Most unprofessional Walmart I’ve been too, no compassion No empathy. They always close down the customer service early, Every time. Today on Mothers Day yup Mothers Day an elderly woman was waiting in customer service line she had been there way before I joined the line. Soon I got in line they said “we are closed it was 3:55. I spoke up for the woman in line and I said she been here though, the woman and appeared to be a wanna be manger stated yea but she has to leave at 4pm. So I’m like well let a manger take over, they proceed to say we are short staff I’m looking at all the staff there that really aren’t doing anything. They had no empathy, no professionalism, talked like it was our fault we were in line. These Walmarts are all getting worse they Suck the people suck and feel so bad for that elderly woman on Mother’s Day who was in line to be turned away. Sad and shame on you unprofessional Walmart workers

Nice store, helpful staff. Nice to have a smaller walmart to go to when you don't want to deal with the bigger walmart stores ! Electronics dept was helpful and dressing room person name Mary was awesome!

Besides the total lack of some fresh fruit items in the produce area the store was well stocked. Checkout was efficient though the cashier was lacking in friendly customer service skills.

I would like to give it more stars, but the shelves are always under stocked, and the lines for the self checkout are sometimes ridiculously long. The pharmacy team here is great, and they are always welcoming and informative. They could also have more of those small shopping carts at the ready. Otherwise, it's a great store.

Don't quite have the best fruit and vegetables. But can you get by with what they have? Would like more fresh breads and bakeries. Pharmacy is pharmacy is very good. Will you enjoy coming to that pharmacy and all the? Assistance in pharmacist are very good.

As the seasons change the employees work hard to order, stock, and fill their store with all the seasonal necessities. Other items are found online for easy delivery and shipping.

Unfortunately they sold me a used light strip which didn't work and refused to return it. Employees need better training and not treat customers as thieves. Go to home depot for a better experience

Older employee followed me around the store insistent that I would steal things and this has happened on multiple occasions. Someone clearly is taking their garbage job at a garbage store way too seriously for the used shirt buttons they are probably paid in. Hire better people or treat the people you do hire like actual people. I hope this store is torn down due to lack of sales from how many they must be loosing with people like that running things. Have some standards.

This is the cleanest most organized Walmart in Milwaukee so far.I have visited 6 Walmarts and this is my favorite. The service, the product availability, the speedy check out are a few of the qualities this location offers.Keep up the good work 👏🏻

Wow, I can’t believe Walmart is selling used items and not even having all the parts inside had to drive twice to go back because things were stolen from the inside of it the manager did not help me at all. A young man with blonde, hair, skinny and white skin. The name is not the right name. They gave me the wrong name. I’m filing a complaint to corporate to.

PERFECT VISIT! They did great! I had a online order, picked up at the store. I had a huge order, to my surprise,they had everything I got in stock! I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THAT & THE SERVICE!

Did not like how the loser, satan worshiper medallion wearing girl and guy Walmart has handling the electronics section, price match what walmart has online and yet they say they can't when its your own website? Ridiculous. Hire better people not south milwaukee people please.

It's a store. The problems I got with this store are... toys are never fully stocked. There's a few shelves/areas continuously bare. Check out can be ridiculously long. The employees doing pick-up orders are always in the way, taking up the aisle and always seem to have an attitude that customers like myself are waiting for them to move. Had an older gentleman, try and talk back to me, I was not gonna have it. He took his sweet time putting chicken in a bag 🙄 I am waiting patiently for him to move (it was a good five minutes). Then, he has the audacity to be annoyed for me, waiting for him to move. He did ask if I needed help looking for something. I said no, just waiting on you to move. Seasonal stuff once they are out of stock, it's out of stock. The employees smoking out front of the store is nasty. Nobody wasn't that second hand smoke, have one designated smoking area and one area for employee parking as well.

Honestly hate coming here, as I leave I have ten workers standing behind like body guards as I’m checking out. Last time I was there I bought my baby some toys as I was walking out I was being harassed about my receipt lmao this area must have crumbs walking in there and all the workers are crumbs to. Next time this happens I’m taking a video

Update below.I'll start with the good things. The prices are practically unbeatable and there's a ton of variety if you need all different manner of goods. They offer curbside and other services for folks who can't get around as well. But other than that, this place is always a circus. Stock is often lacking. They changed to self checkout, which is cramped and awkward to enter/exit. As another reviewer experienced, if I were in a wheelchair I can't even imagine getting in and out of there let alone checking out my own items, it's just not setup for that.Update 6 April 2024: this is only the second it third time I've improved a rating but I'm adding a star due to an excellent experience I had here a couple weeks ago. I had to take my daughters to the bathroom - we were already outside for a different event - and 1) they have a family bathroom 2) it was really nice 3) it was impeccably clean and had toilet seat covers. Probably not a huge deal to most people but I really appreciated the peace of mind. After bathrooms we checked out the fishing gear and I was surprised at the variety and sheer quantity. Things were a bit disheveled, but it was still easy to find what we needed.

Even though we live closer to the Franklin Walmart, the South Milwaukee location is a much better place. The GREAT curbside pickup is very efficient with professional & yet friendly staff.

Every time I've gone there to go and try to find a pizza there's barely any there no new types and it's always pepperoni or cheese sometimes people like maybe sausage or naturally rising I mean there's no selection and there's never any on the shelf except for the expensive ones

I've been really disappointed lately. The Aloe Vera Juice I really like hasn't been available for some time now and I've visited quite a few Walmart's looking for it. I think they should purchase more of the Berry instead of the plain one... They almost always have that one but I'm pretty sure no one really likes that one...

Bought a 65" TV. Got it home, unpacked, set up, turned it on to find the entire top of the screen was cracked. If you get a TV, check it by plugging it in first before setting up all your stuff.

I love the fact that they make you check out your own items, bag your own items and then as you leave they check your receipt to make sure that you rang it up correctly. Just got to laugh at their ability to not trust anybody
