I don't have the words to describe how appreciative I am for all the staff. My girl needed an emergency spay due to what we now know was a uterus full of cysts and after calling 9 different vets all paws not only got her on the schedule right away but also provided me with resources to help pay for it. All of them were so nice and it was very comforting and helped ease alot of anxiety. They are incredible

We've been coming here since August! We went on vacation and our dog got really sick when we were gone. We got back and I called our regular vet first but they were so booked out. I called All Paws and they got him in very quickly. They were very professional and very sweet to my Riley! After a couple of months of him being ok we had to take him back for another issue and again they were awesome! Got us medication that kept him from being in pain and to heal his wounds. Definitely will be staying with them even though it's a hike to go there, but he loves car rides so it's a win win!!

I cannot express how satisfied my husband and I are with All Paws. In 2020 we adopted a sweet German Shepherd who can be reactive when placed in stressful situations. It was not easy to find a clinic that treated him with the kindness and patience he deserves. In addition to being kind, Dr. Morrow and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We will continue to choose All Paws Animal Hospital for veterinary care for our beloved pets.

We first went to All Paws in Nov 2022 because our dachshund stopped using his back legs one morning. We called all over Eau Claire to see if a vet had an emergency appointment open for us to get him looked at. All Paws was the only place that had time THAT DAY right away when we called. They were extremely kind and compassionate as they helped us come to terms that our little boy had IVDD. They have taught us how to help him continue to living his life to the fullest and for that, I am so grateful! They have been our vet now and for as long as we’re living in the area. They are very affordable as well! Thank you again to ALL the staff at All Paws!

All paws should have 5 stars. Everyone there is very kind and professional they care for the pets they help not about the money. I travel an hour round trip to bring my dogs there because it's worth the treatment that my pets receive.

First time to All paws was unfortunately an unexpected visit. Our regular vet didn’t have any openings for a check in, so we called All Paws next. Our dog had injured himself in the night/ early morning for us early risers and was in tremendous pain. All Paws was able to get us in although the outcome was not what any pet owner wants to here. It was the best choice for our fur baby Buster. When we made that call the staff was all hands on deck very caring, informative and helpful. It’s never easy making the call to say your last good byes, but the staff all made it as comfortable as possible. Thank you to all of the staff at All Paws for being there for us and Buster! We will be returning for care in the future.

They took excellent care of my baby boy Grootie after he got into a fight with one of the stray cats in our neighborhood! Over medicated our dog to the point of her not wanting to drink water anymore! Could barely get her into the clinic. Awful experience with front office associate time and time again. Vet techs were awesome. All I can say is steer clear!!!

One star is too much. Not enough terrible things to say about this clinic and the horrific treatment they "offered" to my dog. Their treatments only made her more sick and I was shamed for looking into holistic treatments (which ultimately bought her more than a year of a very happy and peaceful life when they said she had only days to live after when I stopped her crazy expensive treatments that were starving her). Avoid them at all costs, they don't care about your pets, only the bottom line.

Rushed Mt dog in during a recent snow storm. My regular vet was out of town. My boy has Diabetes also lymes disease. 800 for labs and doctors. 68.50 for the visit besides. I did get a bag of dog food and 1 jar of insulin for that. But they missed his analysis glands that were infected. My son figured that one out. Squeezed them. Cleaned them out. He called the vet. Asking why they missed this very important discovery. No real good reason. They saw his blood sugar and decided that was it. I'm not overly impressed with this clinic. Thank heavens my vet is back in town. Back to Beth. Rock Falls.. I like their team much more. Besides, you aren't welcome in the clinic. You drop the dog and go. Call you on the phone. No interaction unless its necessary. Which it was. Not impresed.

When I came to All Paws, I had lost a cat recently. This cat, like all my other cats was not just a pet, he was family. Due to lack of good veterinary care I still will never know why his gentle soul left us. All Paws has been amazing at addressing all of my concerns with my furry babies and helping calm my nerves by giving them the most compassionate, and knowledgeable care. Dr. Morrow takes extra time with both the pets and the pet parents to well educate on the best health options for your pets. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is also. Thank you All Paws for restoring my trust in Veterinary Science. Only the best for my kitties going forward, and Dr. Morrow is exceptional.

Highly recommend taking your animals here!! I brought my cat in for a dental biopsy/teeth extraction. They called me throughout the time he was there to let me know he was okay because they knew I was worried about him. When he was discharged they answers any questions I had and told me that if I got worried about anything, I could call them. They truly care about the animals that come through there & they're always so kind when they're taking to you! Not to mention, they're also the most affordable vet office I've found around the area! This is my go-to vet for my cat :)

Dr Marrow is an amazing Vet. I could not ask for a better team to take care of my pups. The location is easy to find and the facility has a comfortable feel to it. I feel the prices are reasonable and the staff is willing to help you work within your budget and discuss payment options, such as utilizing Care Credit or purchasing pet insurance. Such a friendly staff that really care about their patients!

They do an amazing job and very helpful had 7 puppies lost their mother during her c section so I raised them but anytime I needed help or advice they pointed me in the right direction. Now my pups are ready for there forever homes. They've also done an amazing job with the pups dad (chocolate lab)

Very uptight and hyper reactive. We got lectured about everything from her collar being too loose to talking too loudly in the waiting room. I can assure you, we were talking quietly. The walls were thin. They also commented several times on our puppy needing training (she’s 7 months old). Obviously, she’s a puppy. We’re also in the training process. Overall, not a good experience.

Was in Emergency Room for myself.I missed a full scale blood work up for my Therapy pet. So they Wouldn't give me his phenobarbital meds he's been on .for 8 yrs. He just had a blood leavel draw 2 months prior. They could have used that..test results.my therapy is now going through withdrawals.with .no hope in sight. Vet Even said they "Could "give him some meds But 'Won't..Because I missed his appointment.Go find another Vet. These people have disrespected me and my pets needs OVER THEY NEED MONEY FIRST. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED, DISSIPOINTED.I PRAY HE DOSENT DIE.Merlin has been on this medication for

Very friendly staff! I loved how the vet talked to me about all the things they found with my dog and asked if I wanted to do the treatment now or later and explained everything to me that I didn't know.
