We commute almost weekly between Madison and Wautoma and have had our van break down a couple times in the past year near Montello. In both instances Kendalls Auto Repair was awesome to work with. I was impressed with their communication and care for our vehicle. You can tell customer service is a top priority for the shop by the way they conduct business. Also, I love a place that allows their dogs to hang out with them during the day!

They're Diagnostics are top-notch, super friendly customer service, and I really love that everything that was wrong including what was done to the car is explained to you in detail, not only verbally , but also printed on the receipt I highly recommend this place for all your automobile needs!

Family owned second generation business. As busy as they are they do their best to schedule you in for service as soon as possible. I have a 2003 Chevy Duramax Diesel; Jeff and Robert after doing their research were able to solve and fix a problem with the trucks rear end/drive shaft. They take the time and extra care to ensure things are fixed correctly.John worked on my son's older Lexus and made sure it was fixed properly and that we understood what needed to be done.Brenda, Laurie and Sam are also very knowledgeable about service that needs to be done to our vehicles and explain in detail as needed.Two of my son's and I know we can depend on Kendall's to take care of our vehicles genuinely and with care.

Living in Illinois gives me so many options for new tires, however having a second home in Montello we prefer to support local businesses. This family run business is awesome. They unessasarily replaced hundreds of dollars of parts on my friends vehicle trying to resolve a brake issue. That still wasn't resolved. Not truly diagnosing the problem

It's hard for me to trust people, but they take u step by step, The best auto repair shop I've been too and the cheapest, but most importantly they make u feel welcomed and I know when I leave my car she will be taken care of...a blessing and a stress relief for me. These guys are the best!!!!! Professional yet personable! Great mechanics, they treat you like family and treat your car like it's their own. If I can't fix it myself or don't have the time, this is where I take everything! My cars, my fiance's cars, her children's cars, my parents cars, etc....

It's the only place I go to. As a female some places look at you crazy when you ask for detail on what their saying. Not the kendals! They always tell me exactly what my car needs. Their nice and will look up estimates no problem and call the tow for you. My car is always done fast and works good after. I needed a major repair as I'm from or of town. Had the vehicle towed here Monday a.m., picked it up the same day at 4ish pm. Awesome people, quality work and a very reasonable price! Very highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I've had my truck there 4 times in the last 2 months. Every time I get it back, there's a new problem with it. The last time I was there, I brought my truck in to get a new heater core put in because there isn't any heat in my truck. The mechanic told me I was wrong and wouldn't fix the truck. Now it's the coldest part of winter and I have no heat. I'll never bring my truck back there again. Worst shop I've ever been to.

Showed up before it opened in the morning and they waved me right in. Wanted a used tire. He walked me back. We looked at what they had. Didnt end up having what I needed, but very very friendly and would not hesitate to go back. Looked like a very large, very well equipped shop.
