Great Music at great volume. Floor to ceiling windows, beautiful multi-colored brick walls, woodwork everywhere, and perfect amber lighting really just makes this place a warm, welcoming, and inviting experience. Watching people bake bread while I eat my breakfast sandwich is such a novel pleasure. Plenty of smiles and warm behavior from the staff. Huge array of warm or cold sandwiches, along with tons of breads and sweets. Coffee is average.Totally a place to go often. Center location among other quality eateries and shopping makes it a destination experience.

Amazing place that has a small selection of sandwiches and some drinks all made with fresh bread that is amazing. The samples of bread to the left of the counter are a really nice treat to sample some of there fresh bread. The customer service when I stoped there was top notch and was very pleasant and educational on there offerings a really top notch place for lunch and fresh bread.

Had a great first experience. Sampled some breads after checking out and had to come back and buy more before leaving town! Staff is friendly and the products are amazing. Stop here and gets some goodies!

Family got us some of the vanilla honey butter to take home to idaho, on visiting again I wanted to get another tub and asked if they would share the secret. No I'm not allowed to give that out was the answer. Ok do you use wisconsin honey, to which was rudely met with we aren't giving out that information I don't know. Lady I live across the country, just trying to replace your good product at home.. but thanks... I guess idaho folks don't have that Midwest passive aggressive mind set.

A swell place! We were in Neenah for a meeting with Attorney Matthew Brehmer, which was a success!! Then we came over to Great Harvest Bread Co, and our breakfast sandwiches were delicious. The coffee is great! The atmosphere is so welcoming. We could've visited there the rest of the morning!

My favorite sandwich EVER is from here and I have to come at least once a week for lunch. The sandwich itself is phenomenal (the fresh bread, the thinly sliced ingredients, the crispy bacon... I could go on) but the excellent service is the cherry on top. Everyone is extremely kind and accommodating every time I've been here (and trust me, I've been here many times) even in the middle of a lunch rush. This is my go-to lunch spot whenever I have out-of-town guests and they're never disappointed. Highly recommend!! (BTW - that favorite sandwich I mentioned? Classic club on bee hive white, no tomatoes (just my preference!), untoasted, but I'm sure it would be great toasted too. I literally dream about this sandwich. Try it - you'll thank me later!!) :)

Place is OK, but waaaay to expensive. For instance, a tuna sandwich that is very basic with thinly sliced bread is close to $9.00. I think that is beyond ridiculous. The bread selection at Great Harvest is generally good.

Pretty great service and great food. Their salted caramel cookies are my absolute favorite and their other cookie flavors are all amazing. If you wait for your food order they have samples to try while you wait. They can get pretty busy but if you place an online order ahead of time it's typically ready at the time they promise. The sandwiches are a little overpriced in my opinion, they are a little light on the toppings, but if they actually put a little more on their sandwiches they would be more worth it.

Never disappointed. Absolutely love their Chicken with Poblano Pepper soup. I come about once a week if not more and the staff is always friendly and they are always fast even when busy. Today they were sampling a new pizza that they said they are adding to the menu. It was amazing and can’t wait for it to be on the menu. If you haven’t tried Great Harvest… what are you waiting for?

My husband and I love going here for lunch. The sandwiches are very good. I am hooked on their honey wheat bread for our everyday use at home. They have a wonderful selection of fresh baked breads and cookies. I appreciate the staff because they are ALWAYS friendly and make you feel welcome and will answer questions. You can tell that they actually enjoy working there.

Needed a quick place for lunch and boy am I happy we landed on this place! Such an adorable atmosphere inside, smelling the bread made my mouth water. Loved the different loaf selections for each of the sandwiches. And let’s talk about those salads they’ve got: AMAZING. Perfectly crafted for a blend of salty and sweet. And the lady wearing the purple “Professional Loafer” shirt was as friendly and awesome as you would want from someone serving you food. Great place!

The food was just okay which earned them a second star, but what really surprised us was that they ran out of their one and only soup offering, BEFORE NOON ON A SATURDAY! WHAT?!How about you guys have more than one soup to offer and if you see you're running low, MAKE MORE before your customers have to find out via word of mouth that you're out and have to request a refund! I'll admit, they were busy, but not to the degree they shouldn't be used to on a Saturday afternoon. I had the Tuscan Chicken panini which was good, but only got half my meal on account of the lack of soup. My wife who also ordered soup got the Gourmet grilled cheese which was actually smaller than my kid's grilled cheese. Overall, so not worth the $35 price tag and we'll for sure never go back.
