Friendly, helpful employees. Biggest issue is that there were all kinds of skids with boxed merchandise that needed to be put away- on the aisles, in front of end caps, by the registers. I mean everywhere! Hard to navigate the store. Like many places there is a staffing shortage but the stuff was everywhere!

I had a cart with a bad wheel. Otherwise experience would have been stellar. Just dont enjoy hitting things in the middle of the aisle and being unable to steer. I had to struggle to get my son in or I would of switched. Bummer!Great cashier, and selection. Fresh stocked

Product always in isles. VERY rude employees!! Every time I am there I go to put in my phone number for digital coupons and the young mouthy girl clears it either while I'm entering or before I get the chance. I would go to any other dollar general around BUT the one in Monroe

I like this store. But it is very crowded. By the freezer section stock sitting or torn down boxes in carts. Stock carts in the aisle. One girl was working really hard on the floor to get stuff done. Maybe they need more help.

Very Poor Service. I have seen way too many times at this store: a long line of people waiting to checkout and only 1 person working at the cash register. Very poor customer service. Why even have 2 cash registers if they don't use them? This problem is worse than ever at this store. If I see more than 6 cars in the parking lot now... I don't even bother to stop. An update: I was in this store today (Aug 16th). The service is just as bad as ever. Do yourself a favor and shop at the other dollar store in town.

The girl that cked me out was super friendly great w my daughter helped her w her toy and everything didnt act like we were a bunch of disease infested freaks that she wanted to get out of the store right away!!

Great store, great employees. They should get 5 starts, but it's a corporate issue. You know what I mean if not go there a few times and you'll figure it out. Here's a clue under staffed lol

You call to ask them a question and you get cut off, then try back & get the fax machine, then try again and get an automated message that they're sorry but they all busy helping other customers and please try back later. Are you kidding me?! I get it that you're dollar general and pride probably isn't at the top of your list but come on, at least try a little....

Love Dollar General. Have very good welcome as you enter .. Always asks if you found what you was looking for.. I say yes and then more.. Lol.. Very clean bathrooms and clean friendy employees.. . #1 in greeting.

Reasonable prices on name brand items. Also a good selection of store brand and off brand merchandise. Usually pretty easy to get in and out quickly.

The staff isn't exactly rude, but they aren't friendly and outgoing either. Selection is pretty good but it doesn't seem to have a logical organization to it.

Dollar General always seems to be well stocked. The only downfall is that on more than one occasion, the staff have been very unpleasant.

Small store to begin with and they jam pack aisles with more merchandise so you can't move. Advertise being a Western Union representative but yet no one knows how to operate the system what a joke!!!!!!!!
