Had to pick up monthly prescription from the pharmacy. Only the second time I've been there since moving up from Texas a couple of months ago. The staff is very personable and asked me how my recent trip went. That was really nice. I felt like a family/ friend!!! Thank you

What has happened to this Walmart? Out of so much, half empty shelves in dairy and A LOT of outdated and moldy products (who checks these shelves??) Cashier that checked us out needed help with a coupon. Supervisor came over and was an absolute jerk from the start, double checking ALL of our coupons to make sure everything matched the 16 full bags our cashier already scanned. Made us pull out items from the bags and prove we could use that coupon. Shocker...he found out every coupon matched what we bought. "T." should spend more time concentrating on his personal hygiene (b.o.) instead of playing coupon detective to customers the cashier already assisted!! The cashier really didn't know what she was doing but was very friendly. But she really should avoid swearing while helping customers. Safe to say we wont be going back anytime soon and others should make sure they read their store reviews. Disappointing, used to be a great store.

I don't find myself at this Walmart location often but when I do, I'm very rarely disappointed by things not being stocked properly or not at all. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Also I've personally found clearanced items reduced more than my local Walmart several times.

I had such a bad experience that I spoke with the person in charge for her to follow up with the staff remember. The staff member was rude obnoxious, presumptive While I was talking with the person in charge. She went and started to talk to the young lady next to her checkout lane and she kept staring at me. She was totally inappropriate with her behavior absolutely poor customer service. Rude. IF I go back I refuse to have any interaction with here.

I do grocery pick up there. I miss the pharmacy pick up. But I have been pleased with grocery pick up here . People are always helpful and courteous. But they should train these employees. They don't know how pick produce and sometimes I come home with moldy items. Also help them with bagging and loading the trunk. Bread and breakable items should be on top. 40 pounds of kitty litter should go in first, not last on top of everything. Do not put food, chemicals and toiletries in the same bag. I don't need Raid with the lunch meat. Most of these are young kids that don't know much about these things.A brief training would make them outstanding employees and make customers happy. This is a corporate issue.

Bathrooms leave some to be desired, could use to be cleaned a little more. This walmart is almost always extremely packed. Selection is normally pretty good

Prices are always good. Social interactions are always good with employees. Very good welcoming hospitality even cashier sometimes will talk your ears right off lol. Foods from dairy deli shelves are always fresh. Great low prices on Reebok apparel which is top brand sold at Walmart Monroe. Great deals on toy collectibles transformers TMNT Marvel WWE AEW and DC.

The manager should be fired! Every isle is a trashed out mess! Under every shelf is horrible. Never any stock of many many items. Very dirty store very unprofessional!!! If I was the manger a lot of people would have been fired for not doing there job. Manager also needs to be fired horrible house keeping. Lazy manager and employees all around!!!! Broken jar of product last employee couldn't even clean it up. Just look under the shelf!! This is literally every isle.

As far as Walmart go, this is exactly what you would expect low prices. Nice selection what stands out about this Walmart is the associates very friendly, very helpful and the Walmart is for the most part very clean compared to a lot of them I have been in.

Seriously, $30 dollars to get my wife a cake for her birthday and Walmart can't even use a real frosting anymore...just some tasteless glop that tasted like cool whip

This Walmart is frequently out of grocery stock! I often leave without items I went there for. If I'm going to Madison I'll always go to the supercenter in Monona (Royal Ave)

They constantly move stuff around. And when you make auto appointments the computer changes the date and time on its own. And some of the younger people that work there are of no help if you ask a question

Put in PickUp order at Noon, they say 6-7 PM. They email at 6 saying it’s delayed (unknown time frame) but we drive over half an hour, so we were already there and then just stuck waiting for another 45 min. Last pickup wasn’t very smooth either. Other WM seems to do better. Also, as others mention inside there seem to be few cashiers besides self checkout.

I'd say alot more to be desired on the stocking. I picked the pizza on left from the back. The right one is a great value. 🤣 Too funny how on the digiorno box it says it says "it's not delivery, it's digiorno" definitely delivery raw. 🤣

Restrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Not overbearing like Illinois, and cheaper prices than Illinois, too. Nice location for dye-free diapers, cheese, and bakery.

Nothing is ever in stock except novelty items. Associates leave trunks open at pick up. Staff is rude. And 3 times now I get my groceries home to find at least 1 or 2 moldy items. I am done.

Told us all check out counters were down and that we had to use self check out but they would help. They filled bags and had them scattered all over due to lack of counter space. Got home and had one bag of stuff missing. Tried calling and no one answered. Maybe we have to answer our own calls. Wife is on her way now to set them straight. Glad I didn't go along.

I don't like the remodeling they have done by the seasonal items. They put a gated off work area were retail use to be . Kind of a eyesore where it's located.

Very disappointed they discontinued the My Pillow. Was the only reason I went there today! Have bad neck pain, and it's the only pillow that helps. And in 30 years, I've tried them all. I'm so tired of corporations getting political. This country is so divided already. Corps need to stay neutral, or upset half of your people. We have already cut way back at shopping at walmart, and will continue to cut back so long as they choose politics over customers. Right now I only care about my neck pain, Thanks Walmart!

The Walmart in Monroe Wisconsin is currently revamping the store. Consequently, it is kind of a mixed up mess! 😬 It is very difficult to find things right now. There are various reasons for this: some departments have changed locations, some departments have merely moved products around, or a department department has been eliminated. Hopefully reorganizing and revamping the store will not take too much longer. 🙄

Our Walmart store has gone through some updates. The store went through a new facelift on the inside. They have moved departments around and we are just getting used to the changes. It is a clean store with isles that are wide enough to go through with no clutter. The Pharmacy is up front now just inside the door to the West.

As our vacation route changed some we asked to stay over at this Walmart. In doing so with permission (thank you extremely much) we went shopping for various necessities. Always pleasant of Walmart to let us do a quick overnight rest stay. We use various Walmart's at times for this and always shop for various things. Once we bought a 55" TV, saw it on sale and set it in our living room once we got back to our home a few weeks later. THANK YOU much Walmart.

Hate with the remodel they took out the changing table in the mother room. As I always see workers going in to the family room so it can't be use. Or the family room is out of service. Bc having the changing table in the normal bathroom right out in the open sucks. Kids deserve privacy when getting charged just like adults having stalls.
