If I could give this store a 0 I would. Customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely disgusting. I have been shorted 10 pills every so often for near 6 months. When I call in to see what has happened nothing is resolved and it happens again and again. I didn’t know counting to 30 was that hard but apparently it is impossible to these employees. Never had so many problems with a pharmacy’s customer service like this. I would never recommend coming to their pharmacy unless you want to deal with unintelligent people who don’t know how to do their job.

I am so tired of going through the drive thru and having to wait 20 min. If the customer has a problem shouldn't they be going inside to get it straightened out? Itshould not be done inthe drive thru Drive thru is for fast pick up. The employees are so rude. I'm switching to a different pharmacy. I've had enough of them.

I wouldn’t typically leave a bad review of a place, but I am honestly so tired of bad customer service. Tonight I had a coupon and today was the final day to use it. I tried to use it last week and was told the items didn’t qualify, though they could not tell me what items didn’t qualify. I worked in retail for years, so it’s important to me to be ready when I check out; therefore on the slim chance I plan on using a coupon I am sure to always read the fine print to ensure my items qualify specifically for that coupon.This coupon had been printed by the same Walgreens approximately 2 weeks ago, when I bought multiple products, expecting to receive the dollars off right then. The cashier told me at that time I would be getting the dollars back in the form of a coupon… inconvenient, but whatever, I would come back and make another purchase by 3/22.I then needed some items, so I went to Walgreens on 3/11. This is when the cashier and manager told me my items didn’t qualify - I was upset, especially because they couldn’t tell me what didn’t qualify but whatever I would try again.This brings me to tonight, when a young girl, who I’m sure doesn’t get paid enough was checking my items out. I tried to use my coupon and she put it in the drawer immediately (which is fine, I’m sure I did the same as a cashier.) When she then found out it didn’t take she said that it would come in as rewards, I said, no this already is rewards - it’s $15 off $15. To which she replied “that wouldn’t make sense”. I don’t appreciate the insinuation that I can’t read a coupon. Then she gets the manager and they take it out of the register, low and behold it says “$15 off of $15”. I asked the young girl not to speak to people in a disrespectful tone, because let’s face it gaslighting someone by saying “you didn’t read what you read” is at the core intentional disrespect.She then said she was sorry I felt that way. Not sorry that she did it, but sorry I felt that way. I’m not here for a lesson in emotional intelligence, but Walgreens, your employees seem to need one, so HMU if you wish.The girl then said “IT SAYS OFF OF NEUTROGENA AND AVEENO PRODUCTS” to which I yelled in an even more unbecoming than hers “NO IT SAYS COMPLIMENTS OF NEUTROGENA AND AVEENO. IF YOU WANT TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THE COUPON READ IT FIRST.”The manager did eventually give me my $15 off. And stated she thought the issue was likely that the coupon expires today… but if something expires today, guess when you can still use it - today.So basically I’m here to say, I’ve never been so rude to a cashier as I was tonight, but I’ve also never been treated like I was dumb before by a cashier. And while the side of me that worked in retail says “the customer is rarely right” that side of me also says that you MUST have the emotional intelligence to make the customer feel heard. I did not receive this either time I tried to use this coupon. I am that rare customer who actually cares about your day and never tries to make it worse by presenting you with bad coupons or a bad attitude - sorry that today I was THAT Karen, who yelled at you about a coupon, but I was right and at the end of the day you should be sorry too, Walgreens.

I went here looking for a swimming pool to get baptized in and actually stumbled upon the perfect inflatable toddler pool. I opened up the package and inflated it with my mouth then proceeded to the restroom where I filled the pool with water. That’s when the most generous employee walked into the restroom and agreed to baptize me right then and there! I am refreshed and renewed, thank you Walgreens!

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. Needed to straighten out and update some information on an account, and was told I would have to do it online! What if a person doesn't have an online account? I've run into this at other Walgreens too; if THEIR work can't be done by YOU online, forget it...you will get nowhere. I now go to a pharmacy that treats me like a human being, not an automated online account.

The associates in this store are very helpful and pleasant. The store is very well stocked compared to most stores nowadays. They could do a better job of keeping sale items is stock but that could be supply chain issues.

Came for passport photos. They told me it's not a good day... I am a customer, and she told me that they are very busy and there are only two workers for the whole store, one at the checkout and the second one who answered me are having a lunch break. I was speechless when she told me that. And I will never EVER come to Walgreen, Monroe again!!! The worst customer service

The people in the pharmacy are beyond rude- ALL OF THEM. Any time I’ve had to call for a refill or go in to pick up meds, I’m treated as if I’m an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Once I was overcharged on a prescription and it was like pulling teeth getting my refund, which btw they put on a gift card. I’m taking my business to Hometown Pharmacy in Monroe- where they don’t charge $85 for a $14 prescription and I know I’ll be treated with respect.

My husband and I went to the pharmacy and we received our meds when the pharmacist rep started reading out what my meds were, and how to take them. I stopped her adding NOT to read it out loud that I’ll read the instructions on my own, but she rudely insisted on reading it out loud saying that it was a must. She was ignoring me doing her own thing. Clearly her incompetence needs to be addressed about the Hipaa Law before a future lawsuit comes to mind.

Horrible Pharmacist - Treated us like we were crack heads from Illinois. Rude to us when we asked for additional syringes (non-needle type) with our dog's prescription. The extra syringes are needed because the liquid medicine gums up the syringes every week or two. This wasn't the first time he was rude and condescending towards my wife and I. I hope he reads this because I have no problem having him know ho we are.

The staff are miserable people who give their customers a miserable experience - absolutely no customer service. I reluctantly moved to Walgreens due to Shopko closing and have since moved to Hometown Pharmacy West so I am treated like a human being.
