Come at 9am and yet no breakfast sandwiches like come on now worst Kwik trip I have ever experienced started cleaning the bathroom while people are in there also like come on use some common sense

This is the 3rd time I have showed up after 10pm to be left by the register without any service while some guy walks around putting away random things on the shelf. The first two times I waited, once over 5mins. This time I just left the sandwich at the register. Either this place needs to hire more or the over night shift needs to get their act together. Incredibly unprofessional.

As a dasher, I was quite surprised by the rudeness of all three employees I encountered tonight. I was waiting patiently by the pick up rack to be addressed as the I could see the only visible employee was engaged with customers. Once I was noticed I began to wonder if I was still at Kwik trip, because their attitude made me think I was back in high school with teenage mean girls. When I told them the order had more items and got items they seemed quite annoyed. There was an overall rudeness, glaring, giving me the once over glance, facial expressions, and a general distain projected at me was quite overt. NEVER have I experienced that at any other Kwik trip location as a dasher or customer. (Some locations have employees who give me hugs and I’m told I’m their favorite dasher) And I stop at them frequently for orders or for myself. Apparently something about me caused them to drop their customer service characters. Least favorite Kwik trip in the greater Wausau area, period.

I travel the United States and am always pleased to be in an area where Kwik Trip has stores. Great selection of goods and ready to eat food. Molasses cookies are out of this world. Hoping they will start making Snicker Doodles.

Staff are always friendly at this Kwik Trip location. Hot food options always seem to be well stocked when I'm there. The only detractions — and it's nothing the local staff can do anything about — are that the building itself is pretty outdated and it's a pain to take a left out of the station to get back onto the interstate. Otherwise, I've never had a bad experience there.

Don't buy the cold pulled chicken, there has been bones in it even after the issue was discussed with a day manager. This issue is only with Mosinee location and has been brought up multiple times over the last year and is a known issue within the staff. The new staff is practically useless as of 9-13-22.

Thee best Kwik Trip around! The hot food selection is always a good choice, for gas station food, that’s saying something. You can find pretty much anything you need here. The staff is very nice. The place is well kept. Overall a very nice place to stop in for gas or small items.

Kwik Trips in general are wonderful, but this one isn't. Not quite as clean as most other KTs, and despite the notice that masks are required, that's a lie. When I stopped there not long ago there were five -- FIVE -- maskless customers (two couples and a single male, all adults between 25 and 45) being allowed to roam inside the store. The clerk said there's nothing they could do about it, which sounds like orders from the store owner to do nothing despite the corporate rules and signage. I'll be avoiding this one in the future.

My hat is to the young manager and register staff. It's 09/01/22 and my daily food fix was out. When the manager saw how disappointed I was she made it more than right for me with a substitute food fix. I thank her and hope her entire staff will follow in her foot steps. Thank you KT!

The people who work there around 8pm are the best!!always smiling and friendly. Place is clean and well stocked. They start my night shift out with smiles and a laugh .It makes me want to stop every day.

I visit my folks in the area twice a year and this Kwik Trip is always impressive. They have everything you need, and then some.

Kwik Trip will usually have a good selection of foods that are hot, fruit and junk food. Good place for gas especially if you get a kwikky card they give you a discount on gas and store purchases. They cover this area well and you can get pizza slices, burgers and a variety of things in the hot food area. Usually thy have good bananas and apples for when I am driving.

Received a letter saying I drove off without paying for gas at this store and that I owed $43. Thankfully I had enough proof to show it wasn’t me. I’m not a fan of false accusations. 😢

Love kwik trips but the one in mosinee is way too small and outdated .the pumps dont work daily. Short staffed the inside is dirty the wall s countertops bathrooms the mens at least is usally dirty and towel dispensers never work .our company buys alot of fuel their daily .but this keeps up I think a diff choice .

Trigs of wausau allows in person shopping and the also have drive up pick up for those who wish to shop and have someone place their groceries Into their cars. Online ordering not sure just yet.
