The many cashiers I've seen here , cause it's like they have new ones every time I go here, are pretty rude. The prices are, have always been really, outrageous. But it's convenient and close by. And there is Almont always someone pan handling outside.

I went to pickup my daughter medication through the drive thru and the window to view the tech was very nasty driving around to window was even worse trash everywhere weeds over grown lot not clean I will never come again I know there should be a cleaning person for outside I dont know what the inside look like because if the outside look crazy there's no way I'm stopping back there ever. It's bad enough its board up I know that reason it just look tacky and nasty Walgreens yucky..!!!!!!

It's the neighborhood walgreens and it never has anything im looking for for instance the gallon watermelon Arizona they never have them ever every other walgreens has them keep them n stock but never this walgreens close to me then they'll say we're getting a shipment n tomorrow I'll come the next day and they still dnt have them its such a inconvenience cause I gotta go all the way across town to another walgreens to find them.

Scheduled an appointment to get my 1st vaccination at 2:30pm, I get there and wait in line for about 5 minutes. They ask for my ID and my insurance and tell me to have a seat and they'll be right with me...an hour and 10 minutes later and I still didn't get the shot. I was overlooked and seemed they forgot I was even there. I saw they were busy and I tried to be patient and respectful but that attitude caused me to go unnoticed and be forgotten! So I guess I should have been loud and rude like the rest of the people waiting in line because they were able to be seen and leave before me when I had gotten there far before them! Then for them to tell me to come back tomorrow?! No I won't be coming back to this location, and if you have somewhere to be within the hour of arriving then you might not wanna come here either!

I waited for an hour, the person managing the phone calls kept picking up the phone the putting me back on hold, I was frustrated. So I drove there and see what was going on. They were just standing there not even one customer in line, nor even out to lunch. They surely are paid to well to not care about patients who rely on them to get there medications. Will not come here again with their lack of poor customer service, poor communication, and very poor misbehavior. I would give them a 0 star if I could.

I’m so infuriated with my experience with walgreens after going there to get tested for covid19. I took the regular test, which they told me would take up to 2-3 days to receive results with, but it is now Friday and I still have not received results even after the company they sent it to had it escalated yesterday. So when I call Walgreens back today they tell me that the results typically take up to 2-5 days. If that is the case, the company they are sending the results to would not have said it takes 2-3 days like I was told on Sunday by Walgreens. Such a horrible experience.

Customer service at this location is amazing. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They don't stock up as quickly as other Walgreens but it's still a nice clean friendly place to shop.

I've been waiting in line at the pharmacy with only one other patron, who has been seen, and no one has even acknowledged my presence. Very rude!! Poor customer service.

Have called 3 times only to be on hold for 43 and 47 minutes before they hang up.Called back speak directly with the Manager . He was very polite and put me through to pharmacist whom put me directly on hold for an additional 15 minutes.

If you decide to come to this Walgreens come at a time when it is not usually busy in when you do not have to watch your back it is in a bad neighborhood and I wish that the security will protect their product and customers just a little better

Customer service is non existent at this location. I asked several people to help me in the medicine isle to get brushed off. Stating "there's plenty of people on the floor". Couldn't find one. I will never come back here again

This walgreen has bad phone customer service. I suggest don’t ever call because they will let the phone ring for hours and hours even they said you are 2 in line.
