Please teach ALEX P. how to talk to customers when she is tired and angry.The way she loud talked me demonstrated UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it sometimes that’s the issue. Loud talked me at the register. She had a bad day and it’s all on their store video camera.Very unprofessional then Chris half heard the conversation decided to take her side. It was a misunderstanding but not a reason to loud talk any customers.NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALGREENS-UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER TREATMENT

Rude pharmacy staff. They leave customers on hold for over 15 min and sometimes they just refuse to answer the phone. They will pick up the line and then put you on hold without even telling you and each time the phone rings and you think you’re going to speak to someone they do this. Was on hold for twenty min before calling in as a doctor to be able to speak to someone. Only to still be put on hold and no one to answer. This is not the first time they have done this.

I filed a complaint about this store months ago, through their website and not much has changed. When I entered the store and when I left the store, the security guard standing right at the door that I had to walk past was wearing his mask below his nose. And when I walked out of the store, one check out person wore her mask correctly and the other wore her mask below her chin.Earlier that same day the security guard also had his mask below his nose and as I walked past numerous patrons they also wore their masks below their noses. Does that surprise you? If the employees are not following the rules, how can you expect the patrons to? It seems this is a battle that I am not going to win. I only went inside the store because the pharmacy drive up attendant said I had to come inside to get my issue resolved. (That was after waiting 15 minutes in line outside. And then I had to wait in line 15 minutes again on the inside. This was at 2 PM that same afternoon.) It seems like I can't even pick up my prescriptions without endangering myself. No one seems to care about safety at your store. Is it time for me to take my business elsewhere? I only chose Walgreens because it was the safe comfortable place that is closest to my house. It doesn't feel that way anymore.

Best Bonus Points out of anywhere !! Yes its Pricey , but inflation is Real . Walgreens has a great selection. Customer service is lacking , not from everyone but a few are just always rude. But not all of them .

I work a ton and don’t smell but needed some body wash and a louffa. Porsche the night Manager was very awesome tonight. Before they closed she helped me find the items I need in a timely matter. Thank you for the awesome service!!!

Very unprofessional pharmacy staff. The techs are horrible attitude city. You can tell there’s no real correction because these young girls give so much attitude like they’re not at work. I honestly hate this location, and think it should be closed down.

SHAME ON CORPORATE !!! So often I see stressed workers, or overworked workers. Corporate needs to do better for their employees. This place is a great walgreens with good workers that should get more support from corporate. Its busy and an important part of the neighborhood. Everytime i am at or call the pharmacy the line is always super long and there are never enough pharmacists.

Unreliable. Though some staff seem friendly enough, do not depend on all-around staff competence or timely assistance. "One-hour" photo is not one-hour. Came back 3 times (each over an hour apart) and photos still not done. Equipment dysfunctional. Poor communication. Dissatisfied, recommend other Walgreens with better professionalism, reliability, and more quality experience.One manager the next day proved helpful.

A simple script has taken 3 times stopping in and three phone calls after being promised the medication would be in twice already. They can’t even tell me where to get it, how much it will cost or help transfer the script. Thank goodness my life doesn’t depend on this.

I bought some headphones here and took them back to return them three days later. I didn't open the package and where in brand new unopened condition. So when I went to the photo counter to do the return the manager accused me of stealing them and I was returning them with someone else's receipt. I told him to go in the back and check the camera I was the one who bought them and I didn't steal anything. He went and checked and apologized but that isn't enough. I will never come back to this location because of that.

There was a employee by the name of Alex that was so friendly, and had great customer service experience. I'm not from the area and she was extremely helpful in helping me find what I need. Great choice for the store

Very unprofessional, had me on hold for 15 minutes, my call got disconnected twice, and she was RUDE, lied about my prescription And said they couldn't fill it, but when I called a farther Walgreen's the head pharmacist asked me what Walgreen's?and said it could of been refilled there. Never again, I've also filed complaint against her.

Most staff is very rude. They are never efficient or helpful. Have waited for a prescription pick up, have been told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 45 minutes they told they don't have the medication.

Went to get a covid 2 nd shot had a 7 pm appointment . The pharmacist had no other visible customers but denied the access of said shot out of lazynwss even with a full staff behind counter was extremely condescending !!

IV never been to a Walgreens pharmacy that never has meds on hand. And I hate dropping my prescription off they tell me to come back in 2hr I give them 4hr an not only is my meds not filled they don't have it but did they call an tell me that No now I have to go a day without my meds very Poor service

I wish I could give 0 stars probably the worst Walgreens in Milwaukee. It always takes them almost 20 minutes to pick up the phone each time! Very slow and unprofessional staff it’s getting ridiculous.

I’ve never had such a hard time getting a prescription in my entire life! THREE WEEKS of ZERO communication from this pharmacy. SIX trips to this location to ask them to do their job. Never coming back. Thanks for contributing to the massive problem that is our healthcare system.

I was terminated due to Retaliation for getting into a argument with Porsche so called professional Manager instead of sending me on break she retaliated and sent me home and had me terminated this organization states they don't tolerate retaliation so I went to EOC and filed a complaint they are pursuing the company as we speak they are a deprivation organization if you don't agree with them your useless my lawyer will be there Monday afternoon to bring justice for this discriminatory actions this organization proceed with

The pharmacy area is incredibly slow and rude. If calling to speak with the pharmacist or representative be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes with 2 callers ahead of you...never fails.
