A lady that checked out in front of us , may have taken one of our bags. Realizing when we got to the car, went back in to see if we forgot our bag, and the cashier said it wasnt there. So asking the manager if we could get a refund for the items we didnt receive, she said' we dont do that here's. So I asked if we could get the items we didnt receive, she rolled her eyes and said ' yeah'.i wouldn't normally complain but she could have been more helpful to finding a solution to our problem. Customer Service? Great store, but I will definitely pay more attention when checking out, rather then bother with management.

Cashier was the rudest ever! As I was putting things on the counter she grabbed some under the things I just put up causing the others to move quite a bit. I told her I was sorry if I've known she was going to grab those I would of waited. Her response was "REALLY". Never been treated like this before... might have to avoid Minocquia dollar tree for a while!

When I couldn't find the item I went for, I asked while I was checking out. The clerk asked her manager, then went to look for the item. Initially, I thought I made an unnecessary trip; then she brought back an assortment: I had a choice of 4 colors - I took all four!
