This is a nicer Pick 'n Save than the one I'm used to. Very nice people, they are also very helpful. I love the way the store is laid out. It's very clean and put together. Everything seemed where it should be stocked. Where I'm from, out store sometimes has items from other isle in them.Nice work Pick n' Save crew for keeping your store nice and tidy. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks

The ONLY reason why this a 4star and not 5 start is because at checkout (my husband has severe OCD-things needs to be scanned and bagged in the same order they were scanned) so we always gravitate towards self checkout. Unfortunately it was a $300 order. Never had an issue with any other store with this but the lady that was by self checkout (short blond hair) was very rude. After asking if he wanted someone to bag or scan for him and we respectably declined and explained why, she said well it is common courtesy not to go in self checkout with that many items. Well then I'm sorry maybe you should have a 10 items or less sign and also people don't have common courtesy for people with mental health issues just because it's not "normal". The young lady with the long black hair was absolutely amazing to us.I also want to add that is took my husband less then 10 minutes to scan, bag, and load into the cart a $300 order (we time it another OCD) don't know many cashiers who could do that themselves? Otherwise the store is amazing!!!!!

I dread going to this pick n save, ever since Kroger took over there’s only one checkout person and the self check out is always problematic. Also, their meat goes bad overnight in my fridge, the rotisserie chicken is always DRY, they are Always out of things I need, and the deli is now absolutely terrible!

Employees helpful. Very stressful & rushed shopping d/t no mask. Ditch the masks and we'll be back. Or have mask free hours like you do for old/at risk folks. Masks are dangerous & unhelpful. So here we are 4 years later and it's like all the stuff I mentioned above doesn't exist. I shop here very little because I don't live in the area and we don't have a pick 'n save. I also noticed that you're out of a lot of stuff or you just discontinued many things that I bought like quinoa bread and simple truth cheese puffs. So there's not much reason to shop here even with coupons.

Got a Christmas dinner ham to help save some money on the holidays .. if I would've known I would’ve just done pizza or Chinese and WOW so disappointed it tasted so bland and artificial. We only ate the the ham all the sides were Disgusting!! Waste of money Christmas was ruined

Gotta be the worst liquor department of any Picknsave I’ve seen. Low inventory & only a few coolers. Store was big enough to have the same selection as others. I’ve seen manager Joan working there so it’s no shock the employees look miserable working under her direction.

Kinda disheveled, not the usual standard that the chain is known for: moldy cheese slices on display, kefir expired on Dec 25th (a month ago).

I have purchased 3 items on 3 different occasions. Dog food individual packaged purchased. I opend it to find expired and moldy dog food. I purchased a Juiced drink I took it home about to drink didn't noticed the expiration date on the cap was over month ago it shouldn't have been available to purchase at that point . I purchased a Hot opend it to find it completely discolored. Food is not cheap. Stop placing over expired BS on the shelves.

Positives:- The employees are always very friendly- Clean atmosphereNegatives:- Multiple occasions of purchasing seafood and it is bad on the day of purchase even though before the listed expiration date. If it is on "special", definitely should not buy it being it is at the expiration date.- Milk is a gamble; although days before the expiration date, it can be sour. I would think that this should cause concern for everything in the same cooler.- Meat department is understaffed. Although the workers are friendly, the counter is often unmanned for long periods of time. I need to go to a different department to find someone to track down a meat employee.- Often can find meat for sale past "sell by date". Again, with the pattern of spoiled seafood and milk, I would not trust the meatNote: The milk and seafood being spoiled issue I find within hours of purchase. I have returned some of it, though sometimes the trip back is just not worth it

There customer service people at this location are extremely rude. My digital coupons would not work again and I was given a very hard time about it from the young female at the service counter. I have been in the store when this has happened to other people as well. One time I had to call their customer service and go through the whole reciept with their Kroger rep to get a little over $4 back. I never have these issues with other store's digital coupons just Kroger. I have decided to not give them my business and shop at other grocery stores. Make sure you double check your receipts before leaving their stores!

Don’t let your kids work here!! Treat their student employees horribly! Management are bullies. No wonder they cannot retain employees. I feel sorry for the CSRs there, the management they are forced to work under is absolutely terrible.

Not too bad of a place to shop for groceries at a fair price. But, not so much a fan of the fact that fruit from here regularly goes bad far before the expected lifespan, or the extremely irritating self-check out machines that incessantly ask me to scan the next item.

It's fine, I don't like the way the store is laid out it seems off to me but that's all to personal preference. Other than that it's a perfectly nice grocery store. None of my experiences inside the store stand out in any way to the positive or negative.

I special ordered a bouquet of flowers for a funeral tomorrow. When I came in today, the gal was not there. She was unavailable due to a family emergency. The fellow who came to help me was Anthony. Nothing had been prepared, so he began from scratch. He was so thoughtful, so kind and helped in every way he possibly could. I so appreciate personnel who go out of their way to make the customer happy. Kudos for hiring such good servants to our community.

Been coming here for months, but after today I won't be returning. Apparently they can't enforce masks even though it's required for entry and they have a message over the intercom every five minutes. Store manager doesn't even wear one. It's so nice to know they're taking this pandemic seriously. Seeing other reviews, it says that they require and enforce masks, but they don't. Pretty disgusting in times like these to not actually take the health and safety of your customers and employees seriously.I guess what can you expect from ignorant people in Waukesha county huh?

The last six visits to this store have been disappointing. I can't find the products I'm accustomed to finding in a grocery store. Today, no mascarpone cheese and no ladyfingers. The deli person directed me to the "cheese wall" without walking over with me or asking another salesperson for help. He did not know what ladyfingers were but also didn't ask for more help. I feel like this store focuses more on non-food items like lounge chairs and toys. 23 years of shopping at P n S has come to an end.

Be aware the one in Hartland has caught the same thing Walmart employees do, lots of standing around and just looking at you if you need assistance. Beware the entitled Karen who goes through self check out because the cashier lines are too long so she makes the self check out attendant RING UP AND BAG HER WHOLE ORDER while others are being bombarded by the computer saying you need assistance. My boyfriend had to yell over to the service desk for help while 6 people stood there like what do we do. Watch out for big momma at the front with the 80s helmet hair. Shes scary and mean and not helpful, bad attitude. But the lady manager, sweet as can be.

I have reservations about some of the changes Kroger's is bringing about since its purchase of Roundy's Pick 'n' Save stores; but the cashiers who work at this location are consistently kind and helpful including the high school teens. The cashiers, stockers, and managers rate five stars. There is reasonably good selection at this Pick 'n' Save. The rating is based on an ideal grocery store receiving 5 stars and it carrying everything one would want to purchase. The weakest point of this location is organic produce, but one has to consider that lack of demand affects their ability to stock it and price it reasonably.

NOTE: This is regarding the floral department only. Every other employee I've run into at this Pick n Save has always be tremendously friendly and helpful.However, I used their floral dept for the first and last time this weekend. I ordered a boutonniere several days in advance with a navy blue ribbon. Picked it up on the day of the event and the ribbon was black and the white rose had a golden brown bruise on it. The floral manager was very rude. She said they don't have navy ribbons. Why wasn't I told that when ordering or at least when she went to make it?? Also she told me white roses "just look that way" (regarding the bruise), which is ridiculous. We went to Piggly Wiggly and they happily made one with a bright white rose and navy ribbon ON THE SPOT! Do not rely on Pick n Save to care about accuracy or quality in their floral department!

Placed an order for balloons for a graduation party. I just went to pick them up and was told they were not done, sorry. No compensation, nobody tried to make it right. Bought a bunch of graduation balloons with the wrong color scheme. So annoyed. Customer service no longer exists.

Went to the deli department to pick up fried chicken for dinner; arrived at about 5:30pm. There were two 8 pieces available, looked at the time stamps in them. One had been sitting there since 9:00am the other since 12:00pm. When I asked a person behind the counter about it, he shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn’t his department.

Waited 20+ mins for a meat department manger to get off his phone call to get 4 lbs Cheddar cheese burgers. He looked at me multiple times and continued to ignore me. I went to another associate to ask for help. He told me he'd tell him 4lbs of the burgers and he'd have them ready for me. Come back 10 mins later and I got 3.23 lbs and 3 burgers. I wasn't going to wait any longer to get the 4lbs I asked.

Watch the dates on Dairy and produce products! I have seen expired items on shelf and pointed it out to employees who don't seem to care. Finding prices on things is also a chore, definitely going to Sendik's and paying more for better service and products!

One of the worst experiences working here. The HR manager Marie frequently refused to help me while I worked there. She would also talk about me in a bad light to other employees. Very unprofessional.

Do not expect to go to the deli and get the amount of product you ask for. Last time we went, we asked for a quarter pound of ham and got a half. Today the man in line in front of us asked for a pound and a quarter to a pound and a half. The deli person put on .47 and said is that good? The man said, I'm sorry, I said a pound and a quarter to a pound and a half. So she put more on, now the scale reads .67, is that good? He repeated himself again.... I have no idea if he ever got his pound and quarter to half... We walked away.

Deli hot bar is so hot that you burn your hands from the utensils. Salad bar is never stocked. I can't tell you how many times I've come across expired food on shelves. I give up.
