First intake appointment today. Very pleased to be treated with compassion and respect!! Finally got some answers as to what is happening with my sweet pup. They were very transparent with me. They’re hopeful that new diet and meds will help her!! Provided me with coupons and food samples hooray!! After the appointment, Dr Sue did research for my dog’s ear issue and called me with an option to help!! She even made sure it was an affordable option! She literally made time to do this!! My dog does need a dental, which i knew. But they’re taking the appropriate steps to make sure she’s good before it happens instead of pushing to do it right away. They really care and I’m very happy i made the switch!!! If you’re getting red flags at your current vet or looking for a new place, i highly recommend!! Wish i had done it sooner. Thank you Great Lakes and a shout out to Dr Sue!!

A MONEY PITExcellent with sales and Dr Randy is lacking ethics at best. My bulldog was brought in for initial exam, and obviously had an ear infection. Dr prescribed drops and antibiotics BUT never looked inside the dogs ears, did not even examine the dog knowing full well this dog was a rescue and should have been thoroughly examined. I'm charged full price for an exam but was not an exam without an otoscope etcAll this Dr did was visually examine my bulldog. He never even put his hands on him.

We've had several dacshunds (all rescues) that have had everything from surgeries to dental work to a very quiet last visit to the vet...the last two made that last trip at 15 and 17 years old.They are part of our family.This is who we trust with their medical care.

The people here are very nice and you can tell love working there. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I took my pets in for a checkup, so I didn't need anything to extravagant but they were great. Not too long of a wait (I had an appointment). I did notice someone came in (who was upset) and they immediately took them in a different room, so they could have privacy. I thought this was great, as I wouldn't want others staring at me, if I was this person. They truly do care about their patients (both animals and people).

VERY CLEAN area for your pets to come for all it's needs. I have been working and showing dogs for over 25 years. I've been through just about every area and need in the dog world from puppies to the elder years of your pet. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. Not just out for a dollar. Prices are reasonable and the care is tip top. Now if you follow my reviews you will see I almost NEVER give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement, but not with this business. They have it all down including a page that you can keep track of your animals health records. Excellent service.

The most caring, kind, patient doctor's and staff, always willing to take the time for exams, questions and appointments. Pets have their own online portal so appointments can be made on line, all records are easily accessible, and information is always available.
