I love the deli here! They have a large variety of cold dishes, freshly made salads, paninis in the cold case that they will press for you. To-go handmade cold sandwiches & small subs are across from the deli. The marinated chicken dinner is amazing! Grab a gluten free fresh cauliflower crust pizza or fresh made regular crust pizza.Bakery offers excellent options as well from donuts to pies to specialty cupcakes and breads.The meat selection is nice and seems fresh. The prices on produce seem a little high in my opinion.They have a small organic/gluten free section as well.

This store has the best selection of prepared foods and dips and desserts for people who don't cook much. They even have meals for 2. Love this store. They have sandwiches prepared for lunch also!

Always a nice experience. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that sometimes the sale/reduced prices aren't in the system when they're supposed to be. However, there has never been a time they didn't honor the advertisement or price change without question.

This is generally a good place to shop but today was a little off. There's a female checker there who was either on drugs or challenged, either way she should absolutely not have any contact with customers of any sort. I went to get some heavy whipping cream, that was it. When I got in line for checkout she was having difficulties checking out the man in front of me as she didn't know how to use the credit card machine. She messed around with it for several minutes and the entire time gave the customer in front of me severe eye rolls. She didn't see the separator bar and tried scanning my order into his order as well. Once his order was complete she completely reached over my order and started scanning the people's order behind me. Once we redirected her attention and she realized that I was still there and my product was still on the belt she scanned it for double what the actual product price was and because of this she requested a price check. As one of the associates was going to check on the price, and with me still standing directly in front of her waiting for the price check to come back she started scanning the order of the people behind me essentially pushing me back in line. At this point I was so irritated with her ignorance and inattentiveness I turned around and left the store. This is definitely not a reflection of how this story usually works but this lady should in no way be working behind a register.

Large lake in a 10 lake chain. Beware of variable terrain as your prop may not survive. Quiet lake probably due to horrid swimmers itch.

Gotta Love Save More! For several reasons you can't help but love this grocery store. It is an interesting layout but they do a fine job with their iconic store. From entering the store from a fine parking lot, they do a wonderful job w/the carts. Other stores could learn a thing or two. It's nice how they feature seasonal items out front and as you enter the produce department the floral department is a knock out. It's great how you go from that area to an excellent deli & the selection there is fantastic, not to mention the bakery items. What a terrific meat department & the selection in frozen is great. Dairy is good but must be kinda a challenge to turn items, very good selection there too. The place Always feels like home & very nice that you can get everything you need there & more. Thanks for the great community market!

Their deli section and bakery are amazing. Check out their fully prepared meals, like meatloaf and mashed potatoes, in the deli. Also, their chicken pies are my go to comfort food.

Last 3 times I was there I had to use the self checkout because there were no lanes open. All 3 times the register failed because the weight didn't match up. First two times I waited for someone to wander over and clear the machine. Last time I grabbed the stuff, went over to "customer service" counter.2 people literally turned their backs on me and the third rushed into the little booth and hid.I left.Went to trig's.Most of the time now, I buy meat at bessey:s meats in Rhinelander since I go that way once a week.Will never go back. Obviously, they don't want my business.

Great little hometown store! I had fun just walking through, and I actually found some sauce that I hadn't found anywhere else! The staff was friendly, laughing and enjoying their job (which I like.) I highly recommend this store.

Nice clean grocery store with a good selection of food and drink. Prices fall between Walmart and Trig's, sales are good deals. My favorite item are the brats -really my go to for brats. Stays busy it is on the main highway up north.

Great grocery store for those who are visiting the area. They have a HUGE selection of individual ready made fresh meals near their baked goods. And I'm talking like every type of fresh good from chicken to Chinese to full dinner offerings. This is our go to place when visiting and don't want to eat every meal out at a restaurant. Very reasonable prices here

Really impressed with this small hometown grocery store. Laid out so things were easy to find. Bakery treats looked delicious. Prices average and we found many things on our list on sale and we liked that no card needed to get the sales price. We are visiting a nearby lake home and made numerous runs to this store.

Save More is a pretty good supermarket if you need something quick. It's a convenient location if you're already close to town. Their prices have gone up a LOT, so I go to Walmart if I'm buying more than a few things. But, the cashiers are usually very friendly and it's definitely a better customer service experience than Walmart.I will say that they have an extensive wine and liquor section, and at pretty good prices too. They do frequent markdowns of their wine and liquor.

Food was good. Facility clean. We're a little short if staff but most of the Northwoods is and they were very nice even though stressed. Hours fluctuate due to staffing but overall good experience.

Always clean and well maintained. The deli is the best. We can always find something delicious and different to eat when we go shopping there during our camping trip. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

This is the grocery store I went to maybe twice a year. It's a great place to go to, my problem is it's almost 40 miles round trip. They have a lot of great selection of ready to eat - chicken, french fries and a great assortment of side dishes and fresh in store bakery.Great selections, terrific prices and staff is super Northwoods friendly.

I have lived in the area for many years and love shopping here. The produce dept. looks like a picture from a home and garden magazine and is fresh. The bakery and deli are awesome. The take and go meals are fresh and delicious. The butcher shop is always well displayed and fresh. I like the hometown atmosphere and the fact that it is smaller than Trig's and Walmart. Some things may be a little pricey, but the sales are great! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Love this store!

Stop here to pick up our deli, frozen and dairy items on the way to the cabin. Prices are a bit higher than what would be paid in a bigger community. However it’s fresh food and not having to haul in coolers for hours is worth the price. Staff is super nice too.

Save more is known for its good customer service and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean and bright and offers what you would expect at a grocery store. Of course it's always best to shop the sales and look for bargains because grocery prices in this area tend to be higher anyway and save more is no exception in that department.
