We had the best experience and crew! Our project was scheduled for 5 weeks and they completed it in 3 weeks! Even with a couple snow days!! The entire crew was so friend to my family and animals, always tidying up when finished for the day, and wonderful communication about what they completed and next steps. Our new floors are absolutely gorgeous and I know our house was definitely not an easy project with all the different angles. Thank you again!!!!!

My experience with H.J. Martin in Neenah was top notch from beginning to end! Tori, one of the designers, is very friendly and knowledgeable! H.J. Martin installed luxury vinyl tile and plank flooring throughout our new construction house as well as tile in our shower and kitchen back splash. The installer paid attention to detail, walked me through the layout of our kitchen back splash, and cleaned up nicely when the installation was complete.Our kitchen cabinets are beautiful, but the back splash elevated it to a new level. I highly recommend H.J. Martin for your flooring and tile needs!

Mary at the store was professional and pleasant when picking out our flooring, and responded quickly to our post selection questions.The installers were respectful and hard working, and they did a fantastic install. paid them to install glue down LVP in the basement. because it's a basement they priced out floor leveling. i pointed all the areas i would want perfect because of cabinets going in. was told it could cost more if more material is needed. was 100% okay with this and waited months for the install. installers came and only took 5 hours. i figured everything went well because they didn't say much. after inspection they left a 1/4" to 1/8 dip in the floor and made huge cuts the the edges that im my opinion didn't even needed to be cut to fit near the walls, so that the trim will not cover. just feel like it was rushed and no care was taken to make sure the job was done correctly.Seems like now because they listed only leveling for the bathroom only ( more leveler was added to the bar area) it was out of scope of the quote. totally disappointed because the floor should never have gone down unless it was leveled to a less than + /- 1/4"After posting this online they called me to fix the issue. Definitely should have been taken care of before i had to put a bad review online to get a response. The did make it right and we are happy with the work they did.

The sales and install of our vinal plank flooring were great. After some time the floor shifted a bit and left a few gaps both between the planks and near the baseboard. Tori called and scheduled to get it fixed at no cost to us. It was an easy fix and everything looks wonderful. It's great to see a company stands behind the products they sell and their installations.

Very accommodating as we were going on vacation and she still gave us the discount even though we couldn't get back to sign the contract until after the sale officially ended. This is our second time using H.J. Martin and Son for our remodeling needs and I can't say enough about the wonderful job they did! This time we did a full basement remodel to include luxury vinyl flooring and new carpeting. Our entire experience was amazing! Starting with our designer, Karen, and ending with our installation crew everything was well thought out and executed flawlessly! Karen was GREAT to work with as she came to our home a couple of times to help with flooring selections and discuss design concepts. (And she was very respectful during this pandemic and wore a facemask the entire time.) The installation crew took the time to make sure all of the floors were level....and if not, they leveled before starting to lay the flooring. Plus, they were always on time, polite and neat! There was nothing left to do but enjoy our remodel and relax!

It has been fantastic working with HJ Martin in Neenah both when we built the house and 4 years later when I called about a shower door slanting because of the house settling. Josh did all the tile floors and his work is simply impeccable. Four years later, I called about a shower door shifting and Tag came to check out the door the very next day. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Overall, it has been great working with HJ Martin and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We are beyond thrilled with all aspects of our experience with HJ Martin. We replaced every inch of flooring in our home with expert help from Karen Siegrist. She listened to our needs and was able to find the perfect combination of colors and materials. We had no clue what we needed and thankfully she did!We were also pleased with the installation team. This was a major project that included removal of old flooring and baseboards, moving appliances and installing 3 new types of flooring. They started work promptly each morning and explained what was happening for the day. They were also Covid conscious and wore their masks when around us. We thought a week of workers in our home would be stressful but they made it as easy as possible.Thanks again to the whole team, we loved the whole process from start to finish.

We purchased the tile for our bathroom remodel through H.J. Martin as well as our glass shower door and we were very satisfied. We had help from Mary Souther who was highly knowledgeable about their selection of tile as well as helped us out with the style and colors. It was very reassuring to have someone assist us with this part of the planning even though we were doing the remodel ourselves. We also had the glass shower door installed by H.J. Martin and they did a great job. The door fit the space perfectly, both in size and style. The installers were very professional and showed up right at the scheduled time and left everything clean when they were done. I would definitely recommend H.J. Martin to anyone who is looking for quality materials for a remodel or to hire someone to take care of the remodel for them.
