The meat has already expired or almost ( I took pictures yesterday, January 28). Other pics I took a few weeks ago on Wednesday and Friday. I thought during the week the choice of vegetables would be better than on Sundays. And I can't remember the last time I was lucky to get soy milk((( So disappointed 😭 This has been my favorite grocery store since I moved to Monroe

I have become more and more frustrated with this Pick & Save. The selection of items has really decreased. The deli now is down to only a few items. If you want sliced ham or chicken you are good. Anything else is gone. They are down to only a few types of cheese. If you are planning to cook and you need a can of Campbell's soup that isn't one of the top 10 sellers, you can forget it. The soup selection has become laughable.This Pick & Save now has the selection of Aldi's, but with more expensive prices. I can no longer see a reason to shop here.

Used to order for pickup but items were always unavailable. Kroger markets their produce to be fresh but it isn’t the high quality I’d expect. Rarely choose to shop here.

I prefer Pick n Save so I don't have to give ALL of my grocery money to the Walmart behemoth. But the self-checkout technology at Pick n Save is bad. I sympathize with the person who watches over the self-checkout area. There is never a time anymore during my visit when that person doesn't have to come over and clear a message on the screen.When I was there on 12-30-2023, that person was helping 1 self-checkout customer and the other 4 were waiting for her to clear a message. Mine had completely frozen and all of my items had to be done by 2 PnS employees. Frustrating for everybody.And those 2 self-checkout lanes with conveyor belts actually takes *longer*.At Walmart, self-checkout is error-free; it just works without any intervention. Argh.

I love that they always have great deals and most of the staff are pretty awesome. There are 2 self check out women that are just horrible to deal with. Besides that, I love shopping here. The elderly man that is always in the self-checkout area, is an amazing person 🙌. I love seeing him every time I come through. He is so calm and his conversation is refreshing. Also, there is a younger guy that has always been very helpful and beyond respectful. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. They both deserve raises though.

I love the fresh baked goods and decorated cakes. Meat department has lots of choices for different meats and fish. The produce department always has a good variety of fruits and vegetables. The sale items saved me $30+!

Our local Pick n Save grocery store is always well maintained and well stocked. Produce department is kept fresh and well stocked. We especially like their electronic coupon and buy 5 mix and max save money programs. Like that they have butchers on duty for special cuts and wrappings. Very seldom out of stock on their sale items.

They used to have a great selection of plant based food. Now they only have a few items. I have to check the produce very carefully, as much of the fruit and vegetables (especially the strawberries and mushrooms) are moldy. We have bought dairy products that have already expired and we didn't realize it until we got home.

Used to love Pick & Save but since Kroger has taken it over I've been disappointed. Roundy products that I loved are gone and the replacement products aren't as good. Meat selection and quality is good. They do try to keep prices down by offering coupons for food that I actually use. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

I love shopping at Pick n Save, it's my favorite grocery store. They always have great sales and deals. I especially like the 10 for 10 and the buy 4 save 4. Nice for stocking up. Great store, great people, and great service. Always helpful employees.

Organic produce has improved and egg free mayonnaise is back on the shelf. The gluten free products are in the mix, so they aren't always easy to locate. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bought some peanut butter during my last shopping trip, when we opened it the peanut butter was hard as a rock. Checked the sell by date and it expired over 7 months ago. Unacceptable! Called the store and they expect me to drive 20 miles to get a refund. And I need proof of receipt. Check your shelves! Bet mine isn't the only one that is expired. Will not ever be back. Rotten experience on the phone with the lady that answered not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I was bothering her with this issue. She took my name but not my number so doubt they care that they are selling products that are wayyyyyyyy past the sell by date.

I love the prices and deals! My only complaint is with the pick up service. If you are vegetarian and they are out of stock on an item you ordered they will routinely try to substitute with a meat item.

Since Kroger has taken over there has been a definite decline in quality. I love the people that work there but I also see their uneasiness I live 20 miles away. I will just shop elsewhere.

I really like Pick n Save they have a great selection of food. the ailes are wide open and clean for easy shopping. prices are good staff is friendly what more could you ask for?

Watch the prices here. This store has extemely poor merchandising. Often you will find 2 different prices posted for the same product. And the high price is the one that always shows up at the cash register. I pointed this out to a store employee. She just shrugged her shoulders. Be sure to check the food expiration dates. This place sells outdated food.

I love picknsave stop is always fresh on hand never have to really wait and they send me coupons for the things I buy most which helps in the savings store is clean meat department is very friendly and help you with whatever you need produce the same and we used to haul for Roundy's so I know where the produce and the food comes from and it's very well handled
