love their ClickList app! I order my grocery list then drive to the store. A friendly worker brings out the food bagged neatly and including fresh produce and meat. Voila, all done :)

Nope, won't be going to this Pick 'n Save again. Mick could use some customer service skills. Wearing a "We The People" mask over his chin only while taking burgers and chicken out of the meat case was disturbing. Clearly mocking face covering and overall just disrespectful. "We The People" who are paying customers would like to see the mask over your face like all other employees we saw. When asked why he didn't just put the mask up, we received a sermon on how the mask mandate was overturned. Just wear the mask while you are working instead of investing your energy in arguing with customers. Rude and unprofessional.
