Dr. Danyelle Bollig and her team are amazing! Absolutely outstanding customer service and care for my pets. I moved to the Monticello area around two years ago and found her through Google. The Monticello Vet has cared for my two dogs and two cats. They've also helped us through the process of putting down my cat of 17 years and my dog of 7 years. I just cannot say enough positive things about how they handled everything from doing what was best for my pets to the point of when it was time to say goodbye. Their compassion, support and just everything was so wonderful during really hard times for myself and my family. They went above and beyond for us. I've never received such a level of personalized care from any other veterinary clinic - and I've had pets since 2005 and have lived in multiple states and in Europe over the those years. Thank you, Dr. Bollig for leading such a great team!

They will only allow you to order from them. If you want to order from an online pharmacy (way cheaper) they make you pay a $20 fee for them to approve. If you won’t pay the $20 (PER Rx!) they will ignore your calls and “deactivate you as a client”.Terrible place that just wants to keep costs in house.They will also charge you an office visit fee even if your just getting a booster shot done ($50)Go anywhere else!!
