Not sure if they are open or not. Left a message 2 weeks ago requesting a time slot. No return. A courtesy call would be appreciated if slots are full and there are no openings. A business shouldn't advertise if they aren't going to communicate with potential clients.

Super nice and was able to get my pup in super quick. He's normally a bit of a trouble maker but she must be good with dogs because he was completely well behaved! I loved that she had toys and stuff avaliable too, letting my pup choose a reward was great. Definitely will be back.

I met Kayla when she would come in and help groom dogs with her Mom at the Portage store. When her Mom retired, I continued taking my ShihTzus to her shop to be groomed. My 3 dogs were never afraid to go. I would tell them we're going to see Kayla, and they would get into the car. As they aged, Kayla was encouraging. My girls lived to be 15-17 when they died. Kayla encouraged me as I grieved their loss. I still recommend Kayla to people seeking a groomer. I have a little Chihuahua now so I don't see Kayla, but I will always be grateful for her caring manner.

I have been going to kayla at pampered pal's for over 7 years and will never go to another groomer!! Kayla makes your worries and fears of leaving your fur kids at ease. She has this awesome connection with your pets and just makes you feel great about the whole process. Her shop is always clean, comfortable and calm which also helps your fur kids feel comfortable too!!
