Clean scratch grain and bird food with friendly service! Just park near one of the loading bays, walk into the office, and pay. They bring the sacks to the loading bay if they have someone available.

I have patronized this feed mill many times and have been very happy with their products. The reason for rating them with only 1 star is due the disrespectful way customers are treated by the younger man who works there. I purchased my usual 50 pound bag of bird seed. The older gentleman inside was very nice, but the younger guy went to get my seed and just plopped it on the loading deck and went back inside. I knocked on the window to ask if someone could put the bag in my car, because it was too heavy for me. The young guy came out and was visibly irritated that he had to help a customer. After thanking him three times for placing the 50 pound bag in my car, he just looked away and grunted very loudly like I was such a pain in his a$$. Needless to say, I found this to be not only extremely disrespectful and hurtful but also very poor customer service. My advice to this young guy....if you hate your job so much to be so nasty to people that patronize your business....THEN QUIT! From the other reviews I have read, this is not the first time customers have been treated so terrible at this feed mill.

I have been doing business with them on and off for a couple years since I moved here. Always rude and feel like I am inconveniencing them. I leave and get my stuff elsewhere and try them again because they’re local and hope that their attitude has changed. And that’s not the case. Called to get price on grass seed and they told me to “go lay dollar bills out in the yard instead of planting grass seed because it won’t grow”. Told me they have 5 different kinds but wouldn’t tell me the price and basically told me they won’t sell to me because not wet enough. And in the past when I have bought corn they are rude and don’t want to be bothered with me when I buy a ton at a time usually. I will not give them another chance!!! Done!!
