Absolutely LOVE our new "electric" fireplace. Looks just like a gas insert without worrying about a chimney. We didn't know what we wanted until we stopped into the showroom. Sorry I didn't get the lady's name...but she was great and we are so happy!

On 7/19/2023 Dan and his sidekick came out and cleaned our propane fireplace. When they left everything seemed to be working great. However, when I turned the fireplace/pilot off and turned off the propane line the problems began. When I turned the propane line back on and attempted to light the pilot it did not work. I called the company and reported the issue. Dan responded that pressing the "flint" button 3 times rapidly should cause the pilot light to work . I did as Dan requested but the pilot did not light. The final solution Dan offered was to lift the window on the front of the unit and light the pilot using a firestick. This worked but I am very dissatisfied with the need to always lift the glass and use a firestick to light the pilot. I suspect that during the cleaning process the lighter mechanism that is the standard way the fireplace manufacturer expects to light the pilot was misaligned with the burner. Dan never offered to come out and review the issue on-site.

When we bought our home in Park Falls, the previous owners had installed an electric fireplace. 😳 We decided to install a gas one in its place. I appreciated that they did not try to over-sell us as there are a gazillion choices.Mike and his installer were very professional. They left the house as clean as it was when they got here. Their attention to detail resulted in a beautiful installation. We are overjoyed and highly recommend them for your fireplace needs.

This company is outstanding. They not only provided us with a beautiful gas fireplace in our North Woods home but sealed our chimney on the roof to eliminate weeping or leaking that was occurring during heavy rains. The staff is very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. I highly recommend this company!!!

They offer a large selection of wood burners and accessories. Very friendly folks and although I hadn't been there in a while they remembered my stove , large plant in our house and the dog we had ten years ago. For is it's the only place to go for our wood stove needs.

Experience young lady was very informative didn't talk outside of buying things but did talk us into buying a different stove and it made a lot of sense because we have breathing problems and she kind of likes steered us away from the pellet stove so but we still ended up purchasing another stove and like I said the lady is was awesome she helped us big-time thank you very much bye bye
