Wow, I had such a fantastic time at the store today when I went to buy a table and met the assistant manager, Carlos. Let me tell you, Carlos was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and oh so helpful when it came to assisting me with loading the furniture into my car. I can't express enough gratitude to Carlos for making this experience so delightful. Going to big lot is always a joy, especially because of outstanding team members like Carlos. A big, heartfelt thank you to all of you!

I'm so excited we got one back in Neenah! We were there for grand opening and bought a new recliner and sofa, curtains, and misc. Prices are great. Sales and discounts fantastic. Customer service excellent.

As the first big lots I’ve been to, I could not be more pleased! I can happily say I found all of my items with ease! The floors are cleaned, and the shelves are stocked. The staff is very nice, they are the best on the block! If you want to shop, then look no further! The Big Lots in Neenah will always be right around the corner!

Found a nice area rug I liked in a big bin in the middle of the isle titled “sale $89.99” took it to the counter and rang up for $149 and was told “sorry someone must have put it in the wrong spot” left disappointed. I feel like they should have honored the price it was marked at.

Impressed with this store, good prices and selection, clean bathrooms and overall atmosphere. Was busy but not packed and easily found what we were looking for. Employees were happy and helpful.

Very nice big lots..especially when you're comparing it to its other location on the west side of college avenue..this one was very clean, the employees were friendly..the shelves were completely stocked and it looked like a cared for business.. they had some decent prices on things as well..
