Wow… By far the best Goodwill I’ve ever been inside of!!! Not only was the organization stellar, but the way in which the associates display the items was out of this world. It did not feel like you were at a retail store. Niesha, one of the store managers, I had the pleasure of exchanging my absolute positive experience with, As well as, the sheer astounding awe I felt while walking through the store. Keep up whatever you’re doing… Because it’s definitely working. Highly highly highly highly recommend the store to anyone!

At the donation door I struggled with unloading my items from my car while a young man stood and watched. When I asked if he does not help elderly folks he said 'no, i might damage their car and i wd lose my job. ' REALLY? I tried calling to ask if that was policy. NO human available except for the lazy little boy at the door.

Prices too high for a thrift. This store had lots of new items which was nice but still had regular retail prices I felt too high. $9.99 for slipper socks as an example. I can pay that at retail.

Came up here,got an email that I have to redeem my birthday peek before the end of the month,and they wouldn't honor it because I deleted my message off of my phone. Won't be back

Overpriced. Ridiculously so, they want near retail for used items or 35 dollars for extremely used boots. To be getting things donated at no cost to them, they better be doing some world changing stuff with all the money they must be clearing.

Literally cheaper to buy on Amazon. This $60 printer at goodwill is $48 on Amazon with a warranty. This is getting ridiculous. What happened to goodwill?

I absolutely love this place, tons of treasures here! Variety!! Prices are right, there is definitely something for everyone! Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Store is clean and organized, you've got a repeat customer right here, whenever I'm in the area I can't resist that urge to stop in and see what there is, it's kinda like a travel back in time on some stuff, highly recommend! Thank You!!!!

Took forever to checkout but I think the lady must have been new or something. They are having a fantastic sale right now and everything with a yellow tag in store except the boutique area is $1.99. I bought about 35 or so clearance things at $2 each basically. I got some really great name brand stuff. Also brand new pants w/tags for my son and a bag made out of gunner material that sold for $80 but has gone to a discount store prior to goodwill. $8 and the deep deep discount priced on it was still $39.99 so it was a great deal.

My eight year old granddaughter wanted to go to Goodwill to spend her allowance money. While at the checkout, she purchased a play stove, and a plastic basket with different play fruits. The cashier said she couldn't sell that basket because it was a new item. It had a clearance sticker for 99. I said you have to sell it for that price. My granddaughter said she got it on the clearance isle. And the cashier said she couldn't sell it for the clearance price that was on the basket.And said not if we think it's fraudulent.I alway shop there when I'm in town and that was very disappointing to see my granddaughter not able to purchased that for the clearance price. Making it sound like she put a tag on there. It might be 99 cents but Dam don't be rude and having my granddaughter feeling sad .I won't have her go there again.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how things are organized here. The store is not very clean, especially the fitting rooms. The sizing display for ladies pants just changed and it's HORRIBLE! It used to be numbered size like every other store in the world, and now they've changed to small through 3x. I wear size 8 or 10 and found 6-14 marked Medium, 2-8 marked Small, 4-16 marked Large! You literally have to touch every single pair of pants and look at the tag inside to find what size they are. There is no point in going to the store if you are looking for pants and don't have 3 hours to spend.

Prices are really getting high, especially stuff that was being put out today. Remember employees, this stuff is all DONATED, and I hate when u make employees beg us to round up. WE ALL DONATE everyday when we buy stuff from you that is given to you for FREE

Neenah’s Goodwill has really gone down hill in quality of shopping experience. The women’s clothes are not organized (like they used to be). The racks for women’s tops are not color coordinated and the sizes of shirts and pants are mixed up and it is not easy to browse. The managers should look at newer Goodwill in Oshkosh to model. I used to frequent Neenah’s Goodwill, but no longer will.

The biggest thing I noticed was the very slim selection. The shoe and electrical section are lacking and the price points clash with each other. Cashier does not interact and only thing she said was the total. She miscounted my money and gave me less money than what was accurate. While I do like goodwill I do not suggest this location

Great place to find amazing deals, if you're willing to spend some time looking... Just scored a $700 women's suit (new with tags) for just $20!!! Perfect for wearing to a recent interview. That's not ALWAYS the case, but overall, I've found great clothes and household items at incredible prices!

This is my favorite Goodwill to go to in the Fox Cities area. It's spacious, clean, and the lines don't usually take too long to check out. Not sure how, but I always end up leaving with something I love!

The prices here are utterly ABSURD!!! Who in their right mind would pay $19.99 for a USED, not brand-name sweater!? Especially when right next to it there is a sweater that IS a brand-name for considerably less!! This was not the unique case, either. There were numerous items on the racks that were absolutely OBSCENELY priced!! You receive these items for FREE as a donation. I realize you are doing some good with this, but these prices are absurd. My father used to work for the company so I'm very well aware of all of the nice benefits given to executives as well. Trips, hotel stays, etc. Disgusting!!!

The bar is already set low for a Goodwill store and this is the worst Goodwill in the area. Bad items, bad prices, awful customer service, apathetic management.

Ok priced clothes but the cashier had a very bad attitude. She was a older lady with short hair. I went up to the register to check out I set the clothes up and she was like ripping the hangers off the clothes and just had a very poor attitude. If that's the kind of people that they have working there I'll just start driving to appleton to go to other stores.

Love this store. It's always clean, well arranged and has a good selection. Found a nice fall wreath for $5 - that's winning in my book.

The store was clean and neat (which if you are a seasoned Goodwill'er you know can be an issue), and the staff was friendly. Their section for electronics is a bit smaller than some of the bigger stores, but all in all it was a pleasant visit.

The prices on clothes at this location is appalling! I’ve shopped Goodwills all over Wisconsin and this one is outrageously priced. It even has a clearance rack, which is the first time I’ve seen that at a Goodwill. This location is doing a disservice to the Goodwill brand. Items are priced at consignment shop rates. Not sure how this location stays in business, but I won’t be stopping back there. I feel bad for lower income families in the area. They are better off buying new at Walmart.

Huge selection, one of the largest Goodwill's I've ever seen. The garments are not grouped as specifically as other smaller locations which can do so due to smaller inventory. If you're looking for a specific item in a specific size, you will find it here - but be prepared to give yourself a lot of time to browse.

Never donating here again - I had a vehicle crammed pack of stuff to donate. When I got there I didn't even get a "Hello", just a lady yelling at me that they don't take tvs. Didn't even ask if I wanted to donate it, didn't care about the other 15 boxes I had- including some never used items still with tags on. Donate to somewhere a bit more thankful for your generosity.

I really love this particular Goodwill, always clean and organized..and have great finds...recently purchased a beautiful table and end table...today I was searching for a few liquor and wine settings and the store manager took time out to show me a few and yes I found 4 nice peices...keep up the good work...

I visit most locations of Goodwill NCW at least once a month. The Neenah location is by far the best. Cleanest, well organized, wonderful displays, quality finds.

This is one of the cleanest and best organized Goodwills I’ve ever seen compared to what I’m used to in Georgia. Clothes are organized by size and appears to have less junky stuff compared to most. Great location with easy parking.

Probably oneof the cleanest stores I've been to. The staff were all friendly n courteous I enjoyed shopping there.
