This store has a huge selection of cheese, baked goodies and specialty items. There is always something unique to be found here. They have a good selection of local beers that changes frequently. A decent selection of alcohol as well. Not quite the same food selection or price of the big national store down the road but you will not leave here empty handed no matter what you go in looking for. This is a must stop every time we come to visit Monroe.

Received poor customer service .The worker was very rude to me and blamed me because the item I bought rang up wrong.Her name was.Gina.She even made a rude comment telling me that it is memorial weekend and I should not have complained about an item ringing up at higher price than on the shelf.Also she told me next time point it out to cashier before paying.even though doesn't show up until after you pay and get a receipt. I have never had any issues with your workers until today.If she was having a bad day not my fault .I was having a good day until then.I will go else where now on or will go there when she is not working.I have worked in customer service for over 18 yrs and never treated customers like that even when I would have bad days.

Some of Piggly Wigglys prices are higher than other grocery stores but they have great prices on meat. Their produce is good. And they have the best selection of diet soda in Monroe. Lots of choices not in other stores.

Lack of customer service and short staffed. You can never find any staff willing to help while in the store and shelves are empty or crazy messy. Once you check out they offer drive up for your groceries (because there are no cart corrals) but they never staff it even when you ask if there is someone to do drive up. The last 3 times I was there, I had to go in the employee - only doors retrieve my cart and bring it outside. This is very difficult with people with small kids because you are either unloading the kids again or leaving them in the car to run back inside.. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it!! Invest in cart corrals!

Always a pleasure shopping here. Staff are very helpful.Deli gals were friendly made sure we were happy with what we had them sliced up. I shop here very often. Can't think of anything negative , so keep up the good work ALL employees .

My wife like the small carts and the grocery loading zone. It has decent produce section. They seem to do a better job than Pick n Save in keeping the shelves stocked. It's getting a little worn and could.use an update to freshen up the place.

Great food in the Deli, reasonable prices, usually enough registers open so you don't need to wait too long in line. You can pick up your groceries or take cart with to parking lot. Employees are courteous.

When I purchased some items on sale I thought the limit of three applied to each flavor of the item. At checkout I mentioned it to the cashier and she told me that it was because she hadn't pushed her total button. By the end of the transaction I was distracted and didn't double check the amount. I came back the next day to return the items when I saw that they were charged at full price. CSM was unpleasant and didn't care to hide her displeasure with me, and made passive aggressive comments on the return slip I had to sign. I definitely will not be wasting the establishments time again.

Wrongful firing of a disabled family member. Horrible treatment of deli staff towards this person. I'll never come here or support this business again. I came to visit him one day and witnessed first-hand how Krystal and another female at the deli were treating him. Unbelievable. Better management and HR are needed at this location to protect the workers that are actually doing their job. Considering hiring an attorney for this circumstance.

This store is clean, bright, & well I merchandised. Most of the time I find what I'm looking for. I have also found products that I could only find at Monroe's Piggly Wiggly, such as strawberry "Greek Goddess yogurt ".

The lady named cathy at the service desk is the worst person I have ever spoken to. I called to ask about a certain brand of cigarettes to see if you carried them. She literally huffed and puffed and told me she had other people to wait on. I told her she was rude and she hung up on me. I'll go to another store from now on. Someone needs to suspend of fire her.

It just keeps getting worse. They advertise things they don’t have, and are pushing more and more store brands. I called this morning to ask about something I haven’t been able to find, she didn’t know so forwarded me to Dairy, and no one ever picked up my call. Pick N Save is about the same.

I work there as a vendor. Managers are nice for the most part. The service they give you is very friendly and they do have great deals. It is a great place to stop and get something fast. They have many options and have friendly staff

Cashier, Gabriel, has no customer appreciation and doesn't know her job. Doesn't smile welcome or thank you. Told her I wanted cash back she didn't ring it in and said "oops, too late"

Was recently employed there, same with my girlfriend. They wouldn't even give us a store brand t shirt while other new employees got theirs. Let alone the pay is bad and the staff are creepy. Was hired upon condition to get the same hours due to having one reliable source of transportation and they couldn't even comply with that. Also, the worst part, my girlfriend ended up being short in her register drawer one day. And she went to apply at Dollar Tree and some how the manager knew that she was short in her drawer. So apparently one of the Managers at piggly wiggly is telling other store managers things that should be kept within the business. Very Disappointed working here. I would rather work at McDonalds.

I Could not believe that nobody in piggy wiggly would help a disabled elderly lady that had trouble walking, I ran in to get help for this elderly lady . No one , I mean no one came out of the store to help this lady, so I decided to help her my self. When the elderly woman and I went back in the store, mind u with no assistance from anyone in the store I sat the elderly lady in a seat and demanded someone to get her a mobilized cart so this poor lady could do her shopping. SHAME on u PIGGlE WIGGLY. I could not believe my eyes when I took this elderly woman back in the store, I seen the same people I had ran in to get assistance with this elderly woman, continuing to pack other customers grocery’s. Not a care in the world that this elderly woman could of fell in there parking lot and maybe got ran over, thanks to the no Corroboration from the employees at that store . I asked for a manager and never seen or heard from a manager. SHAME ON YOU PIGGLY WIGGlY !

I like shopping at the pig... As they have good meat prices.. And friendly employees.. And if I need help looking for something they help.. Delli is great to.. And the pastereriers.. Omg.. Yummy.. For my tummy.. Lol
