Prices are not always accurate from whats advertised and what you pay at the register. Prices are a little high here but that's to be expected at a small town store. Deli chicken has declined in size and quality for what they chargeThe reason I'm giving them a 3 stars because of the quality of there fresh meat they sell.

Very nice shopping experience.The shoppers and the help in the store were very courteous. And what an excellent assortment of groceries. I got everything on my list and most items were cheaper than other store I have shipped at. I had to come to All Paws is morning so I decided to shop at Hansen's.And I am very glad I did.Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Visited a few days ago.. my shopping experience was poor. I got some lil cocktail smokies from the deli and they were hard and bland. You should really think about checking your product more often and not let it sit for days until it sells. Ad items were completely gone in the pop aisle on a Tuesday.. front end service was bad. I sat in line for more than 5 minutes before the gal called another checker.. and nobody except the nice deli gal was wearing her name tag.You can really tell that people come and go because they’re not trained on basic customer communication and interactions- I didn’t get a hello or thank you and the lady in front of me had to bag her own stuff because the cashier didn’t. This place was better 2 years ago and has gone downhill since

It's like a lot of small town grocery stores, they are a little bit high in price, being a small town grocery store, but they are very clean, they Carrie most everything that you would want, They are very friendly. I personally would rather shop here rather than travel 20 some miles to Eau Claire, and I also try to as often ,as I can get my needs taken care if ,spend my money ,and suport my little town. I try to purchase all my needs in my little town at all the local businesses. For that reason. I don't feel the need to support Walmart, etc.

You get what you pay for. The cucumbers were moldy and they don't keep their coolers cool enough the deli is almost never cleaned there are flies by the donuts and always double check everything you buy because we bought chicken wings and 3 days before they expired they were bad and we kept them in our fridge. Check the dates on everything because they don't rotate items. Their prices are somewhat cheap but you have to be constantly watching the dates and if something expires before the expiration date take it back and complain. Always check the meats to see if they look right because they don't keep the coolers cool enough and if something looks off don't buy it.

No doubt worst grocery store I've been to. The current manager there seems quite unqualified for the position that he's in, as he has no control over his staff. And don't get me started on the Deli. I am 99% Sure that it violates state health code laws. I have stopped in numerous times and have seen flies in the deli display case. The produce is not fresh. The overall experience can be summed up in one word: Deplorable.

This is a great small-town grocery store with a diverse selection of products and a well-stocked, fresh produce section. Recent expansion includes revamped produce area and addition of beer, liquor and wine products. Great service and great values.

2 pieces of some of the best chicken I've had to date, a fair amount of potatoe wedges, a soft, fresh bun. 2 sour cream packets (free of charge) and an Arnold Palmer Arizona Tea. $5.46!! You can't even get into a college kegger for that cheap anymore. I definitely will be returning here.

I can't believe how one employee could talk to a customer the way she did. First of all it's Not Your customers Problem or Fault that you are working short. And secondly The way you talked to that elderly woman you should be Ashamed of yourself. I have shopped in that store ever since it was build. But I will Now take my business elsewhere..

People in the deli and bakery during the day seem snotty and judgemental. Seems like the manager is hiring people just to get people in the door rather than getting qualified people for the job. Always a line at the checkouts at night
