Ace seems to always have the gardening products that my wife is looking for. The staff is great, helpful and friendly. My wife got potato starts from here (see pictures). It is the only local store we found Tanglefoot and the best price on neem oil.

Every single time I walk in to this store I get greeted by my name. The person's name is Lisa. Ask for her assistance. She takes me to the aisle I need and shows me the product. She should be manager if you ask me. Remodel on the inside makes a pleasant place to shop.

With farming there's always something that needs fixed, so I frequently shop for items that I don't always know what they exactly look like or how they work and the staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful and patient with all my questions!

Have a lot of items from big to small. Layout is much different from the prior 100 years. So next time you have a little project to even a huge project. Stop on down to your local helpful place to be taken care of.

Knowledgeable employees with questions you may have. If they don't have what you need they will try to find it at a different Ace store or if those stores don't have it they'll find it online for you or see if they can find our about the product for you. Lots if supplies around for gardening, animals, farms, your house.

Walsh's Ace hardware has very well trained and informed sales associates on product knowledge. My experience with Aces sales associates are if one individual cannot answer your question they will get some one that is more knowledgeable in that paticular item. I would rate Walsh's Ace hardware a 5 out of 5 stars on customer service product knowledge and professionalism.

I heat my house with wood pellets . I buy all my pellets from ace in Muscoda. Yesterday Sunday I go in and they try charging me 7.49$ a bag instead of around 5$ a bag . Then continue to tell me the price will be back to normal when they get more in . So clearly me spending my money there means nothing to them they were not willing to give me the normal price . I got my money back and borrowed pellets from my dad who informed me he paid the normal price the day before. So apparently me another business owner in town is required to pay more . Don’t shop here they will screw you over and give you bs excuses why !
