This one star review is for the black American dude yes you know who you are brodie that Works in pharmacy He is worthless and has a rude attitude every single time someone calls or wants to get a prescription filed.He has worked there for a while now and was even ignorant and rude when he was a cashier and a regular employee. How He. Still has this job and got a job being a pharmacist I have no clue he needs to go back to the North side. Nothing wrong with folks from the North side but I can tell where he comes from and how he holds himself as a person. He always has a mean look on his face talks to customers with ignorance how I still sit here and wonder how a grown man can act such a way surprises me.Who is the manager of this place because you need to fire him instantly as he Will Chase away your customers and good people.Folks like him don't deserve to make 30k+ a year thanks for chasing away good customers cause since dude became a pharmacist the reviews for this walgreens have gone down to 1 alot have said I would give a zero 0 if that was possible it's sad that folk like him make his type look really bad smh

Lately the pharmacy staff always seems annoyed and have been pretty short and snippy. I just had a spinal fusion so I have been to the pharmacy quite a bit. Today I called a couple of times and the only person I had a happy experience with is Jessica, a Pharmacy Tech. I don't know what happened with the staff but they used to sound like they enjoyed their job. Thank you Jessica for being wonderful and sweet and happy to help!

Accused me of stealing.... watched me check out and than told all my friends and family they had me on camera stealing... yet i was not arrested and police were never called.. they have no right telling everyone i ever came into the store with that i was a theif... does anyone know if that is against the law...? I will be contacting a lawyer because they would not show me video and i have NEVER TAKEN ANYTHING.. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME... last time i bought 2 candy bars and had them hanging out my pocket, the same manager stopped me and said i was stealing them, went to register where i paid and once again he was proven wrong... he is upset cause ive called cooperate on him already and i will be doing it again... pretty sad they dont let u give negative stars...

All of the employees are very friendly and professional. They are extremely helpful if you have any questions about where an item is, 100% of the time they will actually show you where it is. If they don't carry it anymore or are unable to find it for you they let you know and are apologetic, even though it's no fault of their own.The pharmacy staff is also friendly. Sometimes there is a line, but they do the best they can getting people their medications as quickly as possible. If you have a question that they are unable to answer, they refer you directly to the pharmacist.

I don't personally have problems or experiences with the staffs being rude or unprofessional. For the most part, they are decent enough. I read all the reviews of nearby Walgreens and they all seems to have to same problems, poor customer service and unreasonable waits for prescription. I have a theory that the corporation wants people to stay in a bit longer in their stores so they told their pharmacists to put in longer waits for people. Like seriously, the only reason people still go to Walgreens is because of prescription pickup. And for them to make more money in the grocery ends, they gotta keep people in for as long and often as possible. If my theory is true, that's not how to keep or make loyal customers. Obviously people hate their customer service, and I heard Walgreen is a hella of place to work for so I understand staffs misery. Just pay your staffs reasonably, train for better customer service, add more convenience features, make your price competitive with other stores, boom, you hot a good basics there.

Walgreen’s has changed to an Aurora walk-in clinic. I use a topical lotion which the old walk-in would prescribe with one refill so that I would not have to pay another walk-in charge too soon. Aurora is too greedy to allow this kindness, so my prescription yesterday came with no refill. Then I encountered the pharmacist. Horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. Asking this person a question resulted in my being treated like I dared to bother him, rude and condescending. In case Walgreens wants to follow up on who is mistreating their customers, I was there on Sunday, 1/26 at noon at the Walgreens on 60th & Oklahoma. I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for many years. This recent experience could change that.

Wish I could give this place ZERO STARS.Ive been using a different Walgreens for the past 3 years with no issues at all. The one on Oakland Ave in Shorewood.During the past week i transferred to this location after moving. My doctor wrote the prescription and sent to to this Walgreens, no issues right?well the day after Its sent i call to see when I can pickup and they say my insurance wont cover it until 2 days from now, no issue... thats not their fault.The day comes when they told me i can fill it and i called in the morning asking when it will get filled. They say "yep we can fill it today" and i wait to hear back.Most of the day goes by and i call again in the afternoon and heres where the issues start. The lady on the phone was not only RUDE but she was just giving me fake info to get me off the phone. Someone earlier that day said it could be filled and she said there was an issue in the system and no it couldnt get filled.I ended up having to call my old walgreens store to talk to the manger and have them contact this location just so i can get meds that i cant miss and are needed.Well the manager calls me back and says miracoulsy everything was sorted out and ill be able to pick the meds up at about 7. Well 7 rolls around and i call them up and they tell me its too late now. They didnt close for 3 hours but someone couldnt count 15 pills out within that time period.They were rude and unhelpful and told me different answers each time I called. This shouldnt be happening and they are messing with peoples medicine and lives.HOPEFULLY SOMEONE HIGHER UP AT THIS LOCATION CAN GET SOME NEW STAFF. THERE IS A SYSTEMATIC ISSUE GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION BETWEEN STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AND YOU CAN TELL FROM THE REVIEWS.

I have been a customer of this Walgreens store for 10+ years, especially including the Pharmacy, and I would rate the store and their staff mostly at the highest level. In particular, (i) the managers at this location are quick to respond, problem solve and deliver great customer service, and (ii) the Pharmacists and their staff are outstanding in their support, service and assistance - especially Kevin but the other pharmacists as well. It is nice to be remembered, be treated personally, and to feel confident that my overall health is being monitored appropriately. There are exceptions to every rule, e.g. a staff member or two that tend to be older, and either less competent or efficient or else somewhat surly.

Drop off 2 prescriptions at 5pm on a Thursday and they still weren't ready at 8pm!! Pharmacy said "sorry we fell behind and we can't give u an exact time." Then when we finally left made a stop and got home 10 min after they closed to find one script that had a quantity of 60 they only filled 30 and it was circled and initialled by pharmacist!! REALLY?? WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS ONE! On top of it another Walgreens said to call this one BC they didn't have enough in stock so we wouldn't have to drive around and they refused to tell us until we drove there to find out if they had enough at their store!

I've been going to this Walgreens for YEARS And I've never had any issues & the staff are ALWAYS helpfull & polite to me. My prescription meds are ALWAYS ready when they tell me they will be ready. If there's an issue they tell me in a timely fashion & they ALWAYS call & tell me Y0385061

They gave me absolutely no indication or phone call that they were not contracted with my new insurance company until the time at which I went to pick them up. They were also very unhelpful when it came to getting my prescriptions changed over to a participating pharmacy.I have gotten all of my prescriptions at Walgreen's Pharmacy for many, many years and i am quite disappointed. Also it was nice to know that there was a Walgreen's Pharmacy should I need them in my small hometown in the State of Oklahoma.After all this time I am simply disappointed. Not only are they losing my pharmacy business, but I was a several times a week Walgreen's shopper for everyday items as well. They will of course be losing that as well.

this is a hit or miss location depending on who is working, the biggest issue is they don't call you personally and tell you their is a issue or if there is a issue they don't help you fix it they just stand there on the other of the counter wondering why your mad that you're surprised or the wait at time is ungodly long one time over two hours to tell me insurance didn't want to cover a bladder medication pretty sure they knew that once they ran insurance. good luck if you can go the one loomis that is 24hrs they tend to be more smooth

When did Walgrens get so bad. I dropped off prescription,was told to come back half hour,so I did then they said another half hour I did.Then the girl said 40 minutes. I ha ve more to do then go back and forth.When I asked what was going on the worker Racheal so rude shut the drive thur box on me, and told me to go to Walmart. Why do they keep workers who dont care and are so rude. Dont they understand if we dont come there they dont have a job. If you hate your job that much to treat customers so bad, go work somewhere els.

I used to get my prescriptions in like 30 minutes or less here but now it takes 2 to 3 hours I mean what's really going on a few times I talk with staff she tell me it will be ready at a certain time but it still wasn't ready.... You shouldn't have to call the pharmacy after your doctor sends a prescription over for them to get the prescription ready or start working on it most of us have transportation rides and they can not wait that long if you're familiar with someone's prescription and know that's what they always get why does it have to take that long 2,3&4 hours doesn't make sense.

Do not honor their own buy one get one 50% off even though the app includes thise items. Plus when i returned it they deducted my 5000 points even though my original bill was over 20 dollars. The person i dealt with was condescending . I will stick with 27th and ohio from now on. I have never had this issue there.

I have had no issues with the pharmacists; however, the people at the pharmacy counter need serious training in customer relations. I had to ask a question three times before finally receiving a condescending, deflective non-answer.

As pharmacies go, this store is always neat and tidy, and the service is helpful and friendly. They do a brisk business at the pharmacy , so be patient with the pharmacists, who always appear to be doing their best to keep things moving.

Everything is locked up and you need get one of the rudest staffs to try to help. I could not buy body wash, bar of soap or even deodorant unless you know the one you want and the clerk can get it for you. They get rude when they need to stand there and wait more than 10 minutes to help. I will not longer be going to this Walgreens.

I walked across the street from my non profit Boy Scout tree lot to buy some snacks at this Walgreens. When I got to the rigesiter with in of my friends the manager said "Make sure that you don't hear any beeping when these kids walk out because they look very shady". So after that I went back to my NON PROFIT BOY SCOUT TEEE LOT and felt the need to write a review

Very horrible service. Instead of transferring me to pharmacy so I could get my inhaler for my asthma attack. The worker couldn't transfer me so she just hung up I called back and she still couldn't get her bs together so she says "I can't transfer you back to pharmacy our phones aren't working so idk what to tell you" that will be the last time I or anyone I know uses that piece of crap store. Bad service avoid this place AT ALL COSTS

Two of my friends and I walked in and looked around for a bit. An employee came up to us and asked if we were going to make a purchase or what. This was really rude and my friends and I decided to just walk out of the store.
