We recently used Festival to cater cupcakes and a small cake for our wedding and it was incredible. The bakery did an amazing job making sure the everything was beautiful. Hilary did a great job. She was very helpful and easy to work with. They were also able to deliver and set the cake as well as cupcakes up how we wanted them at the wedding on the day of which was incredible! Overall, everything was great and I would highly recommend using their catering.

I love ALL Festival Foods grocery stores. Such a huge selection of items. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Deli and liquor area is outstanding!! The only disappointment I have is that I couldn’t find Supper Club brand Bloody Mary’s in a can. It may be that the distributor has stopped shipping it? No fault of Festival Foods?

Shout out to Paul from the Deli Department for making excellent ham sandwiches and for keeping a clean area too! There looked like 2 managers in the back (one with a clipboard) that weren’t doing anything even though there was a rush at the deli counter. I walked past them and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Overall, would go back though! Thanks Paul!

This was last week, but I felt the need to say something here even though I’ve already spoken to the front end manager. So if you run this account no need to reply.I love the selection and the convenience of this store but the policy of letting front end cashiers/baggers having their phones on their person should be revoked immediately. I don’t know what the company/CEO was thinking for letting this become policy, but it is ridiculous and it’s a sign of the times. Are we so addicted to our devices that we can’t be without them ESPECIALLY when you are in the service industry? What is going on?I know you basically need bodies to fill the roles needed at this point. But come on. Letting people (especially teenagers) having their phones on them at the register should not be a perk for working here. It was most certainly not this way when I worked for festival - in fact, if we were discovered to have our phones on us during our shift 10 or so years ago we’d be fired immediately.The reason why I am complaining is that I had a cart full of groceries and I wasn’t sure I wanted to use the self check, but I thought maybe I’d give an actual human person a try. But no. There were two girls on register 11, and they were face down absorbed by their phones. Instead of greeting a potential customer, they opted for their phones.I noticed other cashiers actually working - cleaning up their register, filling bags, but no they were just leaning there chit chatting playing on their phones and not working.This is absolutely unacceptable and you really should consider rescinding this policy. After the other issues I’ve had in the past at this store and other locations (as a customer) am not sure I can continue shopping here.

The store is clean, bright, and well stocked. But, what puts this store above the rest is the employees. From the manager, Kurt, who is sincere and caring - to the employees around the store who are always pleasant and helpful. Well done! And much appreciated.

Shop here regularly and like a lot about it even though many things are over priced, but twice now I've gotten deli "pre-cooked" breaded chicken tenders that were raw in the middle even after "reheating" much longer than the suggested instructions. That is just simply not acceptable and not safe!!!

Always super clean, with a great variety of high quality products, and the associates are always very helpful and personable and upbeat! The department I want to thank especially in this review is the bakery. I ordered a custom 1/4 sheet cake for my parents for their anniversary. Marble cake, with the whipped vanilla icing and Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad on it. This cake was not only ready early, but was literally the most beautiful and most delicious cake I've ever had!! And my parents had the exact same opinion! Beyond any expectations I could have had!! I would reccomend Festival's bakery to everyone who wants a great custom cake for any occasion! Very reasonable prices as well! Thank you to everyone in the bakery for making my parent's special day even more enjoyable and special!! You are the best!!

Grocery store of choice here in town! Always have what I need, store is clean and well faced. Plenty of staff, you are not required to use self checkouts. They offer paper bags.

I am so impressed by how awesome the cake decorators are! I asked for a pizza cookie cake and a cookie cake with teal/purple with edible glitter. They turned out WAY better than I could have imagined! Made my kids Birthday sooooo special! Thank you!!!!

Went for the sale on lunch meat and got a Watermelon for a dollar off with a text and ribs were the same! Our checker jessney, (sorry if i got it wrong) was wonderful and he even made sure to tell me how much I save today. I really dig that! Oh and my highlight was the half and half being on sale. Good shop!

I love Festival! Love their selection and thie produce is excellent. Love their fresh deli and fresh meat counters. I also love their Click n Go service. Best ever!! Personalized service you don't get anywhere else.

Im giving 5 stars because this place is always great. You always have what i need in stock unlike the other stores in the area... however. Today i got 2 18 packs of miller out of the cooler. Got home and noticed both were warm. Been in the fridge 3 hours still not really that cold. Kind of unacceptable especially on a friday afternoon. Idk if the cooler is broken or if the workers dont know how to rotate stock and put the warm in the back.

I'm not from the area, but I frequently stop off at this grocery store when I'm in the area visiting family. They have a great prepared food section with fried chicken, pasta, ribs, sushi, deli sandwiches and more. The store is bright, clean and easy to navigate. They also have a nice alcohol/liquor selection.

My experience was a wonderful one. The store is bright & beautiful, the aisles are always neatly stocked. There's always clerks around to ask questions, there friendly, polite and very helpful. The fruit & vegetables are always fresh and beautiful and the displays are perfect. Also the meat dept. Is excellent all the meat is fresh not old & gray like at Walmart. So if your looking for a great grocery shopping experience Festival is the place to go, great products and friendly helpful staff. You won't find a better grocery store than Festival.

The store always looks nice. Lots of variety and niche items in the healthy food categories. The produce department always looks immaculate. The employees are plentiful and friendly. We always have a good experience shopping here. Other grocery store chains should come here and take notes on how it's done.

Good grocery store. Weekly deals and decent prices. Good selection too. The self check outs are super slow though. I reccomend bagging your own groceries but other than that it's a good place to shop.

This store is Awesome !It is about 8 years old but looks like it just opened.Extremely friendly and helpful associates ready to assist and answer any questions I had.So many discounts all over the store.Testers are back with fresh fruits and a great sense of humor.I was in Awe at the deli and meats displays.The parking lot is clean as is the restroom 🚻 and it's all because of the great employees who care about their jobs give it their all to provide us with what we desire and expect."Customer service"

I like the festival stores. They have a great selection, and their deli is really incredible. They have so many pre-made meals, salads, and sushi, that I always find something I love there. They also have a staffed kids play area with monitors in the isles to watch what your kids up too, a balcony seating area to eat lunch, and an associated bank in the front of their store.

Great store with great employees. Huge complaint though is the walk in beer cooler. It's consistenrly really warm and the beer is warm. I don't have this issue at the other Festival locations.

Sales are usually pretty good. Their customer service always goes above and beyond. Festival has dropped to my #2 go to grocery, as prices go higher and higher. Also, in order to use any coupons, digital or paper, you must spend $5 on top in order to use. I realize that's not a lot of money, but being disabled and on a tight budget, I have been going to another local grocer, sorry to say.

I went there looking for a bottle of a certain liquor, and they didn't have it. They cashier, when there wasn't a line, cane over right away to help look for it. They didn't have it, which is fine. But they told me and showed me a slip I can fill out, it's like a request slip. I filled it out/w phone #, what I was looking for, etc. 2 days later, the manager called and told me he has a what I'm looking for, that he ordered some and put a couple aside for me. Got it the next day. I love this place.

I love festival. They have veteran parking and expecting mothers parking right in front which is both convenient and shows appreciation of our veterans and mothers. They have a great meat area and deli. I get some steaks there a few times a month and it's great every time. My favorite part is the sushi they have. It's fresh and I get it every time I shop there. 5 stars

We stopped for the kids trick or treating and a few groceries. It was so fun and really cute for the kids. All the employees were so sweet to the kids. I really love festival for their sense of community!
