This place is awesome. I’m not a client of theirs, and I don’t even live in the same state, but they were able to get me in same day when I had a medical emergency with my ferret, Bean. Nobody else would take us. Everyone there was so absolutely wonderful. The ladies at the desk were helpful, friendly, and polite. The vet tech made us feel comfortable and she was confident and kind, and the veterinarian herself was knowledgeable, listened to all of our concerns, and explained things extremely well. They answered my questions when I called them after my appointments and they gave me recommendations for veterinarians that specialize in exotics in case things weren’t getting better. I drove 3 hours to get there, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Things were very touch and go with Bean at first, but tonight he gave us a little glimmer of hope and played for a couple minutes. We are still in the beginning stages, but things are looking better now.Thank you so much. I truly believe Bean wouldn’t have made it if it wasn’t for your clinic.

Our dog fell sick while we were up in Northwoods. All Creatures was able to fit us in promptly, and provided superior care at reasonable cost. Very kind and caring staff, extremely grateful for the service!

We have been taking our dog to All Creatures since we got him a year and a half ago. They have always been very kind and respectful to us. Our lab has some anxiety issues when at the vet and sometimes barks at the other animals wanting to play, as he’s only a year and a half old. Sometimes we wait in the car until our time so as not to disturb the other animals or owners.While we were there this time, we had to see Dr. Rogers, usually it’s Dr. Amy. Last time he seen Dr. Rogers, he wasn’t his biggest fan. We think maybe because he was protective of me. This time, instead of the Dr coming into the little exam room, they took our pup back to the back in a bigger area, removing me from the situation. Dr. Rogers took his time and made our pup feel comfortable with him. He also listened to all our concerns and addressed anything that needed discussed. Shots were done and we were sent on our way. This staff is a great group of people, but it goes far to remember that you can also help them out. If your dog is like ours and is a little anxious, wait outside so it doesn’t cause distress among other animals or people.Thanks for being so great to our pupper!

We are new to the area and not surprised that all the primary vets are overwhelmed. Our BC was running a low grade fever for a week and off her food. Dr. Ellen Frigo saw us that day and quickly ruled out many possibilities including Lymes and Blastomycosis. I was beyond thrilled with her knowledgeable assessment. I was up north for the weekend and my dog broke a bone in his paw, nothing around was open. The vet in Minocqua was amazing, got him in right away the next morning to X-ray and bandage. The staff is so friendly and super patient with my fearful dog. Really reasonably priced for the visit and not being a current client. Absolutely amazing job with everything, just a fantastic place!

In late August we scheduled a surgery for our puppy to have several cysts and growths removed. These growths had been increasingly problematic over time affecting his quality of life. The team at All Creatures could not have been more caring and supportive, both toward our guy and with all of us. We appreciate their kindness, understanding and compassion working with us over the phone and with all office visits. Two weeks following his successful surgery we had all stitches removed and our pup is clearly much more comfortable. A huge thank you - you folks are excellent!

Was up at our property near Tripoli for the Labor Day holiday. We needed our elderly pitbull to be treated for an ear infection. All creatures got us right in same day. They were very courteous and friendly. Beautiful facility. We were very happy with our visit and found our Northwoods vet! Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Wile is nearly 10 and hates everyone and everything (aside from her two humans). She had to have a tooth taken out and the staff here were great with her! They were patient and gave a lot of treats. Staff are all super friendly and I’ve already recommended other people bring their pets here for extraordinary care.

We just moved to the area and our dog needed her annual check up. She’s super shy, especially with men, since she didn’t have the normal people socialization puppies need because we got her in March 2020. The staff was so patient and took their time gaining her trust. It’s the first vet visit where she didn’t make a puddle!! I feel very confident that she’s going to get great care here. 🐶I was also impressed by this sign (see photo) they have near their check-in desk. I also like the fact that they have a separate entrance for dogs and cats/all others. We have a cat too and she will be happy to not be in the same space as all the dogs when her turn comes around!!

I have a 14 year old lab with the diarrhea.I called to make an appointment for his check up next week and to see if I could get some medicine for him to help with the diarrhea until I get him in next week. The answer was NO. So now my dog will continue to suffer through the weekend. I am sorry but I thought veterinarians were supposed to care for their patience. He has been going there since we moved up here over 3 years ago. They have seen him many times before. I have found a new vet that will see our boy this morning. They don't even deserve a one star!

We had to bring our senior cat, Hunee, in for a visit today. We aren't from the area but have a Summer place up here. They kindly got her in on the same day. What an absolute wonderful place. They took such great care of her. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for taking care of our Hunee. We'll see you in 2 weeks for her follow up.

Dr. Roger is wonderful. We had the best experience this past Saturday when i was quite worried about our retriever. I’m thankful to the staff for fitting us into the schedule last-minute and making it smooth and easy for us. The front office was very helpful and kind. We are grateful to All Creatures for seeing us on the weekend when we weren’t able to receive care from our regular vet.

We are not from the area but have a cabin nearby and over the years have had two instances where my dogs needed to be seen by a vet and both times we were able to get into All Creatures. They are awesome, got us in and treated us like we’ve been patients for years. Great prices and great doctors. If I lived in the area they would be my vet! Our cat became ill while we were on vacation in Minocqua. I called and got an appointment that day. Because of an emergency it took extra time to be seen. We were frequently updated as to how much longer it would take. We never felt forgotten. The vet was very kind and took time to really determine what was going on. The bill was quite reasonable. If we didn't live almost 4 hours from this clinic we would definitely make this our clinic. They are really good people!

Last weekend I needed to get one of my dogs in urgently due to the symptoms she was having and it could not wait until my regular vet opened on Monday. (Always happens on a Friday..lol). I did not want to drive to the emergency vets in Wausau or Appleton and All Creatures got us in right away. Dr. Pam, Karlie, and every staff member were extremely welcoming and compassionate and this clinic was simply wonderful to us. They were able to diagnose her and she is doing much better. Highly, highly recommend this clinic!

We had the most wonderful experience at All Creatures. Our pup wasn’t feeling well, so I called all the local vets. Most close at 5 pm, but All Creatures is open later and they recommended bringing him in right away. They were able to immediately diagnose him and give him a treatment that instantly made him feel so much better! Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made the experience even better - especially for me because I was so stressed! They even called to follow up a few days later - we would absolutely recommend All Creatures for anyone who lives near Minocqua or happens to be visiting like we were! Thank you so much for taking care of our little Bruce!!

We had a wonderful experience here! All Creatures helped us avoid a trip to the emergency vet by taking us, out-of-towners, the same day we called for service that required anesthesia. Because of their help and fantastic "bed-side manner," we are seriously considering switching to them as our normal vet and planning trips to northern Wisconsin around our doggo's annual check-up - we loved our experience that much!

Couldn't have been happier with our first visit! We recently switched vets and decided, based on friend's recommendations, to go to All Creatures. From the first minute that the vet tech and doctor came into the room you could tell that they pride themselves on personal attention and genuinely care for your pets. We are so appreciative of your kindness and professionalism when we visited on May 11, 2022. While traveling from West Bend to the Northwoods our Boston Kaylee became quite ill. Your office was the only one to see us on short notice. We thank you for that. All three of us were a mess. Tech Amanda and Dr. Roger were most kind and reassuring. The meds prescribed helped immensely and our Kaylee was able to enjoy more days with us. Back home she displayed more symptoms of the brain tumor and we put her down at home on May 22. Our neighbor referred us to All Creatures. She was very complimentary of their services. We had our first visit to All Creatures with our 11 year old lab. We were very impressed and pleased.
