The woman (with white hair) was so rude to us! We stopped by when we were driving north about a month ago and it still rankles. We did buy what we needed and it worked just fine. It was so bizarre that I have acted out the incident at several gatherings - "can you believe her"? Anyway I recommend skip this store and buy elsewhere.

At first glance, the new organization has a better flow for costumers to walk through and find their merchandise. This store seems to be able to handle the over-flow of stock that comes whether they need it or not, making it less cramped feeling when walking down the aisles. They have quite a lot for those quick shopping trips, or for those emergency forgot something item trips.

I Just went to Dollar General yesterday. They had a large selection of food items I was looking for some buys for summer wear. It was hard to find sizes & certain items due to everything being jammed together. Meaning I couldnt find my husband's or my sizes😑The clerk was friendly & checked me out fast

They work really hard in this store. I wanted a certain item and the employee looked in her totes to try to find it. The section was going through a remodel so the product had been removed. She didn't have to do that for me. I'm always greeted with a smile and a laugh.

Would rate 4, but haven't had the rice crackers & cakes still showing shelf space for the past several weeks. Also miss small containers of dark choc. Almond milk. These are items I'd get from that location, not carried at Oxford, among others still carried.

I love the employees they have there but the damn registers r crazy!!! I don't no how much they can put up with but they still have a smile on there faces where the customers no so much. And seems u should have after hours people stocking shelves!! When it's busy which is quite often they can't keep up then things aren't on the shelves by no fault of the employees. Sometimes 1 customer can take up alot of time!! And quit raising ur prices!!! Man I went to get my denture glue and 1 tube was $7 something where u get 3 for the same price at Walmart. Which I visit more often now. Now that cost wise it's a better choice. Stop taking advantage of small town people that r mostly elders.

Not only was there MOLD on their FOOD product that was out for customers to buy. No one is ever available when you need them to check out. This is the worst possible "convenience" store you could ever visit spend the extra 10 minutes going to Oxford and going to that Dollar General. Prices are always incorrect.

Staff was extremely helpful. I went in with a list and was able to walk out with all of it, and then some. The gentleman working were able to help me find things that I had forgotten about that went with the items on my list.

There's signs up that say, "No charge for coin exchange. Ask an assistant for details." So, instead of going to a bank or a coin star machine I brought my change here for the "no-fee coin exchange"Well the assistant we talked to laughed at us and said, very condescendingly, "Honey, I dont have time to count this. I think the sign means we want you to pay with exact change. Not that we will exchange change for money."It says trade in your excess coins for dollar bills. It's not open to interpretation. Don't offer services that your employees are too lazy or perhaps too incompetent to complete. ZERO STARS!!!!

Today went to buy tuna. When I got there the store was closed but it was not yet 10pm. He unlock the doors let me in. But he was not friendly, when to look my item he came looking for me but I already had what I came for. When I was paying I had ask what time was it he stated that it was time for me to leave. The way he said was very rude

This D G seems to have a problem keeping shelves stocked...and I'm not talking about it being that busy!!! They seem to have a problem keeping good help also, although recently it seems with the new manager this DG hopefully is making a turn around.

I enjoy shopping at this store because my money goes further. It helps my budget especially with office supplies, cards, and any items that Walmart carries, but items here are so much less. 😊

Very unorganized. Almost every time that we go in there there is always a stocking carts filled with merchandise blocking the isles instead of on the shelf. Doesn't matter what time or which day it is...

Useless staff and have staff who steal from customers. Would love to regional management been getting run around about being shorted money and than given different answers on what they are going to do.

Thank goodness this place opened!! We visit Montello Wisconsin every year and year year we forget to pack something! Dollar general has saved us! Lol
