A deer ran out and hit the front right fender caving it in and then kicked dents down the passenger side of both front and rear doors as well as denting the quarter panel on my car. I'm very happy I brought my car here for the repairs. I didn't have any issues and they communicated very well updating me on the progress of the repairs. I am very happy with the work they did and my car looks brand new again! I will definitely go to them again for any future repairs I may need. Thanks again Bergstrom Body Shop of Neenah!

This is my first time using this shop for service. From getting the estimate with Corey Young to getting my vehicle scheduled for service needed did not take long. Once vehicle was in Corey kept me informed of status of the work. I was very pleased with the outcome. Very professional staff and courteous. Great asset to the Neenah area.

I had to bring my truck in 3 times for them to finally get it correct, first time was told it would be a week project after not hearing from them for 2 weeks I call them and they tell me there waiting on a part, finally get it back after 3 weeks and the paint lines as shown in picture are awful and now I have a scratch in my fender flare as shown in picture, send it back come back after another few days and now the black part of my rockers is messed up, mind you that part never got painted, send it back again go pick it up after they say it’s done my check engine light is on, my truck is new has less then 2 thousand miles, absolutely terrible experience and not trustworthy

I scraped up my car really really bad, and these guys took my car in and it came out a brand new car. You would never have been able to tell that it was damaged in the first place. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but if I do get into an accident, I know these guys will be able to fix my car

Great shop that does high-quality work. I wouldn’t trust just any shop to work on my 2020 Suburban after a car accident. The only complaint I have is that they need to improve upon their communication skills. Call someone when you say you will with updates.Overall though, the quality work can’t be beat which is why I’m giving it a 5-star rating.

Repair took much longer than what was originally stated to me. They blamed it on GM being on strike, but I don’t own a GM vehicle. I would always have to call for updates, they would never call me first with updates.

In August 2022 I brought my vehicle in for repairs. It took until May 2023 (9 months). I had to make every follow up call because our service advisor was not at all proactive. He did’t ‘own’ this job. There were two minor dents to be replaced - a fairly straightforward job.

Justin Larson provided exceptional customer service with scheduling and keeping me informed on the step by step process, always with a friendly smile and semi-decent joke! Todd Abraham also was incredibly helpful in the process letting me know when parts were in, as well as providing an estimate. After getting cut off in Madison, I needed a new front bumper. My insurance recommended Bergstrom. It took them roughly a week to get all the parts in, but they told me upfront to expect it the following week. Kevin was a great service advisor to work with. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out and bumper looks like brand new. I had such a fantastic experience here. I went in very bummed out that my brand new truck door got scratched multiple times and places by a neighbors dog who I stopped for because it was in the middle of the road. The dog assaulted my AT4's beautiful black door and left it looking like a pile of dog poo. The service representative (I wish I could recall his name) was extremely knowledgeable and had my truck looking like new the same day I brought it in for an estimate! They are very professional and 100% honest. This changed my views on Bergstrom quite a bit.

Justin Larson handled car reception and return in an excellent 5 star manner. He listed problems with the car that came after the accident on the maintenance work order just as I stated. Can't say that the body shop listened to him because after the repairs were almost complete I received a call from the body shop wanting to know if my driver assist warning indicators were working properly before the incident. That had been explained and written on the work order days before. Anyway I was told the car had to stay in the shop for further work and would not be available for a couple more days. No real problem except I was scheduled out of town the next day and would have to use my rental car. I filled the rental car up for the trip only to be called the same day that my Explorer was now ready. Had to return the rental now with a full tank of gas when I only needed to return it with half a tank. $25.00 out of my pocket. Repair looked good and everything appears to be working correctly. Body shop personnel need to realize that when they say a car is needed longer then estimated, they need to be sure because customers make plans based on their comments and recommendations. Final point, I trust Bergstrom Service, Body shop and car sales implicitly. Everything has been top notch from Sales to maintenance to repair to warranty work. 5 star rating for sure. My discussion above is meant to assist Bergstrom in fixing a possible minor problem in the system and is not intended to berate any individual. Sometimes the system needs a little tweaking.

Parts were not in on time...I had to call to find out that they were already there! Service was to be done in 8 days it took 15 days. Had to pay for twice the rental. I had a great experience working with the Bergstrom Body Shop of Neenah. Not only does the work done on my vehicle look great, but they went the extra mile for me and discovered that my battery terminals (which weren't part of my accident repair) needed to be replaced. Instead of putting me back out on the road and likely getting me stranded, Justin Larson got the needed parts and fixed them in record time, even dropping the vehicle back at my house so I didn't have to bring my newborn out in the cold to come pick it up. Highly Recommended!!

This is the second time that I have had to go to this Auto body shop. both times I was bringing in an insurance claim and both times I've had the pleasure of working with Justin Larson. he made sure to give me accurate time frames as to when my vehicle would be ready and actually in fact the most recent pickup I had to do The car was done a day early a pleasant surprise. when Justin called me to tell me that my car was ready I said all right I'm going to get a car and want to head over he told me no no no we have a shuttle I'll have it pick you up it'll be there in about 20 minutes he was dead on the money. when I got to my car it was completely clean all of the repair work was finished to my satisfaction and when I mean completely clean they even went ahead and detailed the interior for me cleaning the dashboard vacuuming the floorboards I'm over the moon if you have to have work done I highly recommend choosing this establishment and if you have to work with Justin I know you're not going to have a problem 5 out of 5

Shortly after I hit a buck with my Suburban, my daughter was rear ended on the way home from a Packer game. Never a doubt we would go to Bergstrom Body Shop for her car too. Parts took a while thanks to supply chain issues but one the parts were in, they were super flexible to accommodate my daughter’s college schedule and got everything repaired and repainted as promised.
