A little pricey for some things but obviously you’re paying for convenience. Every time I have a question, Will is extremely helpful. I try to talk to him with anything I need help with. Very happy with the customer service.

Difficult to find someone to help get some chainsaw chains from behind the counter when I had a job waiting. After 15 minutes of waiting for the guy to finish his lah dee da conversation, had to ask the kid on the other side to abandon the check-out counter and help me out, which she did a great job at! Their hours are terrible. Don't think you can stop in after work to get supplies for an impromptu project, they'll be closed.

I have always been able to find what I need at True Value in Necedah. The staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and always eager to help you find what you're looking for.

I can pick up ammo, rent a wood chipper, get paint for my room or deck, grab rabbit feed and cleaning supplies. Small town atmosphere, friendly employees. Bonus that the staff will carry your purchase out to your vehicle.Downside is prices are a bit higher than larger cities where competitors carry the same product at lower prices.

Great old school hardware store. Extremely helpful people. Looking for a propane regulator and saved me a trip. Much more knowledgeable than big box store. They also have a nice supply of rv accessories if your in need.

Our Hook up at campground just outside of Necedeh was too short. Called them at 4:45pm. They had what we needed. Told then we were on our way. We got stuck behind a train that was going really slow. I tried calling back repeatedly from 4:48 till we pulled up at 4:49pm. No one answered phone again and doors were already locked. Totally understand that a business needs to close when they say they are going to close. However, they KNEW we were coming and they failed to answer their phones BEFORE they were supposed to close. They knew we were coming, they could have stayed open until 5pm.

Rented a stump grinder and it worked as it should, was given extra replacement teeth and it ground down the stumps like butter, will rent more stuff from this store they carry majority of rental tools you need, was happy the way the guys treated me,was treated as a person not a number

Bigger and better. Came for the bulk birdseed. Almost bought mealworms? for bird feeding. Full service hardware dire and more. Tons of stuff. May be bigger than hardware in WI Rapid.

Small hardware store that has just about everything you need. Employees can help with advice on any project I’ve ever had. Also has a rental area and a small equipment mechanic that can fix about anything. Very fortunate to have a store with a staff like that in a small town.

Your one stop hardware store that pretty much has it all! Terrific customer service is always available. I bet I get on average three employees offering to help and answer questions.They always have some good sales or clearance items that I walk out with in addition to the 1 or 2 things I actually walked in for.Having a cabin in Necedah and living out of state (Yes a - FIB, lol) I know I can always count on this hardware store to get me out of a jam!Their Stihl product line has prices as good as anyone so why not shop local and support the community!!!

For a small town they have everything the big box stores at a very reasonable price, plus a lot of their equipment you can rent like chainsaws and such .. try that at big box store

In order to compete with the likes of home depot and walmart, they schedule being open like it's still the 80's. I'm all for shopping local but it has to at least be available when it's needed. Completely closed on Easter? Lol.
